well I've always been a yo-yo dieter when I'm no people familiar with that specially those who have a lot of
problems with weight and I've always wanted to lose weight and keep it off my son brought me here because somebody he
knew there had been here once before and I just place that I actually start loosing weight I really enjoy the
atmosphere here because it's a relaxed atmosphere it is encourages you to push forward to lose the weight that you
desire that you want to lose and then I'm with me I come for a while and then I will lose the weight and then I will
did I will feel like I can do it on my own and sometimes I can sometimes I can't I come back because I don't know I
didn't know how to eat and eat and there they here they do provide they do email you recipes you know it's it's a it's a
group effort to try to you know help you to maintain the way when you're not in the presence of the doctor anymore you
know I I never followed up on that I was trying to do it on my own you know with different foods and or changing my
eating habits sometimes it works and sometimes it don't because you wanna find yourself if your yo-yo dieter you

that's when it starts to go back haywire then just recently I mean I've been coming back here coming back off and on
but this is like my third time coming well recently for the past say to maybe two or three weeks I haven't been coming
and I felt you know I began to get frightened because I said I'm gonna start gaining weight again and I don't
know how to eat and don't even though I get the recipes sometimes I I I will sneak and do other things or it does
oh I if depending on the foods it might not taste you have that Taysom I mean I'm sure everyone knows well recently I
went to a resturant not really restaurant one little side those you know like a fish store that they make
you know festive make fish and cook fish burger so forth and so on and they were they were steaming vegetables now I'd
never steamed vegetables I never know anything about steaming vegetables I've always bald vegetables and that's
how I ate them I hate those things I suppose and that just I couldn't believe it it's
like where were you all my life so I said hey I can do this at home and I can have my little side meats and what
struck me about it wasn't so much about the steamed vegetables it's the idea that they had made me full to the point
that I didn't want anything else for that evening and that really motivated me to steam everything I get my hands on
so from that day on i steam even though I bought a stigma I didn't I really didn't care for the
steamer that you buy because you really have to keep those things clean you know and so I used this to the the pot
steamers and I just put everything on this on the stove steaming in five minutes or 10 minutes however I wanted
you could always check it and my goodness I lost 5 pounds within the time I start to since I and that my you
haven't been hearing about I say maybe like three weeks that first week and I didn't come here that the internet first
week was the week that I started to steam and within the two-week period I lost 5 pounds so I'm saying that um I
just and then I love it because I stain everything and I find myself only eating
a small breakfast and late about 5 that's I mean that's how just I not seeing my egg steamed everything i
steamed you could steam eggs you can steam anything you if you're not sure look it up but you can steam anything
you can get your hands on in a steamer as long as you can as long as long as you can um you it's not something that's

have water that's it if you have your a little sweet - that's not gonna interfere you have a you you wait till
late late late before you even need to have any kind of desire to eat something sweet trust me it is it is one of the
things that I was really surprised not too many people talk about how important it is for a person who was your special
yo-yo dieter to steam their food this is really amazing how many people miss this it's amazing I mean I'm just really
surprised and I say this because I have a lot of relatives who over 300 pounds and my family and I was heading that way
myself so I know I mean I right I mean I'm just surprised I'm just happy that I found this out so for you people out
there just steam steam steam when I came back here before I left them here the last three weeks I was 167 um when I
first started I was when our very first came here I was over $200 and the past say three weeks when I left them when I
didn't have him come back I was 167 right now I 162 so I lost the 5 pounds and I sting my food this morning I'm not
a win again and that hold me I won't eat anything until like 5 or 6 o'clock tonight so it's just unnatural nothing I
have nothing I haven't even finished my packets with those that's that's how much this demon has cut me it just cut
my appetite and I might brawl a piece of fish on the side you could put the fish in the steamer - you could put the
chicken the chicken make you really have to make sure the chicken you you take it out fast because it gets to try the fish
will just break apart your Apple oh um I'm or basil herb on it oh forget it you if you have if you have a butter kick
and steamin you wouldn't need nothing but a tiny drop of a little tiny amount of butter very very small it's not like
when you boiling them you have to keep putting something on it and make it taste but all it takes everything out of
it it gives you no flavor I am really surprised I am really surprised I'm
really taking I'm just happy I found something that you know works with me yeah oh she's she's beautiful she
encourages you she keeps you you know grounded and she she really got you in the right direction she's not she's not
somebody to chastise you about your weight she encourages you to that your weight is important for you for your
health that's it and she just don't look at the way she looks at the whole person you know you know how is if you have any
kind of any kind of other problems like diabetes and she have you that she want to know she she has to know you know
that's all incorporate into the program you know they start up a run you know cut and dry thing you know that's it
she's I've been with I would never even been here this long and she introduced you to a lot of other available items
and all you know that she's that she has here it's just not if you need help with eating there's so many different
packages that she have and they do cut they do we can to help your taste buds you know if your taste buds are very
rich they will it gives you the same kind of taste but it's it's designed to help you to lose the weight you know you
won't miss anything from eating or drinking the items that she has here in the office you know it gives
you still gives you the kick that you're used to you know be a lot of people are just used to certain things you know and

they're gonna miss it but you don't miss it you really don't miss
