standing because we're going to pray for our country this week India is celebrating its 70th birthday what we

call independence will so we want to pray for our country and ask for God's blessings or our

nation shall be closed arise let's pray because the Bible says pray for those that are in the government

pray for the rulers the Bible says in the book of Timothy when you pray for them you will be able to live a life

that is peaceful and blessed the Bible says in the Book of Jeremiah pray for the country where I send you that in the

prosperity of the country where I send you will you be prosperous the Bible commands us to pray for our country

shall we look to the Lord and say God you have to bless our country over 600,000 villages

1.3 billion people so many language groups only Jesus can bring the kind of blessing that India needs we are so

blessed to be in this beautiful nation hallelujah that God would protect our bodies with His grace that our defenses

would be blessed that God would bless the people within the borders that every inhabitant of this nation will be

blessed that God would protect us from calamities that God would pour his favor and wisdom on the government whoever is

ruling that God's hand will be above them even if they don't have the best intentions for us because God who rules

above them has good intentions for us that through the governance he will pour out his grace hallelujah hallelujah

wherever you're standing take a few minutes to say God you bless our country you bless our nation father you bless

the tricolour you bless our democracy and its pillars blessed us with leaders who have a heart to serve the people and

together on listening to the Holy Spirit and this month the emphasis is on the Holy Spirit right

y'all are so energetic so nice now today we're going to study from the Bible on listening to the Holy Spirit who speaks

from within us next Sunday we will learn about how to hear the Holy Spirit who speaks from the Bible the Rhema spoken

word of God how does logos become Rhema in the Holy Spirit how does the written word of God become the spoken word of

God by the Holy Spirit and third the third Sunday we will look at how the Holy Spirit actually speaks through

circumstances and I believe that God will help us grow in our spiritual lives as we learn this a man one of the

confusions that sometimes we have we think Holy Spirit is a powerful many people think Holy Spirit is a power like

electricity is a power wind is an energy solar is an energy this thing o God is a power is a energy Holy Spirit is energy

it's a big mistake Holy Spirit has energy you and I have energy I know sometimes we don't show it on a Sunday

in church but everybody has some energy in life now some have positional energy positional power you are the principal

of a school so you have a certain amount of positional power over your pupils students you are a police personnel so

you have certain amount of constitutional power so you're in the judiciary so as a judge you have certain

honors that are given to you so you have more powers at your disposal than a normal human being

so the positional powers Holy Spirit has all the power because he is God Almighty but he's a person is an individual and

many times we can't see him as a person because we only see three-dimensional human beings as person

we look at electricity and the sparks and the light and whatever it causes and we say hey that's energy and we think

because Holy Spirit also heals people and delivers people etc we think it's a Pavo it's not a power it's a person he's

a person who has power and we mistake him as a power because we can we only identify a person as a person when he's

measurable like should have length depth and the part we don't like width so then we say oh that's visible that's a person

Holy Spirit is beyond three dimensions Holy Spirit is beyond humanity when God comes down into available he does not

become like us he's a spivot but he's a person he's a spirit person it's a spirit being and he's everywhere at the

same time you and I cannot be everywhere at the same time have into one house and I saw this little fellow running around

after a few minutes I didn't see him so I asked his mother she was in the kitchen making tea or coffee for me

whatever so I said sister where's your son and she she so unintentionally so casually and yet so honestly said he's

everywhere pastor but what she really meant is who knows where he is I'm an easier running around and then she

called for him and he came out from somewhere and then I spent some time playing with him but the truth of the

matter is he's not everywhere he was somewhere now most of the parents know when you ask a child where are you and

he says I'm here what are you doing and when the child says nothing all antennas goes up because as long as he's doing

something that is terrible that is conversable that is communicable

it is safe but when the child says I'm doing nothing it means is doing something is afraid to say what out SOS

so we sometimes think in same limited terms within how can Jesus how can the Holy Spirit be in this church and

somewhere else and somewhere else isn't he limited by time space isn't he limited now we already dealt that he is

not limited by matter he's not limited by substance so isn't he limited by time or space no he's beyond all of these

because he created everything he's beyond time space and matter in the beginning God created heavens and the

earth what did God create in the beginning he created time beginning means time God created heavens what is

heavens dimensions space heavens and the earth what is earth matter God created everything only have you ever seen a

computer creating itself have you ever seen a building create another building no you and I can only create something

that is you know the best of what we can create is what we can understand similarly we cannot create something

