Tok, but she said, "These are the things I did to become hotter." like spiritually, mentally, physically. And I
thought, what a great video because for me this year, I feel like I have gone through such a a change. And I'm going
to make another video on this. I feel like uh the past week or two, I actually like quantum leap. It's like I'm not
even the same person, but that's a separate video. Since turning 25, and maybe it's the prefrontal cortex
developing, or it's just the fact that I don't really give a [ __ ] anymore. I've done so many things differently. And I'm
going to go through this with you. Okay. So the first thing I've done that has made me hotter mentally, physically and
spiritually is I practice restriction. This does not mean restriction in eating. It means I restrict my
reactions. I restrict my thoughts and I restrict my behaviors. Anything that is feeding the old self and is not pushing
me towards my new self, it's restricted. So in Cabala when we restrict we're actually building our vessel in order to
bring in the new. I'll give you an example. Say you cannot get over your ex. And if we talk about this in
psychology terms, watch this video. You can't get over your ex because perhaps you have been ruminating about them,
thinking about them so much, every single thing in your environment reminds you of them. that everything about you,
everything in your environment, it's anchoring you to your ex, therefore anchoring you to your past. So, how can
you even get over your ex? This is where restriction comes in. When you notice the automatic association, okay, I'm
driving down this highway. We used to drive here together. You practice restriction. So instead of me now
thinking about him, missing him, I'm going to choose to replace that memory, try to build a different association,
and I'm going to stop the thought of him in its tracks. And I'm going to thirdly then align with something else. So you
might say to yourself, I'm not going to think about him anymore. I choose to think of my soulmate or whatever,
whatever else you want, my job. You have to replace it with something else. And restriction is the easiest way to get
over someone and to get over something that is not good for you. By restricting, am I going to build this
vessel? Yes. Because we can only build a vessel through difficulty, through hardship. Because all of these
difficulties, hardships, this this is coming. This is something that we have gotten in this lifetime because we need
to overcome it. And if we do not overcome it, you will experience it in your next lifetime. So I practice
restriction in a lot of ways. like maybe social media addiction. I want to scroll. I want so badly to scroll right
now. I just want to turn off and go on Tik Tok. I'm going to restrict. I'm not going to do it. By the way, point two.
If you are consistent with your meditation practice, and I will be putting out a video for this in the next
few weeks, you will find overcoming your addictions, overcoming dream scrolling very, very easy. In fact, if you are
consistently meditating, you will be on such a higher frequency that you will not even want to go on your phone. You
will naturally and innately avoid things which are going to lower your frequency. And when you first start doing this
process, I will tell you what happened with me. So, I first started after a week. I literally I felt like a
different person. And then I got my period. I went back into a little bit of a lower state. I wanted to dream scroll.
One night it broke that pattern cuz one week is not enough to get into a habit right and to build a new self. So I went
back into this lower state. Suddenly all the vices started to come up or the addictions it was easier to feed the
addictions. It was harder to restrict. And then I was like okay let's restrict again. Do not do this behavior even
though I want to do it. Go back into your meditations. You consistently do that again. Build momentum. You raise
the frequency. It becomes easier again. It's really that simple. And I'm going to make another video on this. You just
have to commit to something. And I decided earlier in the year I was focusing on too many things. And none of
these things were bringing me happiness because I was in such a free state from CPTTSD, nervous system dysregulation
that uh with all the travel I was doing, with all the people I was meeting, the life I was living, nothing was bringing
me happiness. In fact, I was in this perpetual state where I was always anxious. I could never be calm. I could
never enjoy the moment. My head was stuck in the future. If you have CPTTSD or nervous system disregulation, you
will probably know what this feels like. And I decided, okay, everything I'm doing, it doesn't matter anymore. If I
feel this way, if I get more money, it doesn't matter. If I get love, it doesn't matter. If I buy this thing, it
doesn't matter because I can't even feel it. So, I need to do everything to heal this nervous system, disregulation, and
come into my own body. Now, meditation is actually not great for nervous system dysregulation because we we need to do
somatic healing in order for our body to feel safe, which is why I was doing EFT tapping. This is another point. When
you're doing EFT tapping, depending on what you're tapping on, but it can help you overcome a lot of blocks and make
yourself feel safe. You can also do TR. TR actually guys, it worked for me once, it didn't work for me after because I
was so disregulated. My body did not even feel safe enough in order to release and to allow the shaking to
happen. But give it a go anyway. So, those are a couple of things that really drastically changed me because now when
I'm with people, I can enjoy the moment. Now that I've gotten a taste of what it means to be regulated, I can tell when
