your process. You have to change something up. Tell yourself, command yourself, command your mind what you
want to do, what you want to achieve. Hello, ladies and gents. Welcome back to my main channel. Today, we're going to
be talking about how to make the greatest comeback of your life in 2026 or for the rest of the year.
If you're new to my channel, my name is Simone. I'm a psychology and marketing graduate and I combine all my videos
with psychology, science, and also spirituality and also a little bit of clownery. We do everything on this
channel. [Music] So, this video is for those who want to
completely overhaul who they are, start fresh, create a new identity, and actually finally make a change. Also, if

winners. Okay, let's get into the video. Number one, we need to start with a little bit
of shadow work. Why do you want to change? What about yourself? Do you want to change? your habits, your identity,
why are you the way you are? I'm going to recommend some of my other videos in the description below. This will help
you get started. But we need to figure out why the [ __ ] do you want to change? Why do you not like yourself? Because if
you're just chasing change for no reason, you're probably not going to make any change because you don't even
know why you want to change. And if you are chasing that, baby, I have news for you. You don't like yourself. You
probably equate your identity and your self-worth with constantly growing, constantly evolving.
You can just stay the same. You know that part of the shadow work process is not to make yourself a victim or to
blame yourself. It's to actually accept this, to transform that darkness into light. I accept myself. I feel joy about
this because now I'm going to make a different decision moving forward. Sometimes change is actually as simple
as just deciding to not make that choice again. By the way, please ignore my nail fell off. Never happened to me in my
life. Okay, number two. We need to burn the old timeline. The old you does not exist. If you decide the old me does not
exist, the old you does not exist. It's actually that simple. Say the old you wakes up, she goes on her phone, you can
decide today, okay, I'm not going to go on my phone. I'm going to walk to the bathroom and brush my teeth and walk my
dog, then I'm going to go on my phone. You just killed the old version of you. Like it's actually that simple. You just
have to mentally get over that barrier. Would the old me do this? No. Okay, you decide she doesn't do it anymore. It's
that simple. Changing who you are is simply doing a different action, choosing a different result, and then
therefore changing that timeline. Kill the old timeline. We talk about this in spirituality. We talk about it in
manifestation, even religion. You need to have certainty that you will get what you want because whatever you want, it
exists out there and it will come to you if you have that faith. And when we have certainty, we're actually collapsing
timelines because the past, present, future all exists in the now. If I decide I have it now, I am that person
now. You are that person. You killed the old you. That doesn't even exist. The old you doesn't exist. You have the
current you. I hope you know what I'm saying. Again, I talk a lot about this on my channel. So, I will link all the
videos below if you are new to my channel to help you get started on your journey. Step number three, you need to
get so crystal clear on who you want to be, what you want out of this transformation process. Because going
back to point two, if you don't even know who you want to be, where you want to go, you can't act like that person.
You can't change your actions. You can't choose differently for yourself because you don't even know what you want. There
was a phase in my life where I was very lost. I felt like I had kind of achieved everything I wanted way earlier than
expected and therefore I felt lost. And then I knew I needed to change, but I didn't even know what I wanted. So I
would wake up at 11:00 a.m. And I had no incentive to wake up at 7:00 because I'd wake up at 7:00 and be like, "What the
[ __ ] do I do? I'm so lost. I don't know who I'm becoming. And when I got clear on where I wanted to take my life, what
I wanted now, I was waking up with purpose. I knew what I had to do. So if you don't know what you want, you don't
know who you're becoming. You can't even manifest that into your reality. You cannot make any change. So above all,
figure out what you want. Figure out who you need to be in order to get what you want as well. How can you expect
different results if you're doing the exact same thing? If you're not getting results, there's something wrong with
your process. You have to change something up. But you also need to be consistent. I love it when I realize I'm
not giving something my 100%. Because it means that I'm not failing, I'm just failing at giving my 100. For example,
say you want to launch a brand. You're not sending your emails. You're not doing your posts. You're not hiring the
right staff. You're barely posting. Your products are really good though. And you're like, "Oh my god, the brand is
failing. The product sucks." No. because you actually just haven't looked at your back end. You're not doing everything
possible to get a sale. If you're doing everything possible to get a sale, you literally have exhausted all options.
