Introduction to Agentic AI for Real Estate
Generative AI is transforming how real estate agents manage their workload. Unlike traditional AI (referred to here as AI 1.0), which requires manual prompting, Agentic AI (AI 2.0) autonomously performs multi-step workflows, acting as a digital assistant that can operate in the background, allowing agents to reclaim valuable time.
Understanding the Shift: AI 1.0 vs. AI 2.0
- AI 1.0: Manual prompts, single-task responses (e.g., typing a question in ChatGPT)
- AI 2.0 (Agentic AI): Autonomous multi-step task performance, browsing the web, accessing computers with permissions

By adopting these tools and experimenting with the use cases highlighted, agents can gain back time, reduce manual work, and ultimately enhance their business performance. Begin your Agentic AI journey today to stay competitive and efficient in the evolving real estate market.
So, this class is brand new. We're going to be talking about generative AI for real estate agents. We're going to be
talking about Agentic AI. I'm Jared Lin. Hi, good to see you all again. Uh, Chicago title marketing consultant that
just happens to sell title insurance and I love talking about AI and the focus for today is to leave here and have you
all convinced that Agentic AI is happening right now. And I want you all um to take action. So, I'm going to tell
you a quick story. So, a little bit about over just over three years ago, I finished up teaching a class on
marketing to a bunch of real estate agents over in Cherry Creek and one of the real estate agents came up to me
after and he said to me, "Hey man, there's this thing that I've been messing around with. It's kind of new.
It's called Chat GPT. Have you heard of it?" And I was like, "Chat? What? No." And he's he's describing it to me and
he's like, "Yeah, you can type in questions on a search box and it gives you these answers." And I was like, "So,
kind of like Google, right?" I was like, "No, it's different. It's like faster." I was like, "Google's pretty fast." And
he's trying to sell me on it, but he didn't really know how to describe it. So, I kind of just brushed it off. I was
like, "Whatever." You know, and I kind of forgot about it for a few months. And then Buzz just started picking up on
this chat GPT thing, right? As we all know. And I finally jumped on there and then I'm on Chat GPT and I'm just trying
to figure out how the heck do I use this thing? What do I do with it? How do I, you know, interact with it? What
questions do I have for it? Right? because it's all so new to us, we're not even accustomed to how do we use it to
our advantage. And finally, right, as we've snowballed forward, we've we've learned and learned a lot on how much we
now rely on this AI or other large language models. So, my point of that story is I'm going to share with you for
the next hour the topic of Agentic AI. And my goal for y'all today is to not make the same mistake that I did and
leave this room and take action next 24 hours and start to mess around with Agentic AI. Cool. Cool. That's the plan.
So, Agent KI, right? Um, what is it? Why does it matter? It's it's going to just get you back more time, get you more
efficient, allow you to again do what you want, right? Time is our most precious resource here. Aentic AI is uh
essentially the way I describe it. It's the ability where AI is starting to do things for you in the background. Think
of it as your assistant that is assisting you. me, my wife, my kids, twin girls. My son just turned five. My
twins are going to turn three next month. Crazy. Uh so anyway, guys, I work for Chicago Title in case you didn't
know. Would love to work with you obviously on the title side. Uh would love to earn your business. I understand
if you're not working with us, we have to do a great job with the oldest largest title company in the world. So
quick reminder there. But the focus is on AI. So beyond this class, I know we've been here before, whether it's
focused on Facebook ads or video workshops or today AI. It's funny because I started teaching AI classes
again several years ago and I've realized um it started off as a class where I was always sharing with you guys
what's the next up andcoming thing which is going to be the class kind of like today. But the other thing I I've
realized just getting feedback from real estate agents is um I started to do workshops. So like this afternoon later
today at 2 o'clock I'm going to do a workshop um and it's going to be a focus on one specific task. In the afternoon,
it's going to be on um flyer creation, image creation, um creating head shot off of a photo, um using AI to your
advantage to create social media content. Another workshop I'm teaching is just chat GPT because I've realized a
lot of us agents just aren't really leveraging the full capability of what it can do and we're only using a small
percentage of what it's capable of. The third workshop I'm doing is on how we use AI to create videos for us because
it's come so so so so far, right? And these are the workshops and today is going to be on Agentic AI. So AI 1.0
versus AI 2.0. Here's how I describe it, right? AI 1.0, it's powerful, but it's a bit more manual, right? We have to pull
up say chat GPT, we type in something, we prompt it, it gives us a result, we then take that result, we do something
with it, right? So it still is fantastic and it performs a task for us that we manually prompt in and out. Um, but it
doesn't act like a Gent AI 2.0. 0 in my opinion does. So now where we're going here is we're doing multi-step workflows
when we enter AI 2.0. So these agentic AIs can browse the web. They can access your computer if you give them access.