that is greater than us which is why we cannot create God anything that we create cannot become God we can only

create what we can with other knowledge we can create things that we cannot do but it is something we understand it is

within the power of our mind God who is beyond time space and matter created time space and matter which is

well within his control and we say there is no God or we don't believe in God because we are not able

to understand God in terms of time space and matter God is greater than that Holy Spirit is

greater than that we understand Jesus because God squeezed himself into time space and matter and

we saw God as Jesus but otherwise God is beyond these things and therefore many times people assume that he's not a

person is just a Papa no he's a person with feelings he's an individual and the Bible tells

us his personality is that he reveals God the Father and the son to us and he's a spirit of truth

he's not a spirit of facts he's a spirit of truths for example God you're praying and you feel the Holy Spirit telling you

I'm gonna bless you and you're so happy you finish your morning prayer and you go to work and the boss says today's

your last working day oh you're broken this thing this morning God you spoke in my heart you're gonna

bless me and how come the boss told me I lost my job well God doesn't tell you facts

but it is not the spirit of fact he's a spirit of truth facts are inferior to truths Holy Spirit I'm gonna bless you

and you men to the office and lost your job and you say how can God tell me I'm going to bless you and actually I lose a

job well the truth is this because you lost their job you got another job and in five years time you are somewhere way

far above where you would have been if you remain in the job and so then you discover in hindsight or when the Lord

said I will bless you actually losing the job was a blessing many times okay you want to clap just do it fast finish

that so I can go on now when God says something we we misunderstand because we try to transfer literally the two other

facts of life well actually he's speaking the truths of his divine grace I hope we are communicating right so

he's a spirit of truth he's a spirit of comfort not discomfort he's a spirit of peace not anxiety he's a spirit of peace

not anxiety this is his personality now pastor how to hear the voice of God speaking from within I'll

tell you been studying the Bible for this topic my god from ages and the more I study the Bible the more I'm convinced

about some truths and we'll learn it together today especially in my earlier days as I went from college to college

teaching the Bible to students this is the biggest question especially in ladies

God I tell you I have handled more low cases than hard cases then I don't know whatever cases in colleges this exam is

they are actually concerned is is God's liking the same as my liking I hope he doesn't like what I like

pastor can you pray and see what is God's will what they're actually saying is I have a plan pastor I'm ready with

the offering if you can just say yes to my plan in the name of God how many donations I have lost

because I found that it's not worth lying in the name of the holy spirit for any amount of monetary benefit one man

once told me I had I had a project of about 75 lakhs at that time I think it was only 4 lakhs he told me just make me

an assistant pastor now I'll pay you the 75 lakhs right now I looked at him and I said brother my

ministry may be poor but it's not on sale so all of us want to know God's will right at some point or there

sometimes is that serious is that sometimes there are believers who genuinely go to a cloth store and pray

God which skirt do I choose lead me Lord I'm not joking there are people who have done that not skirt of course but I've

gone to cloth store saying Holy Spirit do you have a planted shirt I should take I guess I guess we all do this in

different ways depending on our relationship with God and it's not wrong but how do we hear the voice of the Holy

Spirit especially when he speaks from the inside everyone who's accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior you have

the Holy Spirit inside you pastor how do I know because you believe the Bible have you seen your heart have you seen

your brain have you seen your kidney but you know it's there right the doctor told you education told you you know the

Holy Spirit is in you because the Bible tells you you believe God's Word he is in

now the Holy Spirit who is in you when he speaks we got to hear him but how do we hear in now everybody please

understand this there is no sorry Lord for saying it like this but just so that everyone of us will understand there is

no Holy Spirit made in China in other words there is no cheap Holy Spirit there is only one Holy Spirit is the

same Holy Spirit that came in Christ Jesus the same Holy Spirit the father sent we all have the same Holy Spirit

give him a big and clap of praise hallelujah the same Holy Spirit in fact that's what the Bible says in the book

of Romans the same Holy Spirit that raised Christ Jesus from the dead and brought him out of the grave dwells in

you hallelujah hallelujah what a powerful scripture that is what a powerful truth that is now the Holy

