Your credits refresh at the start of every billing cycle. If you run out before then, you have two options: upgrade to a plan with a larger monthly allowance, or buy a top-up pack (20,000 credits for $5.00 or 60,000 credits for $12.00, valid 12 months) without changing plans. Either way, nothing is ever charged automatically — you choose if and when to add more.
No, credits reset monthly for all plans. Your credit allowance refreshes at the start of each billing cycle, and unused credits do not carry over to the next month.
Every paid plan, monthly or annual, comes with a 5-day free trial, once per person. A card is required; it becomes the plan you picked (Plus monthly is $9.99/month) after 5 days unless you cancel before then. We email you 2 days before you're charged. The Free plan never needs a card.