They can do all these things. Think of them as your digital assistant that can support you in the background and do all
these tasks that let's just be honest are not your best use of time and you should be outsourcing to someone else
whether it's an assistant or AI. All right. So these are these are tasks that are running almost like in your b
browser in the background that are doing things for you while you're going about your day or you're on another uh web
browser doing other things that are important. Okay, so I want that to kind of sink in because Agentic AI is the
next level two AI where instead of just prompting something and then taking that information and manually doing something
with it, now we start to piece mail this piece the steps together where we first get the result, then AI automatically
knows how to take that result and put it into the next stepby-step thing. I'm going to share with you 18 different use
cases today on how you can use Agent AI for your real estate business. All right, so AI 1.0 helps you think. Agent
AI helps you do. Why is this powerful? Pretty obvious. We want time back. Okay. So, um, why do people struggle to use
AI? It's the same as my story earlier. I think the reason why we struggle to use AI is it's so new to us. We just don't
know what to ask it or how to use it in our daily lives because we're just not it's so brand new. It's the same thing
now with AI 2.0 with Aentech AI. So, that's why I've been racking my brain for the last several months just
thinking through how can I use it? And I started playing around with it uh last year. All right. I went to a Tom Ferry
event out in Dallas and I always try to go to these conferences and just leave with one thing and I don't know if
anyone follows Jason Pantana. Love him. Super smart guy. But he did a quick like 20 30 minute presentation. He mentioned
this one one thing for like 30 seconds. I wrote it down. I just took that home and acted on that and realized it has
completely changed the way not only do I do things with my business but also my personal lives. And I'm getting back
more and more time within that. Okay. So today, I'm going to share some tools that I'm focusing on that I've been
testing and running and using ever since last summer. All right, so let's jump into the tools that we're going to focus
on today. We're going to focus on ChatgPT Atlas, Perplexity, Comet, Claude Chrome extension, and then lastly, my
favorite, we're going to take it up a notch and we're going to share with you Claude Co-work. Is anyone familiar with
any of these tools or using them? Yes, we're using them. >> No.
>> No. Okay, we're familiar with them. Okay. Right. We've heard about them possibly. All right. These tools I truly
believe are going to change the way you operate in your life. Not only professionally, but also personally. Um,
and I'm going to share with you right now 18 different use cases because right, we can give you the tools, but
it's like, all right, what do I do now? How can I use these right now? So, let's break it down. Chat GPT Alice is
probably the first place to start if you just want to dip your toe in the water after leaving today, right? Most of us
might have a $20 per month plus chat GPT account. Is that fair? >> Cool. We all do. It's so cool teaching
this because like a year ago it was so many people that were using the free account and they haven't upgraded. And I
used to say I used to say a year ago, hey, if you're using the free chat GPT, cool, right? Use it until it kind of
forces you to the point where it's like, all right, I should upgrade and pay the $20 a month. I'm no longer saying that.
There is such a vast gap between the free version and the pro and the plus version that I'm just saying, pay the
$20 a month, guys, and upgrade. There's so much more stuff packed into it. Okay. And and if you are paying that $20 a
month, you get access to Chat GPT Atlas. So, you're already paying for this thing. You have access to it. You just
got to use it. All right. Okay. Next up beyond chatbt Atlas is going to be Perplexity Comet. I would say in my
subjective opinion, I've tested these extensively. Perplexity Comet, it just seems smarter. Atlas is there.
Perplexity seems to be able to do more advanced tasks, which I'm going to explain to you here in a little bit. But
just take note, I think if you want to level up one more level, Perplexity Comet might even be better for you.
Okay. Now, of course, that is another $20 a month. Any of these Agentic AI browsers, guess what? $20 a month to
just get access to these. All right. But this is it's called Comet. It's owned through Perplexity. All right. And then
the last one is the Cloud Chrome extension, which I also love. I'm going to share with you. There's something
unique about the Cloud Chrome extension. I'm going to share with you at the end of this presentation on why I think it's
so cool. But what's nice about this one, it's just it's a Chrome extension. So, if anyone uses Chrome, Chrome users,
right now, a lot of us, great. You can actually just add it right into your Chrome browser, and it's super simple
plug-andplay. Okay. Now, this is uh through Claude, which is also going to be $20 a month. Guess what? And um it's
also a Gentic AI. The other two, let me show you here on the screen down below are right here. The other two, Chat, GPT
Atlas, the first one I shared uh is right here, and the other one here is Comet. So, what these are, these are
their own apps. These are their own, think of them just as internet browsers, right? They can go anywhere on the
internet except they're these AI internet browsers that you can leverage to your advantage. And when you open
them up over here on the right hand side, what you're going to see is you're going to see once it loads this thing
right here called assistant. All right, I can close it. I can open it. And this assistant allows me to talk to it. And
yes, it can answer me and do the same things as any other chat GPT or large language model source. But the
difference is is I can have it take over my computer, take over my internet screen and to begin to perform tasks for
me autonomously and do whatever I want it to do. Right? You can see here right now it's it's building out a Zap and
Zapier right now. Right? Earlier it was it was building out my website. Um so these things are very very very
powerful. So again just take note it's its own app. You download it to your computer and then you open it. Um what's
also nice is the third one claude. Okay, which is also an app, but the one that I'm referring to right here right now is
the Chrome extension. So, it's just a Chrome extension. You install it and then it's right here. I got to log in, I
guess. And um you then have access to this Chrome extension browser that you can again um use and talk to it and have
it take over the internet and do things for you. >> Quick question.
