This is the new GPT6. It's the most powerful publicly available model from OpenAI. And this is chat GBPD work, the
most powerful tool from OpenAI for non-technical people. Combine the two of them together and you get an
unbelievable experience. I'm getting more done faster with better results. And every day I use it, I find something
else about it that amazes me. So, in this video, I'll walk you through how to get started with GPT6 in Chat GBD work
and the best use cases I found for this setup. I have found that the best way to use the new GPT6 is inside of ChatGBT
work. If you're not familiar with work, you'll find it right inside ChatGBT. At the top here, you can click on work. If
you normally use regular Chat GBT chat, then work is still going to look pretty familiar. You still have a box here
where you can type in what you want, but work is much better at completing entire tasks for you end to end. For example, I
might use regular chat to brainstorm what should go into a presentation. In work, I can give it my notes and ask it
to actually create the presentation, save the file, and then make changes to it with me. There's definitely overlap
between what the two of these can do. But when I want chatbt to actually do something for me, that's when I use
work. For this demo, I'm going to be using Chat GBT work inside the desktop app because I think it gives you the
best experience. So, if you don't have the app downloaded yet, make sure to download it using the link in the
description down below. Then sign in with your Chat GPT account. Next, you'll obviously want to make sure you have
work selected here at the top. And then you can choose the model here inside the prompt box. Make sure to click through
and select GPT6 Astra. You'll also need to choose a thinking level. Thinking levels control how much time and effort
a model spends before generating a response. Higher thinking levels will generally create more thorough,
accurate, and structured answers, while lower thinking levels will be faster, more concise responses. However, higher
thinking levels also cost more. And because GPT6 is such an intelligent model, even if you leave it on the
lowest level, it's still going to be extremely intelligent. In fact, OpenAI has said that GPT6 on its lowest
thinking level still outperforms the previous model on high. I'm going to set mine to medium because I find that to be
a good balance. One of the things that really surprised me about GPT6 is how good it is at analyzing lots of files.
And with chat GPT work, that's really easy to do. If you're like me, for instance, you have one folder on your
computer that contains all the files you typically work with. Here's mine right here. You can see it contains a folder
with information about who I am. Another one with a lot of more administrative tasks and projects I'm working on. One
that contains some health information about me. I'm tracking things like what I'm eating and my workouts. Another one
for notes and lots of other folders and files here. So, basically, this folder contains everything about my business
and some things about my personal life as well. It's a lot of files, but I gave GPT6 access to this entire folder with
all the files inside of it. And then I had it do a full audit on my entire business. And the results I got were
incredibly helpful. There are insights I've never gotten from an AI ever before. So, let me show you how I did
this so you can do it yourself. So, I created another folder right here for a fake plumbing business. That way, I can
actually show you the results without having to blur everything out. So, to give Chat GBT access to a folder on your
computer, there's a couple ways to do it, but I prefer to click right here where it says choose project, you can
then click on new project, and we'll give this one a name. So, I'll just call this one plumbing business. Then click
right here and select the folder on your computer. This will pop up. Find that folder. Here's the one that I want to
connect. So, I have that selected. And now I'll click on the bottom right where it says open and then click on create
project. So now over here on the left under projects you can see plumbing business. So we can return back to this
at any time and start a chat within this project. And anytime you start a chat within this project that chat will have
access to that folder on my computer. And coming over here to the prompt box you can see that right here it says
plumbing business. So we know that's attached. And because of that, chat GBPT can read the files in that folder and
also edit them if I wanted to. But we're going to start with that businesswide audit. So here's the prompt that I set
up for it. It basically tells GBT6 to look at everything, look for any flaws, any weaknesses in my business, where the
strengths are, and how I can plan out the next month, quarter, and year based on all of that. I'll send that along,
and let's look at the report that it puts together for our plumbing business. While we wait for that, let's take a
quick moment to hear from the sponsor of today's video, Outskill. Once I figured out which AI tools to use for which
task, it cut my manual work by 70%. But that took me months to figure out. And now you can learn everything in just 3
hours. And armed with the right tools, there are people out there running entire companies, increasing their
revenue, and all just because they know which tool to reach for and when. In 2026, AI is more accessible than it's