Bible tells us that if we have to hear this Holy Spirit and by the way he's a speaking spirit he's not a quiet spirit

he speaks in all of us he speaks but our ability to listen is very important olden days or even today you have you

know car radio FM radio mostly it's a from now frequency modulated right so kind of listen to it now if you're not

able to get the radio you're in the city in a jam you're trying to play some station you're not able to get some

station what does it mean is the station not working no what does it mean you don't tuned that's all if you're not

able to hear the Holy Spirit don't doubt the Holy Spirit tune yourself read Tunes how to tune a says we are learning

something now Holy Spirit is in you and he is speaking you nozzles to hear him out it's so easy by the way Romans

chapter 12 verse 2 and the Bible says do not be conformed Illustrated together we confirmed to this world this age

fashioned after and adapted to its external superficial customs but be transformed by the renewal of your mind

by its new ideals and its new attitude so that you may prove for yourself what is the good and the acceptable and the

perfect will of God even the thing which is good and acceptable and perfect in a sight for you how many of you want to

all my friends are druggies so my context is friends who are druggies I don't have to be found by my context I

don't behave like them all my friends are corrupt they steal from their office all my friends or colleagues are corrupt

they copy during exams first of is the worse against that to see this question somebody asked me and when I said

there's no worse for it then they said so it's something we can choose right how the brain works especially before

exams I had a girl one Sunday testify I'll never forget this that rooster she's my friend but she said this one

Sunday in our old church she was testifying she said God's children in the exams I didn't know what to write

then I prayed and I prayed she never studied see she should have studied she didn't study she was playing around and

when exam people came she didn't know what to do she started speaking in tongues she's again testimony in the

church then standard exam she started speaking in tongues and she said the whole objective questions she answered

easily she said she got more than passing marks that's the testimony so what she's saying is when I kept praying

and the tongue speaking in tongues Bibi became so I said we'll be that CCK my second then what happened

she gave like that for testimony and all were hallelujah and all somewhere laughing then what happened when the

results came she's not been seen she disappeared for two three days because she failed so many people they are

formed by the context she had a set of believers around her who were not reasonable they believed

you don't have to work God will send crows with food to your house you know so many wrong teachings they had she

belonged to that small group in the church and she had results of that because when you are confirmed to the

wrong things you have wrong results so God said don't be confirmed to the spirit of this age but be transformed by

the renewing of your mind you see confirm to the world mind is not involved but transform that to the Word

of God mind is involved the Bible says be transformed by the renewing of your mind why is the mind in goal in being

transformed transformed means trance divine something that comes supernatural form this actually a word from more

forces divinely changed by the renewing of your mind so when when God says don't become like

the world but be like a child of God to the word be like a child of God he adds by saying be like

a child of God with a changed mind why is he using the word mind there because a lot of times we try to become like

children of God through rules and regulations you cannot hear God like that when you become a child of God with

the rules and regulations without changing your mind it is not a proper thing for example I

never had girlfriends and my childhood and I'm not saying that crying I'm just saying effect but Johnson you didn't

have a girlfriend I wanted to desperately especially when all my friends used to hang around on

their bikes with girlfriends I felt so terrible not having one how I wished I had one I knew all the scriptures in the

Bible of how Jacob had girlfriend called Rachel and so many others but because I grew up in a Christian home as a

pastor's and I couldn't have a girlfriend now today I'm thank God for that

hallelujah a man thank God because all those were sinking ships doesn't matter how good Titanic looks but you don't

want to be buried at the bottom of Atlantic do you today I'm thankful to God for all those who googles but my

mind was looking for a girlfriend but I couldn't have one today when I look back at it how I wish the people who put

rules in my life would have explained to me why that rule was there I would have still honored that rule but it's just

that it would have renewed my mind had to just told me why it is wrong to have unworthy relationships on how they drag

us away from God on how they bring distraction from God's purposes in our life on how they can bring us below

God's destiny for us I would have happily obeyed it I obeyed it anyway but unhappily God says don't be like Johnson

don't be transformed as my childlike Johnson but be transformed as my child with a renewed mind I went for a

marriage one girl from our church was getting married in another city town actually those days 15 years ago maybe

18 years ago so a couple of us from the church throw up in fact she had just got baptized from a nursing background she

is from a nursing student nursing college in Bangalore and then she accepted the Lord she got baptized not

sure some of our church woman took her to shopping for marriage you know bought her clothes and all that anyway we went

for her wedding so as the pastor I had to be there now these days I don't travel for weddings but those days I

used to so I go to the wedding and when I went there they said you cannot sit on the stage

why now I thought it's because I was unmarried at that time so you know all these elderly in some denominations and