>> Yes. >> So, if I've been using Chat GBT this whole time,
>> okay, >> and I want to transfer over to one of these other apps. Do I have to start
from the very beginning for them to know for it to know who I am? >> So glad you asked that question.
>> The answer is no. Yeah. So Claude, guess what? If you guys were following kind of the news with like uh the Department of
War and Open AI and Claude and Claude refusing to to put the guard rails down with access uh to kind of control the AI
extensively too far. And then right the the government going with open AI. There's a lot of people actually leaving
chat GPT and going over to another another AI such as Claude. Okay. And Claude actually installed uh right here
within their settings the ability for you uh to essentially you just follow the instructions and you copy and paste
in over all your chat GPT notes and it knows everything about you and it's like you're up and running on the new one.
That was my problem too, right? is is these platforms such as chatbt TV, they become so sticky because we just use
them and they know of us, right? It's it's it's a lot of work starting over and doing it all over again. But yeah,
like right in here in your settings, for example, in Claude, right? Um down somewhere in here, you can just follow
the instructions and have it quickly uh learn about who you are and all your stuff and then you're back up and
running. Okay. Yep. >> Yep. Yep. Yep. All right. Back on track. Let me pop back over to this
presentation. Cool. So, are we so far following along? Picking up what I'm putting down. All right.
In summary, Agentic AI first. Easy, fresh start. Try Chat GPT Atlas. If you're paying for Chat GBT plus $20 a
month, just start here. Download it, open it up, try asking it something and having it performing a task for you. If
you want to step it up a level, I personally think perplexity comet is even smarter and can do more advanced
tasks in my opinion. Um, and then also to the Claude Chrome extension is very good as well. All right, so again, I
don't want to overwhelm you with tools. Just start with one and just dip your toe in the water. All right, now you're
probably still wondering what the heck do these things do? How can I apply it to my business? Um, right. Again, these
Agentic AIs, they see the page, they navigate, they complete steps for you, and there's no limitations on what they
can do for you. All right, last thing, important reminder, disclaimer. This is all still very, very, very, very, very
new stuff. There's very limited like security guidelines behind it. Um so if I were you, I wouldn't open the thing up
and give it access to your bank account and have it start banking for you, right? I know, but like seriously, um
there's always that side of it. So obviously take it slow. You decide what you're comfortable with with giving it
access to and slowly dipping your toe in the water. So now I'm going to give you 18 uh real uh excuse me, I'm going to
give you 15 real internet use cases right now on how you can leverage this for your real estate business or for
your personal life. So, does anyone do any sort of like uh CRM, data entry? Anyone have a CRM?
>> Who likes doing data entry? None of us. Sucks, right? So, uh my first example for you, same with us at Chicago Title.
We've got our own proprietary CRM. It's called Pulse. And um guess what? We have to keep notes. We have to keep notes on
meetings and prospecting and all these things. And um you can see here my first example. I'm within my CRM and I just
uploaded some names and some notes. I just want to say, hey, write in that I that I um booked a meeting with this
person or um I got an order for them or whatever that is. This is all all these examples are sped up examples, but this
right here is an example of perplexity comment literally doing note entry and doing CRM data management for me within
my CRM. All right, that was sped up very, very fast. But I just want to give you that first example. Okay, so
anything inside of your CRM, we don't have to do anymore if we don't want to. Obviously, again, follow Cowell Banker's
rules and regulations on security and and how that all works, but if you can use your CRM and automate it out, um I
highly recommend uh messing around with that one. Cool. >> Random question. Is the speed of
movement based on your computer speed or based on their side? >> Meaning the speed of moving through the
data? >> That's a good question. I think it's a speed on their side. Okay. So,
pros versus cons of Aentic AI. lot of pros. So many pros. The only really con is is it's slow. It will slowly navigate
and learn and do things, right? So again, this is these are tasks that are just kind of running for you while
you're doing other things, right? And then the other con is, right, it's still pretty relatively new and learning. So
sometimes it might if it's an advanced long task, it might time out and you have to kind of click back into it and
keep it going. Um or it might in the rare case it might just not be able to figure out that task for some reason or
click through, which I've seen before as well. But pros obviously much further outweigh the cons. Okay,
cool. So, first one, let me close out Claude here. Pop this back and show you another one. All right, here we go.
