to focus on a very large and holistic
problem and we really have to try to
make it as local and feasible to solve
as possible. We're really trying to find
practical feasible solution that can
benefit the local context. But I think
it's also really good for challenging
one's own knowledge and expertise. I
think we all come knowing that we're
good at something and we can do
something in this way and then you sit
together in a table of six seven people
and you actually start challenging what
you know what maybe I can do this in
this other way but like we can solve
this specific task using my method but
this method that I didn't know about
before because it comes from design or
architecture or engineering is actually
way better for this other specific task.
It's really about learning from each
other and using the different skills to
create a a common solution.