You have even got others to come in and audit the business and give you feedback. You've tried all of that and
the product is not selling. Okay, the product sucks. Which hurts more? Knowing your product sucks or knowing you're
just not giving something your 100? So, it always brings me joy when I'm failing at something and I really evaluate
everything and I realize, no, I'm just not giving it my 100. So, something needs to change. We need to shock your
nervous system. And I really recommend watching this video because I go highly in depth into psychology and also
the brain. In order to make change as well, we need to shock your nerve system into becoming a new person essentially.
And these are through hard tasks which you usually wouldn't do. Take a cold shower for 30 days. By the way, you
don't have to do it for 30 days. I know it's like, [ __ ] I have to do this for 30 days. Do it for do it for one day.
And just say, I'm going to give myself a one day challenge. You complete that. Oh my god, I got a dopamine hit. I
completed today. Do another one day challenge. And then repeat that 30 times. You need to get you out of your
comfort zone. Maybe you start running. Maybe you start meditating. I would highly recommend implementing meditation
as part of this transformation process. I talk about meditation nearly every single video, but meditation is the one
thing that's going to allow you to overcome your brain. And something that Joe Despenszer says, which I love, if
you truly believed that your inner world created your outer world, and that your thoughts controlled your reality, you
would not be missing a meditation session. If you actually believed the impact of meditation, the impact of
manifestation, you would not skip a session. If you are constantly meditating, you're also going to gain
more emotional control of yourself. You're not going to let your outer reality disrupt what is going on
mentally. Jod dispenser meditations can be extremely long. They are often 1 hour long and there's fake ones on YouTube.
You usually have to purchase them. So, I recommend in order to get started with meditation, do some guided ones. I love

they're giving you 60 days free if you use my link in the description. They have so many meditations to choose from.
So many for whatever you want to deal with. Do you have stress, anxiety? You want to focus more and it's very gentle,
easy. It's a great introduction to meditation. So I highly recommend it. And guys, like literally 60 days free.
Just give it a go. Start to implement this and then gradually you can build onto longer meditations. But once you
see the effects of it, you will be reinforcing yourself to making this a part of your day. I personally meditate
at least once per day. It doesn't matter the meditation. It's whatever I feel like.
Ideally, you want to do twice per day. 5 10 minute sessions. They're all on Headspace. So, make sure you check it
out. Other things you can do to anchor this new identity, maybe you take a solo trip. I know my solo traveling changed
me. It's why I moved to Dubai. It literally happened at the end of my four month solo trip. By the time I came back
to Australia, I was a UAE resident. I took a leap of faith. You're in such a different environment. You're doing so
many different new things. It's rewiring your brain to be a new you. You're also breaking your everyday mundane pattern.
I'm also going to be doing vapasa. This is me personally. I'm doing vapasa, which is 10 days of meditation, 10 hours
a day. No social media, no reading, literally no stimulation, no eye contact. I think you wake up at like
4:00 a.m. and sleep at 7:00. It's very, very painful. Very, very painful. I've known people who cried the entire time,
but I'm personally doing this. You know, get char to generate a list of ideas for you. You need to change your
environment, which means your environment is either going to enable you to achieve your goals and make it
very easy or it's going to distract you. And unfortunately, everything in this world is here to distract us. We look at
our phone It's a distraction. Why does our whole world actually center around our
devices? Why do we hold our phone in our hands all the time? We get a text, we immediately look, we answer it. A
notification. That's not how it should be. Our phone should be in addition to our life. How can we remove these
barriers to changing who you are? I installed an app called Opal. Non-sponsored. If you're hungry, don't
keep snacks in the house. Only keep healthy foods. I don't know what your goals are personally, but you need to
figure out what are all of your obstacles to becoming who you want to be. And then figure out how we can make
it easier for you to overcome these obstacles. Okay, I don't like going to the gym. I really struggle to wake up.
Drive to the gym. It's hard. How about you reframe going to the gym? I need to take this huge step and drive there and
wake up early. Da da da. Why don't you just put on your workout set and put on your running shoes and then pick up your
protein shake that you made the night before? Okay, now I've done this, I might as well go to the gym. You've
already completed this step. And your brain likes to complete things. It gives you a dopamine hit because you've
accomplished a small task. And before you go to bed, tell yourself, "Tomorrow, I'm going to have a great day and I'm
going to be very productive and I'm going to wake up early and go to the gym." And then your subconscious mind
will process that as you sleep. Tell yourself, command yourself, command your mind what you want to do, what you want
to achieve. Everything is a distraction. I actually have on this board, by the way, I'm in my hometown at the moment. I
have on this board, and it's going to sound very Andrew, >> I will not let the matrix control me.