Use case number two of why you should use the Gent AI is how about we just want to save a little bit of money
online. Anyone ever type in promo codes, discount codes, save some money, right? We're just shopping around. Well, guess
what? Uh, I'm feeling bad for my dog because as I told you, I've got three little kids at home. And um, you know,
he's kind of gets the short end of the stick in terms of in terms of attention. So, I went online. I said, I'm going to
get him a Bark Box and started sending these these Bark Boxes. Anyone do that? They're kind of cool. You get a little
toy and some treats in there. And uh, guess what I said? I said, "Hey, can you find all available promo codes for this
Bark Box subscription?" And type them in. Before manually, right, you could have a Chrome extension or something do
it for you, but you have to copy and paste it in. It's just running through searching all the websites and looking
for every single promo code or discount code. Spoiler alert, it couldn't find one. You can shows you all the codes it
tried, but then it gives you advice at the end. It's like, hey, if you change up your subscription, you could actually
get more of a savings or whatever. So, it does give you feedback on what you could do um and kind of pivot to. So, if
you want to save a little bit of money on your internet purchases, um you can have Aentic AI run searches for you on
promo codes. >> Okay, >> cool.
You like that one? >> Okay. >> Use case number three on why you should
use a Gent AI. Does anyone book a lot of appointments in their calendar? Like on there like plug it in on the phone. It's
just so exhausting, right? Like putting all these in. Um >> always tries to make a team's meeting.
>> Always tries to make a team's meeting. Okay. Does anyone book appointments through uh email communication at all?
Or maybe you book something, you get an email, right? Cool. Well, guess what? you can um have a Gentic AI
automatically book your appointments for you just by reading through either a screenshot image or actually reading
through an email that you share with it. So right here is an example. Uh this is actually a class that we've been we
previously hosted. We're going to do this again. It's going to be on Fininsen if you're not aware of Finsen. Very
important on the title side. But what this is was I signed up for an online virtual Zoom class and then it sent me
just a quick little email uh a little email notification saying, "Hey, here's the details. Here's the Zoom link.
Here's all the stuff." Right? And I just hate plugging all this stuff into my uh calendar. So I asked I said, "Hey, can
you take this, read it, and put it into my calendar?" All right. So I answered that question. Hey, take this
registration confirmation, add it to my calendar. It's automatically linked up and synced to my calendar. And now it's
opening it up. It's going to add in the title. It's going to add in the information as well as the Zoom link
itself. And again, I don't have to do this stuff anymore. So, every time I'm booking appointments through email
communication, we just have AI do it for us. Cool. Anyone like that one? >> Yes,
>> I like that one. >> How accurate is it? >> Okay. Accurate.
>> Yeah. >> Uh, very accurate. Plugs in the date and time and you're done.
>> Yeah. >> Can you set it up as like macro type thing? Excel worksheet or do you have to
enter in the prompt every time? >> That's a good question. >> Does it be cool just like hey anytime I
get an email but >> it's an advanced question
>> that would get far or get a long way. >> The answer is yes but not in today's class. I yeah the short answer is you
can use something called um Claudebot. If you're familiar with Cloudbot Cloudbot is insane and it can it can run
your life for you. It's why I had Chad GDT design a Python program that >> launches from my desktop and pulls all
the data that I want from numerous different sources and compiles it. I'm like I didn't I don't know how to do
Python but >> me either that's all right. We don't need to know everything. We don't need
to code anymore. Right. Um here's a simple one. Right. Use case number four on why you should use Aentic AI is um I
don't I book a lot of reservations. Okay. So, here's a quick reservation getting booked and trying to find a time
slot uh to book a lunch at Hillstone, right? Super short and sweet, easy. Um, what I really want to share with you, I
want to share with you a quick idea. I actually learned this from another real estate agent in another market who's on
a podcast. But one thing he does, it's very easy to do just to take you a little bit of time is um, does anyone
ever go out uh, uh, to on a date on Valentine's Day? Maybe. Yes. No. I don't eat anymore with my wife. We used to,
but some people do, right? But here's the problem. A lot of us are uh late to the game on planning planning our our
date nights, especially Valentine's Day. And guess what? Those reservations book up for all those top restaurants. So,
here's an idea. Um, one month before Valentine's Day, what if you had a Gent AI go out and search for the top 10
restaurants that are ranked 4.7 stars or higher and book all those hot dinner time, 600 p.m., 7:00 p.m. I'm like a
5:00 p.m. dinner person, but you know, have it go out and do all the heavy lifting and book all these reservations
for you. And then, right, 5 days before Valentine's Day, hey, does anyone need a last minute reservation? What a cool
little way to just provide value, right? that that really doesn't take you that much effort. That is a huge thank you to
all of the men out there who did not or women who did not take the time to book that reservation, right? So, I thought
that was kind of cool. >> Okay. >> Such a client a reminder of his
anniversary the other day. >> Oh, Jesus. >> Home anniversary or like wedding?