I also thought maybe because I don't belong to that denomination so I said no problem as long as the marriage goes

well we're more than happy so me and a few brothers from the church we went and sat at the back we're happy no problem

the pastor's of that denomination will conduct now that denomination pastors don't marry and pastors and everyone

wears only white now this girl she was already told you should wear white and come but in Bangalore when they did

shopping she bought a white sari with golden color borders sati borders were golden color so when she was entering

the church they stopped her they said this is not allowed poor girl there was a parsonage where you know

unmarried women who are involved in serving God in the church they have a small house to stay so she was taken

there and one of their white saris was put on her and she got married in somebody else's right sorry she was so

sad we all were mad if there was one scripture in the Bible that terrorism is acceptable oh boy

a blown up that place come on girl is getting married and guess what you know how I encouraged her I said sister don't

worry one day we'll all die same thing will happen they'll put us in white and white they'll remove all the ornaments

so don't worry at all and one more thing I told her look at the boy poor fellow socks salsa wait I tell you

it was a joke man seriously and I'm telling you I don't even today I don't understand what's the point in forcing

colors on people I mean their heart is full of red and golden and outside do you think God is pleasing ha ha ha ha

God sees the inside baby he's not seeing the outside so God says be it transformed on the mind

now some if somebody has a vision ok I'll wear only white god bless you that's that's a decision between you and

God keep that consecration somebody has a decision I won't wear ornaments wonderful keep the decision no problem

but if you take your decision and teach it as the correct standard saying others have to follow this you are preaching or

wrong gospel because it is not your rules that make a person a child of God it is the word of God and the Holy

Spirit that makes a person a child of God a man so sometimes individuals have certain rules that God puts in the heart

well and good follow that I have some for myself it's all right now God says don't be confirmed to the world but be

transformed that to be like Jesus by a changed mind so that you may know the perfect will of God and then the Bible

says to know what the Holy Spirit is speaking within you how do you swarm yourself by a changed mind in fact

Romans chapter 12 gives you a list there it says from verse 3 onwards God has given everyone ability of grace a gift

of grace there's nobody without a grace gift there are moments we all pray God

there's nothing useful in me Lord you know Lord I know Lord we all know Lord and then after the prayer with all

humility when we step out how do we behave who who knows like I how I know that's maybe behavior but when we pray

oh come on don't sit there like mr. bean wondering what you're talking I am talking about us I am talking about us

how sometimes in God's presence we are so humble but outside we forget to be humble and that's not correct that's

wrong because we think only when we pray veer and God's presence no even our outside life is in the

presence of God a saint is not known by his posture and prayer but a saint is more known by his posture in real life

and so the Bible tells us you must begin to serve the Lord now Philippians chapter 1 verse 6 is a

beautiful scripture let's read that together and I'm convinced and sure of this very thing that he who began a good

work in you will continue until the day of Jesus Christ right up to the time of his return developing that good work and

perfecting and bringing it to full completion in you I want everyone to look at me carefully even when you're

sleeping God is working in you even when you are not thinking about it God is working in you he's working in you to

bring out the fullness of his plan in your life until the day Jesus comes back Wow give him a big big big hand clap

afraid that's what God is doing in us he is working in us hallelujah now there are different kinds of anointing one

anointing that comes in us helps us to transform our character the other anointing that comes upon us empowers us

to serve the Lord Romans chapter 6 verse 13 the Bible says do not continue offering or yielding your bodily members

and faculties to sin as instruments or tools of wickedness but offer and yield yourselves to God as though you have

been raised from the dead to perpetual life and your bodily members and faculties to God presenting

them as implements of righteousness so God is saying hey listen don't just say don't just make a list off I won't do

that I won't do this I wonder the other God says that's not enough make a list off this is how I'm going to

do this is what I'm going to serve this is how I'm going to work you make a list of to do not just what not to do many of

us sometimes we make a list of these are the things I'll not do but listen that doesn't give you success that only helps

you with what I would call absent Shia from sin absent ISM from sin abstinence from sin that's not enough

it's not enough to be neutral you've got to be on the positive avoiding the negative is not enough make a list of

what you want to do because many times when you're getting engaged in what you want to do you'll automatically stop

what you don't want to do engage in acts of righteousness and so the Bible says Romans chapter 12 is actually full of

that it says you require a lifestyle of serving God and it starts with love you all can go home and read Romans chapter