I'm disregulated. Because if you're in a chronic state of dysregulation, you will not even know you're dregulated. I spent
maybe 10 years not knowing I was dysregulated. I would just genuinely be like, "What is wrong with me?" I
remember the first time I realized something was wrong. I was solo traveling in London and I was in like
Trafalga Square and I couldn't see anything. It's like I was not in my body. And then I was like, "Okay,
there's something not quite right here." And then when you notice something's wrong and you have a baseline and then
maybe you experience a moment of normaly you have something to compare it to and you can work on healing. Then something
great with meditation and breath work and all these healing practices is once you get a taste of it of what it feels
like to be normal to be in an elevated state and to be in an elevated state you will always want to get back there. Once
you get the high you want to get back. So if you're struggling with your meditation, you're struggling with your
consistency, it's because you haven't even reached that state yet. Once you get a little taste of that, there's no
going back. You felt so good that you cannot simply go back to the lower frequency you were in. And if you go
back, which is normal cuz, you know, we're up and down. We're up and down. If you go back, you will always come back
to here because it feels good. And you will do everything to get back here. I stopped touching my face. I mean, okay,
I'm going to explain this a little bit. When I first moved to Dubai, there are so many beauty clinics here because
Dubai is like a multicultural hub. Okay, you have every single race in the world here. I think like 90% of people are
foreigners now. Because of that, everyone's bringing their own business. And the Iranians especially, they have
opened so many beauty clinics here. Like all in JRA, just beauty clinics. If you know, if you live here, you know what I
mean. So you can get all these skincare treatments that you see on you see on Tik Tok, Salmon DNA, PRP, whatever, for
such a cheap price. And I'm from Australia. So for example, in Australia, maybe you pay $1,000 for Salmon DNA.
Here I paid $650 dirhams. What is that in Australian dollars? Like $300, $280. So because these treatments were so
cheap and I was like, I just want to be better, better, better. If it's broke, don't fix it. I would do it. And you
know what happened? It's like God was punishing me every time something would go wrong. An issue that was never there
before would come up. And this is something that will happen if you have body dysmorphia. You're always trying to
reach this level of perfection. Especially people who get surgery. Let's get into this in a bit. You're always
trying to reach like a better version of you. Even if you don't need to. Like if it's broke, do not fix it. I was not
insecure about my face or my skin. But I'm like, why not? Salmon DNA is going to make me even more perfect. Let's go
do it. And then, for example, when she injected under my eyes, nothing happened. But it she injected it so
badly, all these little veins popped up. When they did PRP on my face, she went too hard in the nasal labial area, which
gave me line a line here, and it gave me perioral dermatitis, which has not gone to this day. This, by the way, this is
not isolated to just beauty. Tik Tok may tell you there is something wrong because there is a new trend all the
time. You know, there's so many stupid trends and it makes you feel like something's wrong. Something's wrong
with me. I need to go fix this. I need to go buy that product. By the way, that's capitalism as well. They want you
to be insecure. But you need to tell yourself, do I need to do this? Even if it's tempting me. So, Joseph Murphy in
his book, The Power of the Subconscious Mind, he was talking about how people who get plastic surgery, one of two
things can happen. So say they're insecure about their nose their whole life. They get a nose job. The insecur
is gone. You would expect them to be confident after, right? But a lot of them, they're not. In fact, they might
develop body dysmorphia where they say, "No, my nose looks exactly the same. Nothing has changed. I'm still ugly."
Even though they remove the thing that was making them the most insecure, they look in the mirror, they still see the
same ugly version of themselves. And that was when and that's why if you want to get plastic surgery, most
clinics in Australia, they make you do this. Uh disclaimer, I've not had plastic surgery, but the clinics will
actually make you go to a psychologist and have 10 sessions with them because they realize people need plastic surgery
of the mind. They need mind rehabilitation before they need nose reconstruction surgery. Sometimes when
they fix this issue, it doesn't fix what's going on in here. They still feel ugly. If you believe you're ugly, you're
going to be ugly. No amount of making you look beautiful. No amount of surgery is going to fix that. It's like Megan
Fox. She said she couldn't look at herself in photos because she thought she was ugly. And she's like, "I'm the
most body dysmorphic person in the world." Yet, she's widely considered one of the most beautiful women in
Hollywood. So, I went on a bit of a tangent, but don't fix what's not broken. I became consistent at the gym.
I've talked about this in my other video, but yeah, I'm at the gym nearly every day and I don't force myself. If I
don't want to go, but going to the gym is just going to make you feel good. It makes you feel accomplished. Even if I
feel lazy the whole day and I don't want to do anything, I just go to the gym because at least I accomplished one
task. It made me feel and it made me feel good. And you know, we're not doing anything. We are progressing. But at
least if you went to the gym, you worked on your health, you worked on your physique, you've improved like 1%.