>> That's not good. >> Like, don't forget. He's like, oh, you're the best
life coach. Yeah, right. All right. Use case number five on why you should use Agentic AI. It can draft and send emails
for you. All right. So, um do these real estate panel events every once in a while. I'm planning one next month down
Colorado Springs. Not as familiar with kind of where to host events in Colorado Springs. So, first thing I had chat GPT
search and find venues that fit my criteria and fit my budget and it found like 10 to 15. Then it pulled and
referenced all of the email addresses for these contacts for these venues. Then I asked Aentic AI to go ahead and
draft an email to each of these venues and then send the email on my behalf. So what it did, you can see here, here's
the chat GPT screen. I'm doing this through perplexity comment. It's within my email right now. It's plugging in
each email name one by one, giving it a subject line, drafting the title, and then it's sending that email with the
specifics of the request that I want for that venue. All right, we did this and literally we found the venue. We already
booked it. We're doing an event in late April next month. All because AI found it, did all the email communication, and
then booked it for us. Okay. So, how cool is that? Yeah, >> it's really cool if you're not a
controlled freak. >> True. >> Trust.
>> Yeah. And so I look up to me and I'm like, how accurate is it? >> You're sending emails on my behalf and I
haven't looked it over. >> Yep. >> So you just let it go.
>> Yep. >> Okay. >> Yep.
>> And that's an easy example of >> but also I'm not >> to be fair, I'm not sending client
emails and I agree again like you this guys, I'm I'm kind of all in on this stuff, right? You choose your own
threshold. But I'm sending this, it's a cold email to a venue and I to be honest with you, I don't really care what they
think, you know, in that scenario, right? >> I haven't dipped my toe in the water
with like sending emails to clients and stuff like that. Okay. >> Right.
>> Um, but that's this stuff's there and that's where it's going and in theory you could train it, right? The AI can
read um I mean there's AI email systems like superhuman or fixer AI where they read all of your emails and they draft
emails that sound like you, right? So this stuff is here. Obviously though, control side. I get it. You choose your
own adventure. I'm just sharing the ideas up here. All right. >> I suppose you could tell it to put it in
your drafts. >> You could. Correct. >> Yep. And that's what it initially did.
It put them all in draft and then I said, "All right, send them." Right. >> You started to trust more.
>> I I just said, "Yeah, let's go for it. I'm not doing this manually." >> Kind of a logistic detailed question.
You It looks like all your examples, you're web based there. Mhm. >> So, do you like have to open up your
email in the webbased format and then pull that assistant box up or do you just like pull the assistant box up and
tell it to do this and it opens up your email and everything? >> It's a really good question. I've never
had it open up my email. I guess in theory it could, right, if I gave it full access. I just open up the email
itself within the agent AI such as comment or chat G TPT Atlas and then have it take over the screen and
complete the task. Yep. So you like so let's say it's like Gmail you go into your Gmail account you have that up and
then you have the aentic over here and then you tell it what to do. >> I have the Aentic it's its own internet
browser literally with like the email pulled up right right there >> like Apple Mail or something like that
it's not going to do that but it would >> Oh I'm literally correct I am in like I'm in chat
>> unless you're using that extension >> or if I'm using the Chrome extension. Correct.
>> Okay. Okay. Got it. Got it. Yeah. And if you use like I mean I'm weird and I like to still use Outlook's app. I don't use
the web- based version. Um >> can you just how do you do that? >> Don't know.
>> You don't know. I mean I we have a web based version. So >> I don't know. Okay.
>> It might be Yeah, it might be web. >> Power automate. >> What's that?
>> Do you know Power Automate? >> I don't. >> Okay.
>> Should I? >> Well, I was gonna ask you a specific question so you all right. Sorry. Okay.
Of course. Of course. Yeah. Uh, all right. Back here. Use case six. Idea number six on why you should use a Gent
AI. Uh, shopping. All right. Budget-based shopping cart. So, last October, I did my first trunk or treat.
Has anyone ever done a trunk or treat before? Okay. It's my first one. I had no idea what to buy, what to do. I gave
it a very vague prompt. I said, "This is my car. I'll give you a $200 budget. Go on Amazon.com. put stuff in my car uh in
my cart that might make sense for uh doing a trunk or treat. So, here it is again in in fast forward speed like
finding and and putting stuff in. I didn't give it a theme or anything. I guess I could have done that. Um but it
put in around $170 worth of stuff. So, it actually went on stayed under budget for me. Um and it found all these things
that I guess I could piece together to put into my trunk or tree. So, just one idea here. again, whether it's a trunk
or treat or maybe you've got something anyone likes to cook. Maybe you want to cook something and what if you said,
"Hey, I want to cook this dish tonight." Go out and find all the ingredients, right? Go on Whole Foods or wherever you
go to shop. >> Order it. Get the ingredients. Now I'm speaking your language, right? And
deliver it for to me. I want it here tonight for dinner, right? So I can cook it. Like in theory, you could do that.