ever been. But most people still don't know which tool to use for what. And the way I see it, AI is not coming for your
job. The person next to you who knows exactly which AI tool to open for each task is the one you need to keep up
with. That's why I want to introduce you to Outskll's 3-hour AI tools workshop. It's happening live this Saturday at 10
a.m. Eastern, and they've made it completely free for my audience. So far, more than 12 million people worldwide
have attended. You'll be learning from people who have worked at Microsoft, Google, Amazon, and Nvidia. By the end,
you'll know which AI tools to use for what, how to build agents that plan and report for you, and how to connect tools
like Sheets and Notion into systems that run while you sleep. There also bonus sessions that keep unlocking new tools,
plus an AI prompt library and a personalized AI toolkit builder worth $5,000 completely free. It's only 3
hours long. They're going to teach you everything you need to know about these different tools. If you want to sign up,
use a link in the description or scan the QR code, then join the WhatsApp community before the seats close. Now,
let's see if chat GBT finished that report. Okay, it's now finished with this report. A couple of things I want
to point out to you if you're not familiar with chat GBT work. So, what it did was it actually created a file on my
computer with the report in it. So, if I come back to that folder that we gave it access to, here are all the documents
inside of it. And right here is the new one it created called owner planning brief. So this is what I meant when it
not only can read files on your computer but it can create new files as well. So it does the work where you are. Now you
don't have to open the file here because here inside of chat GBD work you can just click on the name of the file that
it created right here and it'll open it up in this side panel for you. So you can just read it here. And if I click on
this this will enter full screen to make it a little bit easier to read. Here it gives a little bit of an intro and then
here is a breakdown. You can see it created this nice table for us. Another table here. So very very visual. It's
not just blocks of text. It's doing a lot of tables inside of this and putting together this really detailed report.
Now, when I created these files inside my folder, again, they're all fake, but I purposely put in there some tricks to
see if it would recognize them, and it did those very well. So, it found a bunch of money that was posted to an
unauthorized beneficiary. So, basically, what it discovered is that someone is stealing money from my plumbing
business. And in addition to that, there's some other things it noticed that there are a couple of businesses
that haven't been paying us, were not paying us on time. So, I really did a deep dive into this business and found
all the holes and the things that are doing really well and put together an entire plan for the business to fix all
of that and to move forward using our strengths to our advantage. One thing you should definitely use chat GBT work
for now that you have GBT6 is writing because personally, I think GBT6 is the best model right now for pros. But to
really lock that in, you'll want to create a good skill that understands your writing style and can write like
you. A skill, if you're not familiar with them, is basically a reusable set of instructions. So you don't have to
explain yourself or the way that you like to write over and over again every time you want it to write like you. You
can find skills by clicking on the left here where it says plugins and then click on the top where it says skills.
These are all the skills you already have installed. And creating one is really easy because if you just come
over to a new chat, you can tell it what you want to create in terms of a skill and it will create that skill for you.
Here, for example, we're going to create a skill called write like me. And when you are setting up this skill, I really
recommend you come over to the thinking level and slide it up a little bit. Whatever you feel comfortable with. High
is probably good enough. And you just need to do this for the skill creation because the more it can really
understand what your writing style is and encapsulate that into the skill, the better the skill is going to be. And
then when you actually use it, you can bump it back down. The next thing you want to do is choose a few examples of
your writing and attach them to the task. You can do that by clicking this plus icon and click on files and
folders. And we're not going to give it full access to a folder like we did last time, unless you have a folder that has
a bunch of files in it with your writing. All you have to do is just attach two or three different documents
that you wrote yourself. What you don't want to do is you don't want to give it access to a folder on your computer that
you know you've done some work in in the past with AI or you don't want to give it access to your Gmail account and say
figure out my writing style from Gmail. Because I'm willing to bet a lot of what was written inside of Gmail or inside
the work that you've done in the past was at least partially written by AI and then you're teaching AI to write like
AI. That's not what you want. So instead, I'm just going to choose three or four files that I actually wrote.