12 it says it starts with loving God's people without judging them everybody say without judging we must love one

another without judging so does that mean we should love everybody equally yes does it mean we must express that

love equally no expressions of love have to be built on evaluation of situations and people so why does the bible's I

don't judge don't judgments don't condemn you must evaluate people I love the brothers and sisters in our church

equally but I don't behave equally that's simple wisdom you simple common sense I was 21 when this church started

and I love the men and women sometimes I like some women more than men because they pray more may not busy but these

ladies some of them are so faithful to God and prayer in working I'm just being honest I'm sorry but that's a fact men

are also prayerful I'm not saying no don't look depress alright is okay but I'm just saying at that time there were

some women who are more prayerful than the men who were around me but I would go out with the men for you know

chili chicken pani puri but with the ladies no I take this men on my bike you know we would go triples one night we

got caught we all had a late night prayer and then we have a cooking for the next day's

youth meeting midnight 12:30 somebody wanted to have tea there was no milk we put all the money together we figured

out that we can share a tea in ashoka hotel those days it was called a shoka hotel price the hotel be when their they

bought a pot of tea and shared it among so many people and the waiters were upset with us because party was only

meant for two but we were 15 drinking you know but we just wanted to be in a five-star hotel that night a couple of

us got caught and miraculously we escaped but you will never find me with a woman you know sitting alone or

driving on the bike never I love everybody equally but you got to evaluate situations you go to evaluate

situations and be wise I know Bangla doesn't like kind of teaching I understand that but

you see I'm not teaching bangle culture I'm teaching Bible culture right so the Bible tells us you've got to do things

loving everybody but evaluate the situation you don't talk to everybody the same way you talk to some people

with certain amount of reservation and to some others but maybe some amount of freedom

depending on how you evaluate things then what is the difference between judging and evaluating judging is when

you look at a person and say they've got that weakness they'll never change no use talking to them you have no

business to judge anybody you evaluate they have a weakness then you understand how you deal with them but don't judge

them saying they won't change because sometimes God will use you to change them who knows hallelujah we are

learning something here God hates people who judges others because God says you don't condemn

anybody but you evaluate people now the Bible says God has given everyone grace gifts Amen some have the gift of

prophecy you must use it to serve others some have the gift of ministry which is serving other serving with anything

what's the difference between serving and temptations temptations are evil and they eat away your time talents and

treasure serving develops you as you use your time talents and treasure

alcohol is a temptation it eats away your time talents and treasure that's why drug addiction alcoholism

smoking social evils that have spiritual consequences and you must avoid Bible doesn't say thou shalt not take hero in

thou shalt not smoke ganja Bible doesn't say then pastor how you're preaching because some social

sins have spiritual negative implications and the Bible says you are a temple of the Holy Spirit and whatever

destroys your body God will destroy it because you are a temple of the Holy Spirit but pastor I want to smoke how do

you prove God doesn't want me to smoke if God wanted you to smoke he would have made your nose upside down because God

knows smoke goes up and so many more arguments but that's not the point the point I'm making here is anything

that develops your time talents and treasures in serving God must be implemented as tools of righteousness

and so God has given you the ability to serve wait for an opportunity to serve you know the people who help those who

are park those who are crossing the road when you come to church they are not waiting there for their mother to come

to help us cross or their grandfather who is old or their wife no those brothers are waiting there for anybody

who is crossing the road to come to church they are also busy like all of us they have their own works some of them

are highly educated people by the way yeah some of them very wealthy doing very good jobs the other day I saw a PhD

student not PhD student PhD scholar who'd done PhD IISc I was really surprised helping another person parked

the vehicle that that person is not in the parking lot but some was that person was standing there and I was watching

this because a person comes to her choice from a long time the the bike person didn't know where to park so just

helping the bike person Park then that bike person came to me for prayer for what failed in the degree so I was

thinking PhD scholar successful is helping a degree failure but the bike people don't serve because somebody is

smaller than the other that is in the world where the weaker will serve the stronger but in the house of God the

stronger will serve the weaker that's what Jesus taught us amen that's that's how we got to cultivate

our lives so the Bible is saying you must serve based on whatever grace God has given you those who teach guide

others you know when I was learning the Bible in my earlier days as a young growing pastor growing personally and

the church growing I was involved in so many things in our city and in the country boy I was a part of manual that

pastors group this pastors group that businessman's group this Christian Association you name it there are about

200 associations I was in so many I was like what they call the Punjabi thing no Allah bin azib Jenaya