Cool. >> Yes. Now go find a private chef somewhere else and do it.
>> Exactly. >> So that's pretty cool. >> Those robots and then you tell it to
search your house for what's on your list already cuz that I can find anything in my pantry.
>> Well, have you seen those refrigerators now? They have a camera on the inside. >> My fridge is not a problem. My pantry. I
>> mean, you could take you could take a photo and upload it. Hey, what can I make?
>> You know, >> that'd be cool to try. >> Take picture.
>> Yeah, I know. >> Because we can. Yeah, exactly. >> I'm like, I'm always nice to Alexa, so
she'll give me a good job. Let me take over. >> So they don't kill you.
>> I don't want to become food. >> Yeah. >> Use case number seven on how you can use
the Gent AI is social media posting. Why don't you have it start to fill in all the social media captioning and
information for you? So, here's example. I was uploading a YouTube video. I didn't feel like copying and pasting in
all the details and going back and forth with chat GPT or whatever AI. I just had it take over. I said, "Here's the
transcript of the video. Here's what I'm talking about. Can you fill in the title, the description, all the
information? Set all this up. Plug in the tags for me. Um, just because I don't want to do it
>> start immediately." >> And then I was like, "All right, go into chat GPT and create a a thumbnail. We're
going to Gemini. All right, cool. And I'll upload this." Um, so again, just a quick example on how you could use it
from the social media and publishing side of things. Okay, use case number eight. I don't know if this is still a
thing. I know for a while agents were using Facebook Marketplace as a way to like prospect. Uh, I don't know if they
kind of shut that down, but this is more of a of a personal thing. Uh, I went into Facebook Marketplace and I had a
garden hose that I bought from Costco and for whatever reason it didn't fit the threading and for whatever reason
Costco takes everything back. For some reason, they would not take this item back. So, I had to sell it.
>> I thought they'd take everything. >> I They usually do for We had a weird situation, you know. So, what happened
here, if you look at this is I told it, I said, "Go figure out what this item is. Find out how much it is new. How
much can I get it for on the used side of things? It's like used once, right? Create my description. Plug in all the
information. Right? Here are the photos. Go figure out all the details. And I'm going to publish and post this Facebook
listing, right? All right. So, whether it's a Facebook listing for garden hose or I know some agents they leverage like
homes and they put them in there whether or not you're supposed to do it. Um, again, it's another example of how you
can leverage Aentic AI. All right, here's one. Um, this is an interesting one. Use case number nine on Aentic AI
is you can use these on social media. I've tested them on Facebook, Instagram, obviously you saw YouTube. Um, and it's
interesting that they haven't really been blocked in any way. And I guess I don't know how Meta or Google would do
that yet, but you can automate out your tasks on social media. So, I just gave it a quick task. I said, "Hey, here's
like a list of some real estate agents. I want you to go find them, confirm the real estate agents, and then go follow
them on Instagram." So, here's my Instagram browser pulled up on the internet through the Agentic AI system.
It's finding each person, following them, then moving on to the next person. Okay. Um, I've had it go out and say,
"Hey, go find uh whatever, right? Mitch's most recent post on Facebook and go like it and it will go out and do it.
Okay. I know it was all >> so you don't >> So again, like it's interesting that
that worked because I know social media accounts try so hard to shut that down rightfully so because imagine a world
where we're all just using AI to engage with each other. It's fake. There's this concept about called the dead internet
theory where everything becomes automated and fake that like we all just stop using social media and the internet
because we don't trust it anymore, right? >> So, it's kind of weird on where this
stuff is going right now. But I was just I was just fascinated to see that it actually worked on social media sites.
Okay, use case number 10, run your Facebook ads. So, use case
number 10 on how you could use a Gentic AI is you could set have it set up and run your Facebook ads. So, I know quite
a few of you have kind of seen me or had me help you kind of set some of this stuff up here through the the meta ads
manager and it's overwhelming. It's complicated. I said, "Hey, I've got a I've got a budget. Here it is. Here's
who I'm trying to target. Here's my goal. Um, this is for an upcoming event. I want you to run this to this list of
people. I want you to create the ad copy." And you can see here as it's sped up, the AI is setting up and going
through the steps of creating and setting up my ad. Now, just take note, there is a little bit of manual work. I
did it did pause and I had to up upload the creative the image for it and then have it proceed forward. So, but other
than that, it's doing all of the work for me in the background. Pretty cool. Cool. Cool.