>> You're [ __ ] poor. [Music] >> But it's true. I've realized the matrix
has also built up your fears. A lot of your fears are engineers. Some of them don't come from you. They come from your
outer world programming you when it should be you programming your outer world. Links in the description to my
other videos if you're new here. I recommend this if you have time. Invest in a singularity project. What is this?
It's something that could be a passion project. Something the old you would be afraid to do, but you're taking a risk
to do this. And in order to start this project, you actually need to become a new version of you. For example, with my
fashion brand, if you've been watching my channel, you know in 2022, I was building a fashion
brand. That did not work out. There were so many hurdles. But it's fine. I was young. It was meant to happen that way.
I started building it again last year. And man, again, it is so expensive. You guys don't know how expensive it is to
build a brand. You think it'll be like $5,000? No. Try like 30 to 40,000. Mhm. Mhm. Mhm. Because each time you do a
sample, it's like 100 to 200 USD. It is so expensive and you're doing like six rounds of samples. I'm telling you,
everything was going wrong. One of my factories went like bankrupt. I was actually getting so tired throughout
this process and I was regressing into the old me. While when I first decided I wanted to do this brand again, I had
momentum. This is another thing. You need to have momentum. You have 24 hours to act on an idea. Don't leave it
waiting. Act on it now. So, I had this momentum. I was literally a new version of me. The old me did not have time to
do this brand. The old me had fears around doing it after what happened in 2022. So, I had to change myself to take
this leap again and take this huge risk. Now, as everything was going wrong throughout the year, guess what? I was
regressing into my old self. In fact, I think I was manifesting for everything to go wrong cuz I realized if they were
taking time on samples, that's okay cuz I was scared to see the sample. I was scared to see the outcome. And if my
sample was perfect, it means, oh my god, I actually have to do my brand now. If I have to do my brand, it opens this whole
world up where I now need to do marketing. I need to do photo shoots. I have another company to work with. And
if you know me, I have like literally three businesses already. time went on, I didn't have the capacity for it. But
it's because I had regressed into my old self. Technically, I did have time for this. I did have capacity, but my mind
was making up excuses, making up fears, and giving into the old self, which was very, very fearful. So, what I'm saying
is you need to have momentum for this singularity project, and you need to act on it, and you need to overcome these
fears. Now, you're probably wondering what is happening with the brand, Simone. I decided I'm going to try
another factory with my samples. I have one perfect sample and we're going to see what happens. And I said, God, if
these samples turn out perfect, then I will go ahead with the brand. If not, I'm going to delay it for a few years as
I focus on my other things. We have certainty and we trust the process. You can also follow my brand here if you
want. Expand your reach. You probably do not have a big enough social circle. We are the sum of the five people we hang
around most. Look at your friends. What are they doing? You want to be a married person, but all your friends are single.
Guess what? You're going to stay single because your single friends are going to give you terrible advice. And you're
also not used to what a marriage looks like because you're surrounded by singleness. If you want to be an
entrepreneur, but all your friends work 9 to fives and they have no concept of entrepreneurship, how are you going to
be an entrepreneur? You need to surround yourself with these people. Get on LinkedIn. Go to events. Join clubs.
Choose three things which will expand your social circle to put you in environments where you're going to meet
new people who are aligned with you. This can literally be like going on Twitter and finding those communities or
threads or Reddit, anything. I suggest watching my how to make friends video because in it I talk about how for me
cuz I've moved around so much and I have a very large social circle and I did I was not like this in the past. My social
circle was so small. I was very very nervous and shy. And then when I started to move around and travel, I was putting
myself out there all the time. Like I'm a big networker now. For me, everything is a networking opportunity. What can I

as we sleep. What am I suggesting here? Subliminals. When we tell people our goals or our transformation, sometimes
it can hold you accountable. But actually, we get a sense that we've already completed this task, that we've
already done the action, that we've already achieved the goal. And it gives you that dopamine hit by talking about
it. And we also open our power energy field to evil eye to negative intentions. So it's best that you just