You're not regressing. And your health is wealth. Your health is the most important thing, which can
lead into the next point. I become super rigid about my sleep schedule. I mentioned in the previous video, I'm
like honestly a biohacker. The the way I live my life, it's a little extreme for a 25-year-old, I will say. But I'm so
rigid about my sleep. I've said this in every video, guys. If you have poor sleep, you're going to have a chain
reaction in your life. You will be affected at work because you'll have low lower concentration. Therefore, okay,
you're not going to make as much money. Therefore, maybe you'll have more stress. You're not going to be as
healthy. You won't look as good. You'll be at more risk for diseases. You're going to feel like [ __ ] So, you need to
prioritize your sleep no matter what. I do not chase validation. And as a woman, I
really try to not seek outside validation. And I never never explain myself. If I feel the need to explain
something, like maybe someone's triggered something in me or it made me feel insecure and then I want to
overexlain and justify why I did something, I don't. And I do think this is something that comes with getting
older and becoming more secure in yourself because when you're younger, you don't exactly know who you are. Even
if you think you know who you are, you don't because you're a baby. Think whatever you want to think of it. it's
not going to affect me in 5 years. It doesn't matter if you're not an important person in my life. It doesn't
matter. I have made learning a very consistent practice. It's something that I do every day. Going back to a previous
point, if you're not progressing, you're regressing. We always have to make movement. Now, if you're not in school
and you're you're not and your job is not stimulating you mentally, you're going to mentally decay over time. I
personally I'm always learning something new through an online course or I'm reading a book and doing this has just
made me feel more mentally sharp and it's also helped my confidence because I don't feel like I'm falling behind
mentally. I feel like I'm constantly able to elevate myself and become more worldly and knowledgeable about all
these different topics. I really love Udemy. Highly recommend guys. I think I paid $120 Australian dollars, which is
like 80 USD for a one-year membership, access to thousands and thousands of courses and like any different topic. I
don't buy random clothes. So, I think when we're younger, we don't really know our style. Perhaps your style is based
on what's popular on Tik Tok or Pinterest or a celebrity. But what happens is you end up building a closet
that's not cohesive and maybe you outgrow that style and then you don't really know what to wear and you're in
this cycle of perpetually buying clothes, which is what a lot of people do. They buy from she and they have a
cart of like $400 and then these clothes will ultimately end up in landfill. They don't wear it that much. It goes out of
style. It it looks cheap as well. I don't buy random clothes. I really always think, can I see how many outfits
can I make with this? Is it going to be a staple in my closet? Does it fit my style? Because of that, it makes
dressing myself very, very easy. So, I highly suggest refining your style because it will make you also look a lot
classier and put together. I do things on my own time. I do not wait. I do not wait for anyone. If I want to do it, I'm
going to do it. I started doing this in 2023 when I solo traveled for the first time. And I've said many times that this
is what has changed my life, solo traveling, because it gives you the confidence to go and do other things by
yourself. If I want to try a new restaurant and none of my friends want to go, I will go. I went to a theme park
by myself once. Did I have a good time? Not really, not going to lie. But I wanted to go, so I went. Um, I'm going
to Shanghai this week. my friend didn't want to come. I'm like, I'm still going to go. I'm still going to do it. I
signed up for a triathlon. I've never done a triathlon before. This is another thing about me. Um, I am down for
everything. I believe in having I believe in like trying new things to have the most fulfilling life
experience. So, even if I'm not necessarily like a a person who's hiking every single weekend or doing like the
iron man, running, doing marathons, someone said, "Do you want to do the triathlon?" By the way, it's the mini
triathlon sprint. So, it's 750 m swimming, 20 km cycling, 5 km run. And I was like, I'll do it with you because
why not? It's a challenge. I think we should always be challenging ourselves so we can grow and so we can stimulate
ourselves just to have the most experiences in life. Practicing energy hygiene. So, especially being an online
content creator, I regularly get cord cutings cuz imagine like the average person maybe has like 100 eyes on them
or less. I have a million eyes on me um and regularly per month, maybe like 500,000 depending on the views. So
whenever my I see my cord cutter once per month and she would tell me like, "Oh my god, you have so many cords in
your sex organs and that is men's loss and women's envy and it can get so bad that it affects your reproductive
organs." So I I have her like pull it out. The average person only needs to do this maybe like every 6 months. And what
you should also be doing is going into the ocean, scrubbing yourself with salt once per week, doing uh salt foot soaks
three times per week. And then always, if you're religious, pray to God to protect you. Pray to your archangels as
well. When you are also doing your meditations, this will strengthen your protective field as well. So practicing
your energy hygiene is especially important. This can go with my last point. I protect my attention. So, this
will be easier when you've done your meditations, but I don't waste my time on silly things like doom scrolling
because I have to protect my mind. Everything on our phone, everything in this world is built to distract you. If
you allow yourself to be distracted, you're going to be straying from your path. In order to get control of your
brain, you need to start meditating and you need to practice point number one, restriction. So, everyone, I hope you