Johnson when a program me I was in everything there was a time in my life I used to take Christian magazines look at

the programs put it on the calendar simply go in a tent because I had no other work to do small church I

literally did it but then I discovered the problem was I was getting involved in so many nonsense I knew everything

about everybody which was unnecessary and I discovered one principle at that time Association determines anointing

write it down if you want to Association determines anointing man like they say in the bad English of the Americans if

you've got too many fleas you must have been sleeping with the dog I said boy

something's wrong here I got a change I began to withdraw today I tell you sometimes I have no clue words sometimes

when I meet some people who have connections I ask them what's going on here there because I have become so

ignorant of what's going on in other churches was going in other places and I thank God for it

because a lot of times we should get out of stuff where we cannot serve if you can make a positive influence be there

otherwise look for where God wants you to serve are you learning something here pastor what is wrong with gossip because

you're discussing something which you cannot help you're getting involved in something that you cannot change for the

better so the Bible says you have got the gift of excitation it's all in Romans chapter

12 use it to encourage others some people have the spirit of encouraging others use it baba hallelujah I have the

gift of encouraging people one night at 3 o'clock in the morning I got a call I dragged myself to the table picked up

the call hello hello pastor who's speaking so and so what happened I just finished work pastor I said ok what

happened a lot of trouble pastor what happened no I'm at home pastor ok what happened I can't tell you pastor but

hearing you I'm encouraged thank you cut the line three o'clock in the morning now when you get gifts of ministry be

ready to wake up at 3 o clock the point that I am making but that's reality nobody throws stones at a fruitless tree

if you have fruits people will suck it out of you and that's a blessing hallelujah well of course I take care of

trying to put some discipline in my life but still some people have the grace I'm sure many of you have the grace if

somebody hangs around with you they feel encouraged even though you may be secretly discouraged

that's a grace God has given you hallelujah so the Bible says some have the ability

to give give it simplicity you have the ability to give that's a grace in your life you're able to give money you're

able to give you a time to help others your ability to give your strengths and talents some others have the grace of

ruling whether the Bible says rule with diligence some others have the grace of showing mercy and then there are so many

gifts in the Bible in fact we should read 1st Corinthians chapter 12 chapter 14 Romans chapter 12 portions of

Galatians the book of James so many different different gifts God has given anybody says I have no gift you are

lying because God never made manufacturing defects when you are born again you are manufactured perfect there

is a gift and you discover it hallelujah and when you start using it your spiritual years will open up to hear the

voice of the Holy Spirit only in serving many times God's internal voice will become clear to you he not just you from

within as inspirations many of us we like to hear the prophet lay hand on our head and tell us touch saith the LORD

who you like to hear God says I don't talk like that always I talk from within and when he speaks to us we must be

willing to obey Him it takes faith to obey Him because many times he'll tell us things that are hard to believe it's

a joke but it's a fact when I got married oh boy I went to Pune to see Cynthia arrange marriage you know so dad

put up an ad in the newspaper Christian newspaper so some calls came when my of my prophets called prophet friends

called me saying go there is a proposal like this go and see so I went to Pune with my mother and my uncle from the

church we went when the pune saw her such a nice girl beautiful girl i said you're wonderful Maya the first girl I'm

seeing but I can't marry because you're I was looking for somebody like an associate pastor this is the mistake we

all make know you can always employ an associate pastor but wife you can't employ she'll employ you later in life

so he okay that wasn't job now so I had some wrong concepts and I I go I see I say will be prayer partners you're so

beautiful I love you it's such a wonderful person but don't marry a guy like me I'd register I give see that's a

pasta I advise and don't marry a guy like me or me because you need a soft nice guy

not a guy like me she just asked me one question the whole conversation eight minutes she never said anything she's

keep listening just before I could get up she asked me did you pray so I said okay I prayed omaree but decision is

final I told my mother and uncle and we went back to the hotel said it's over but on

the way they convinced me to pray so I said okay I'll pray boy how I prayed man I was in Pune walking around quarter

you also just say no that's what I was praying I was saying God she is such a wonderful girl but not good for me I

mean she's so quiet she's so polite and I'm sure you told that prophet for me to come and see I did what you told I

came so now Lord just show me a miracle a sign so I know you're saying no because I shouldn't be saying no until

you say no but now I already said no so just ratify my decision just second it man praying there was a restaurant I had

a burger or something I'm walking and praying I wrote some emails to friends and I knew you know sometimes when God

is speaking against your decision yeah you know you can sense it coming sometimes God is so clear when you don't

want him to speak that was so clear it was such a soft nudging my heart soft nudge I didn't hear a voice nothing but

in her heart I just knew God was saying say yes I said Heavenly Father I didn't want to be a pasta you told me to be a

pastor and I gave up my life's ambitions now this one let my will be done please and I felt God saying say yes to her I

just knew the answer was yes I came back to the hotel my mom asked me what happened I said give me her number

why I said just give me her number she said why I said I want to call her for what I want to say marry her my

mother's face lit up she said then why your face is like this she doesn't know the battles going on in my mind she said

first you talk to your dad so I called up my dad I said dad I've decided to say yes to this girl my dad was laughing on

the phone I've never heard him laugh the Laughing Maggiore on the phone he said we all know it was God's will as an ear