Okay. Use case number 11 on how you could use a Gentic AI. Um, you can have it filter and pull lists farm list. So,
we got our tool. I know some of you have access this is title toolbox where you can pull data on properties and um, some
agents just like to pull their own lists or we just pulled them for you at Chicago Title. But you can see here I
was just testing it. I was pulling a list for real estate agent. He had some specific filters that he wanted and I
just uploaded his request into here and I said, "Hey, can you go find and and pull this list for me?" And guess what
it did? It went and ran the search and pulled the list and mapped the information if this ever plays. And it
did it for me. Okay? And then it will even download the list for you too to your computer. Okay?
Moving on. Okay. Use case number 12 on Aentic AI, you can have it create reports for you.
Okay, Gamma.app. I know I think I think I've talked about this with the group, right? I love gamma.app because it can
take all of your AI created content and it can make it more appealing to look at and more beautiful whether it's
presentations, PDFs, social media posts, etc. And in this scenario, what I did was I helped a real estate agent create
a market report with them there. So what we did was we put downloaded data out of the MLS and then we had AI read the data
which was all the MLS data and then go into you'll see here it's going to pop into gamma.app and it went in created
the PDF chose the theme that I selected went in and had all the details and then created this document and downloaded it
to my computer for me. Okay. So think like this right is this is again this is an example where we're starting to piece
things together. We can have the AI first go into say the MLS and download the data for the request that we have.
Right? I want to pull a market report on this subdivision and save it. Then we can then take that data and then run it
and have it create the report. And we're starting to now connect all these things together. So it's less work for us. And
now as we prompt, right, we used to have just one prompt. Go and do this. Now I'm building out prompts where it's like
step one do this, step two do this, step three do this. So that now you just got to sit back and let the computer run and
you're done. >> How long do you think like for this example you wanted to create a CMA and
you're like use I want to find five h five comps all sold created a gamer presentation as well and you know given
some outlines. How long do you think that process would take? Just estimate. I'm not going to hold you anything
obviously but I'm just guessing or trying to figure out how long this would take.
>> Maybe 10 minutes. >> Okay. Yeah, that's just slowly moving along,
right? Okay, I'm going to show you something that can help speed that up in a couple slides. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Um,
so next one is going to be Here we go. Let's run an MLS search. All right. You use case number 13 on Aentic
AI is running your MLS searches for you. Right. So whether you're you're trying to do market reports, you're trying to
pull a CMA, right? What if we gave it a prompt, a detailed prompt on what we want, right? Um, and we have it go in
and pull the details and data and apply the filtering that you want to run searches for you. Whether it's a listing
presentation or a market report or your version of CMA, maybe it can do the heavy list lifting for you. Here's an
example of it pulling data within Cherry Creek East sales in the last uh 365 days. It's going to select all. It's
going to do that export option. It's going to download all the details through the appraiser format and it's
actually going to save it to the computer, right? To just get that done for you. But maybe you're just you're
not just doing one of these. What if you're doing I don't know 10 of these a week or whatever. Maybe you're doing
updates for your sellers if they have listings sitting and you want to send this information out, right? Whether
it's the MLS or Showing Time or whatever, have it just run these reports for you in the background.
>> Can you instruct it to like look through the photos? Because sometimes, you know, we're looking for houses within our
search. We make our filters light on purpose, right? >> Yeah.
>> And we don't want meaning, you know, not fall through the filter and we you just got to like look through the photos to
make sure it's got type of open kitchen or whatever or the white cabinets that they want.
>> That's a good question. >> Yeah, >> I haven't tried that.
>> Okay, >> I love that though. I do think like just running enough of these, right? At the
end of the day, like you guys are the experts, right? You're going to know the property better than anyone than AI, at
least for now. Uh >> you're going to want to probably set your parameters close on on how to run
it. But I love that idea like having it look for the photos because it can read images can read photos.
>> It's a really cool idea. >> Try that out. >> Yeah, cuz I've got a client right now
who's like the initial search, you know, there's like 200 listings. You're like, Jesus Christ,
>> I know what they want, but like I need to go through. >> Oh, I love that idea. I love that idea.
Yeah, >> I think Yeah, if you can think it and set the prompt and the parameters, I
don't see why it couldn't it couldn't do that for you. That's a cool idea. Cool. Cool. All right.