Then you'll want to use this prompt. And by the way, I'll have this prompt linked up for you in the description down below
so you can grab it for yourself. But it basically tells chatbt work to create a skill for you called write like me and
it's going to use only the attach writing samples and then it's going to create that skill for you. So now you
can see it's done creating our skill and if you want to use this it's very easy. You just come over to any task and at
any point you can type forward slash and type in the name of the skill which is write like me and then you can select it
and just tell it what you want to write for you. So if you're in the middle of chatting with it, maybe it's doing some
research for me, you can then invoke this skill and say, "Now put this together for me in a report." And it'll
know that you don't just want a report. You want a report that's written in the way that you would write it. Another
thing I really love about GBT6 inside of Chat GBT work is that it makes vibe coding so easy for non-technical people.
So, if there's any apps that you're currently paying for, try asking ChatGBD work to create that app for you. You may
end up with a free app that you no longer have to pay for. And this is also really good for games. That's what I'm
going to use for this this demo just because it's a lot more visually rich. But the same idea, the same concept, and
the same workflow works for apps as well. So, I will just use this dictation button right here to talk to chat GBT to
explain to it what it is that I want this game to look like. Hey, can you create for me a game that's playable on
my computer, a native app where it's very similar to Pokemon where you go around and can catch these little
monsters and just like kind of all the gameplay elements of Pokémon. All right, all that dictated out. Once again, I'm
going to choose a folder on my computer where all this is going to live. So, I will set up a new project for that.
There we go. And the reason that's important is because chat GPT needs to create files for this app or game. And
those files have to live somewhere. So, they're going to live inside that folder that I just created. And now I'll send
that along. Okay. So, we have an update. You can see it is working and is created the game. And now it's asking me for
permission to open up the game and use the computer to play the game. I'm going to click on allow here. And this is one
of the things that makes vibe coding so easy with chat GBT work because you don't have to learn how to build an app.
It is doing it for you and launching it. You don't even need to play through it to check for the bugs because it is
going to play the game or use the app to check for any bugs before passing it off to you. And this works so well because
GPT6 has gotten so good at computer use. So taking over your Vivecoded projects and actually testing them out on the
computer for you is so much easier. It's so much well done with the new GPT6, which results in you getting better
outputs. Okay, it's telling us the game is now ready. It's finished. So let's take a look at it. This is it right
here. So I can walk around. You can see I already have one creature that I have called a mossling. Here we go. So, this
is my first fight. So, I'll have my mossling tackle. Maybe do like a leaf attack. Let's try to catch it. Oh, no.
It hit me back. It escaped. So, I'll attack it again. Now, I'll try to catch it again. And it looks like I caught it.
So, now I caught it. I can go back to my house and heal. So, they're all healed. Yeah. So, it's totally playable. It's
exactly what I was looking for. Um, the graphics aren't great and I don't love the way you don't really move around.
So, we're going to ask it to make those changes and to fix this up a little bit. But to do that, I'm going to show you
another cool thing I love about chat GBT work. So, I'll come over and start a new chat. And this time, what I'm going to
do is I'm going to use live voice. Voice chat inside of chat GBD has gotten absolutely insane. And now with GBT6, it
is better than ever. This really feels like you're using Jarvis or something like that. So, let me show you like how
I would be using it if I was working on all those projects and instead just want to use voice to help me move through
them faster. Hey, ChatBT, can you hear me? Okay. >> Yep, I can hear you clearly. What's up?