I called her I spoke to her Restless history but after marriage I discovered thank you lord God's choices are always

the best always early so it isn't that reference I said thank God I didn't have girlfriends who wants

a sinking ship right so the point I'm making here is this when we want to hear the Holy Spirit it will be sometimes a

soft nudge in the heart and if you don't have the attitude of serving if you're not involved in obeying God in putting

your instruments as tools of righteousness then a lot of times we will not even know the nudge of God in

the heart the Bible says it takes faith to follow God and it requires a rest because stress distorts the inspirations

of the Holy Spirit gives if you're if you're having a quarrelsome mind if you're having a you know a mind that is

not at peace a lot of times you'll miss what God is saying another time in my life twelve years ago I think it was

2005 I think or 2004 I was traveling for one brother's wedding here somewhere here with his wife I was going to

conduct his marriage in Trivandrum and on the bus I met with an accident the bus met with an accident and there's a

funny story but crazy story the bus was whipping at 140 km/h according to police report so we don't know the actual speed

because depending on the bride speed comes down in the report now we don't know the actual speed but I'm sure it

was way about 140 because the whole bus was vibrating at 4:00 in the morning had a crash couple of people died I managed

to come out on a police stretcher which they had cut opened the portion of the bus and they took me out on a stretcher

I was only one brought out on a stretcher apart from dead bodies and they put me on a quality everyone else

was taken ambulance I was taken to college I don't know why you know the police just had some kind of courtesy on

me and took me separately from the others put me in a private hospital and I recovered fast but what happened is

when they were taking me out on a stretcher I was lying on the stretcher and they took me out and I could read

the seat number from which they took me out which the portion that cutout was window

23 and that was my seat on the protocol able travels to and after that the bustle is stopped now

I asked the police lying on the stretcher I tapped and I said what happened to the guys who was sitting

here they said he died now that was my seat what happened is at about 12:00 in the mid night four hours before the

accident the driver felt hungry that never happens usually they stop at about 8:30 9:00 and the night they have dinner

and then they just drive all the way till they reach their destination but that night the driver felt hungry at 12

o clock in the night he stopped when driver feels hungry he stopped now he can't stop

only his teeth he stopped the whole bus everybody got down I also got down most people go down I also go don't took a

walk by the time all came back I also came back I didn't need anything but just took a walk and came and when I

came drunk fellow drunk sleeping on my seat number 23 of course I didn't like it it's my seat but I

thought in my heart two seats ahead are free to rose I had see this free way disturbed this guy something in my heart

go sit on that you know don't always fight for your rights because sometimes we'll be fighting for your coffin

so thank God that day I didn't fight for my seat I just felt in my spirit leave it so I saw the drunk fellow he was

stinking so I went in I know drunkards feel it's a sweet aroma but it's not ask your wife she'll tell you how it feels

so I went inside two seats ahead and when the accident happened that man including died and I said God

thank you that this Johnson didn't fight for that seat you know sometimes when the Holy Spirit puts a nudge in your

heart don't quarrel about some things just leave it listen to the Holy Spirit because whatever he allows in your life

will be a blessing in your life just let God lead you the way he leads you obedience must be accompanied by wisdom

and love whenever God speaks to you on the inside you must allow it to be done with obedience which is coupled with

wisdom and love now I want to give you a promise of God no before that whenever God leads us it is accompanied with

divine peace on the inside but it might have anxiety on the outside like my marriage for example boy how anxious I

was about my marriage am i marrying the right girl I had that thought even after marriage

did I marry the right even when you know it's God's will body and mind have a way of confusing you regularly now all the

people with some amount of IQ know what I am saying if this is not happening to you you must meet a psychiatrist and

check your brain activity because anybody with a functioning brain will have questions coming up at some stage

in your life on different issues of life but when God speaks there will be an inward peace even if there is external

confusion and we must learn to trust God on the inside and to differentiate between our emotions speaking to us and