>> All right. So, I was just working with you in another task uh on this monster catching game called Mossling, I
believe. Um, okay. We need some updates to that game. The graphics uh need an improvement. I don't like the way they
look. We need more detail there. And then when you move around the map, you just kind of jump around. I like that to
be a lot smoother. So, send that over to that task. And then for that plumbing job that we were working on, I had you
doing a audit of this plumbing business. I want you to also take the report that you created and draft an email in the
chat to the business partner kind of going over the details of that. >> Sure. Let's get that all lined up. I've
sent the graphics and smooth movement updates over to the create monster catching game our task. Also, quick
correction. The game is called Mosswood and Mossling is your starting creature. >> So voice here is a delegator. I talk to
it and it talks to the other tasks. So, if I return back to the game that we were putting together, you can see right
here it says sent by chat GBT from another task. Paul is requesting updates to the way that the game works. And now
it's actually getting to work there. And then it's also going to do the same thing for the plumbing job. It's going
to send the task over there. So now you just have to talk to one thing, voice, and it delegates to all the other tasks
and can can start new tasks as well. It is such a different way of interacting with AI and AI agents. It makes you feel
really powerful and super productive because now I don't have to open all these other tasks. I just open this one
and it reports back to me on everything that's going on. It is so cool. It's definitely worth trying out. Before we
finish, let's talk for a minute about pricing because as good as GPT6 is, it can burn through your usage quite
quickly if you're not careful. And I spent the last couple of weeks since it came out trying to balance using the
capabilities of GPT6 with the cost of it, which is precisely why I made this video. Since GPT6 is so expensive, I'm
only going to use it for the tasks where it actually makes a difference. And everything I showed you in this video is
where I've noticed the biggest difference with GPT6. For everything else, I am using 5.6. For instance,
nearly all of my schedule tasks, I'm using 5.6. 6. This includes schedule tasks that go through my email inbox a
few times a day, one that checks for trending news, and I have a few others in here as well. Did I notice a
difference when I switch those over to GPT6? Yes. But was that difference meaningful enough given the cost of
using GPT6? No. So, a good test for yourself is give chat GBT a task that you normally have it do, but give it the
same task twice. one with GPT6 and one with 5.6 and compare the results. And if you can't notice a significant
difference, then keep it on 5.6 because you're going to get much more usage out of that than with six. And only use
Astra where it actually matters. So that's a new GPT6 inside of Chat GPD work. An already incredible tool now
with even more intelligence. The combination of the two of those has resulted in an unbelievable experience.
So definitely try it out for yourself. The only thing we didn't get to touch on in this video was this really cool
feature inside of Chat GBT called sites. This was already one of my favorite features, but now with GPT6, it's even
better than ever. So if you want to learn everything you can do with GPT sites or chat GPT sites, check out this
video right here, and I'll see you over there in 1 second. Bye for now.
First, download the ChatGPT desktop app for the best experience. Then, select 'Work' mode at the top of the interface, click inside the prompt box, and choose the 'GPT-6 Astra' model. You can also set a thinking level: Low for fast responses, Medium for a balanced approach, or High for the most thorough and accurate responses, though it consumes more resources.
The three main use cases are: conducting a full business audit by giving GPT-6 access to a project folder containing all relevant documents; building a custom writing skill to remember your tone and style; and 'vibe coding' where you describe apps or automations in natural language, enabling live delegation without writing code.
Start by clicking 'Choose project' > 'New project', naming your project (e.g., 'Plumbing Business'). Then, select the folder containing all relevant files, like financial docs and notes. Any chat within this project can read and edit files in that folder. Use a prompt like: 'Analyze all financial documents in this folder and identify cost-saving opportunities. Then create a summary report.'
The thinking level controls response detail and speed: Low gives fast, concise responses but still outperforms previous models on other settings; Medium offers a recommended balance of thoroughness and speed; High delivers the most detailed, accurate, and structured responses but costs more in usage. For most tasks, Medium is the best starting point.
Yes. In Work mode, you can build a custom writing skill that remembers your voice, structure, and preferences. Once created, you can apply this skill instantly to any document. For a detailed step-by-step guide, refer to the linked resource on Mastering ChatGPT: Essential Updates and Features for 2024.
Vibe coding lets you describe what you want in natural language—like 'Build a script to automate my email replies'—and GPT-6 creates the code for you. It enables live delegation without writing a single line of code, making app and automation development accessible to non-programmers.
You need the ChatGPT desktop app downloaded and installed. Ensure you have a project folder ready with all relevant files organized if you plan to use the business audit feature. Familiarize yourself with prompt engineering best practices (linked in the guide) to extract highly actionable insights from the model.