the voice of the Holy Spirit is so important and that really happens only when we develop a culture of serving God

and of having peace in life being at peace and not dead stress this is the promise God gave me if you

are led by the Holy Spirit listening to the voice of the Holy Spirit inside let's read it together Sam 7121

thou shalt let's do it loud and clear thou shall increase my greatness and comfort me on let's read that again

thou shalt and comfort me on you know what brothers and sisters that's God's promise to you today in Jesus name he's

going to increase you and your greatness is gonna increase and comfort you on every side because you are being led by

the Holy Spirit on the inside give God a mighty hand clap go ahead praise them for some time

hallelujah close your eyes open your mouth and say God today I heard your word I'm committing my life to listening

to your sweet voice how many times I ignored you how many times I've lived a life that even if you are not jingling

on the inside I can't hear you because my lifestyle is so improper but dear lord I want to change the way I live so

that I'll know what you're speaking not only in answer to my questions but also to just walk in the will of God even

when I don't want to hear you if you speak I want to be able to understand it even if I'm not seeking to hear you when

you speak I want to be able to understand it so Lord opened my spiritual ears hallelujah Thank You Holy

Spirit go ahead everybody talk to the Lord for some time speak to him commit your life to saying God I really want to

follow your word at the end of it all I just want to do what you want me to do hallelujah I really want to do what you

want me to do your blessed Holy Spirit your Blessed master I don't want my life to be led by the suggestion of my friend

I don't want my life to be led by the suggestion of my colleagues I want my life to be led by your voice in my life

whatever you say is good for me Lord the way you lead me may be different from the way you're leading others

I will not question it I will not doubt it what you have planned for my life I know is good for me so I thank you Jesus

come on can we all just pray for some time in make fresh commitments before God

because God wants to increase your greatness God wants to give you peace in every side of your life hallelujah this

month of August is the month of the Holy Spirit oh if we will listen to him how he will increase our greatness you think

your life is going to be destroyed no your life is going to be built up in Jesus name hallelujah nobody can destroy

your life because the Holy Spirit in you is guiding you leading your talking to you just listen to him listen to his

voice he may say things that you don't like he may say things which are different from your personal plan but

don't oppose him worship Him obey Him and obey Him and wisdom and love obey Him and wisdom don't be foolish in the

way you do what he tells you to do be wise and the way you handle what he tells you and do it in a manner which is

loving people not with pride or arrogance but with love with humility hallelujah this morning I really feel in

my heart so many of us are graduating in the classroom of the Holy Spirit you will not be a failure you will be a

success hallelujah because you are listening to his voice you will not be put to shame your life will be honored

maybe you listen to somebody and then you made a mistake but if you listen to the Holy Spirit it will never be a

say thank you thank you for speaking to us from your word thank you Lord that the inner guidance of your Holy Spirit

is something we should never ignore maybe even it's about buying a house or marrying a person or picking a job or

maybe even in smaller thoughts and issues of lesser consequence teach us to develop a culture of listening to what

you're saying help us a father that we will be excellent in life because you speak to us you lead us so that you will

increase the greatness so that you will increase your honor in our life you will increase your purpose and we thank you

that our life is destined for victory by your grace in us whenever you lead us it's always an honor

never in shame it's always in righteousness never to sin whenever you lead us it is to greatness

and never to shrink small so today Heavenly Father we thank you and we welcome your Holy Spirit in our lives

oh that you will continue to come and continue to fill us and continue to nudge and speak and inspire from within

and open our ears to hear your God hallelujah give us a heart that is not lazy

that is not full of fear that is not rebellious that is not foolish so that every time you speak we will obey you

master hallelujah let not our laziness stop from obeying you let not our fear stop us from

obeying you let us not let let not that rebellion stop us from obeying you let not our own passion and desire stop us

from what you are telling us to do today we say thank you lord thank you for bringing your word that clarity and

thank you Lord because today is a day of real victory in so many of our hearts because we know we're not going to be

led by our friends or society but we're going to be transformed by your inner speaking in our lives and we thank you

for your hand over us thank you for the healings and the miracles that you're bringing with your voice

salvation we pray for those that are celebrating their birthdays or their marriage anniversary this week we pray

the reals ahead will be led by your goodness father we pray for those that are traveling may your journey mercies

of success go with them and we pray Lord for those that give to you in the offerings out of a heart of love out of

obedience to your word out of an act of worship and I pray that they will never lack but always have abundance father