Last but not least, use case number 14 that I think is the best use case is have a Gent AI do any task for you that
you don't know how to do. Okay. So, here's an example. I said, "Hey, why don't you go onto my website through
wix.com and build me a landing page?" So, here's the back end of Wix where my website's built. And I said, "Go build
me a page. hide the page, but build out just a simple little landing page with a form so that when I finish this
presentation today, right, I can have everyone in this room scan a QR code and have it take them to this website and
plug in their information so that they're put into my new email list. Right? So, it went ahead and did that,
but I didn't stop there. I then ask to go out and complete the automation steps where right once Leah plugs in her name
and and email and phone it and then puts her into my Mailchimp where I host all my email accounts, tag it and then send
an email and automation later that day with the presentation and all the things. So this is I think the coolest
example on Aentic AI is all the things you don't know how to do, you can now have AI do for you. I've had it run the
Facebook ads. I've had it run and create a Facebook pixel installed on my website. I've had it set up Google tags.
So, anything you can't do, um, you know, on the more techy side of things, creating automations through Zapier and
all that, it can do anything you want. And then you can either sit there and let it do the task for you, or you can
sit there and watch it and you can learn, oh, that's that's how you do that if you cared, right? But I think that
right there, that I'd say is the number one use case is have it do stuff that you don't know how to do. Will it set up
workflows like if somebody clicks in and you want to send them an email saying thanks for this or if they didn't click
in send them another email hey you missed this want to click again or >> you know do that.
>> Yep. Yep. I had AI build this zap through Zap year. I do a lot of workflows and automation.
>> I had a this is this is one example. I had to build build out like a 15 step zap and connect everything and go
through it. That's what power automate is and still have an enterprise account with Microsoft. So power automate could
replace >> what he's talking about here. >> Got it. If you had you would just ask it
to perform >> those through power automate. >> Okay.
>> And that dumps into our our emails with CB realy which connects them into their scar.
>> Cool. >> Yeah. >> Very cool.
>> Easy. Okay. >> How about having AI right? >> I like your automate or your landing
page too. if you could every time you do an open house, you could customize an a landing
page for that listing. >> Um, sure. >> So that it sends them the information on
a listing so they're getting something in return um as soon as they log in and sign up and then you can have it feed
into your CRM or whatever. >> Yep. Yep. The wheels are turning. >> Do we at least get one idea so far?
Maybe. All right, cool. All right, a couple more things. You got a few more minutes. 11:45. We're hanging in there.
Um, here's the deal, guys. like all these examples I just gave you, I really didn't like write in crazy prompts other
than the the uh the gamma one and and all that. Um it was pretty straightforward. It was like, "Hey, do
this for me." So, don't get overwhelmed. My biggest takeaway for you all in the room is just download one of these or
try one if you want to and just just have it try to do something for you. But you don't need to write in a crazy
prompt. It's it's going to be pretty darn good. >> My chat GPT said there's no such thing
as chat GPT Alice. What am I doing wrong? Oh, it doesn't work on the Windows. I just figured that out.
>> Oh, >> I'm ordering a MacBook right now. >> They just They just They just released
They just released the new one. >> It's already got three screens open right now.
>> I know. Holy cow. Where's the third one? >> Okay, >> there you go.
>> So, it's it's only on PC for Mac OS. >> Okay. What about ask it if it if Perplexity comment?
>> Okay. Or or what about the Chrome extension? >> You use Chrome. You could do the Chrome
extension. >> I do use Chrome extension. >> Chrome extension. Claude.
>> Yeah, I'm a big fan of Claude. I'm I'm starting to use it more and more, which is actually a good segue. Uh we're going
to talk about Claude specifically right now. Okay. So, moving on past the prompts. Now, we're going to kick it up
a notch into Claude Co-work. Who's using Claude Co-work? Nobody yet until you see this. Cool. So Claude Coowwork, right?
Everything I just showed you was browser based and using internet browsers. Now let's kick it up a level. Claude
Co-work. Okay, I want to show it to you here on this computer is first of all, it's the Claude app that you download to
your computer and you can open it up and what you'll see up here at the top in Claude Co-work is three different tabs.
The first one's chat, just like if you're chatting, right? Asking it questions, whatever. And then the other
one over here is code for the more advanced coders, which is probably none of us in this room. And then there's the
blend right here which is called co-work which they released and co-work takes the coding ability off of our plates
where co-work will do it for us and it'll do a lot of cool things for us combining the two. So what I mean by
this and why this is cool and why you should consider it is if you download the cloud app if you want you can give
it access to maybe a folder on your computer. So what I did was I just for fun I went ahead and I gave it access to
a folder that I created and called cloud co-work and I used that folder for it to complete tasks in and out of my
computer. But in theory now it can access your computer and do things for you. And I'm going to give you some
examples on uh maybe what it could do for you right now. So check this out if we go forward to the next slide. Um,
this is the next level of claude co-work because is now reading files, reading documents, doing tasks with content on
your computer, right? Organize files, read documents, read receipts, do desktop workflows, um, declutter. Um,
here's an example of it reading and organizing receipts for me. So, I have to keep track of receipts and organize
them and put them in spreadsheets. And Claude Co, to my surprise, very accurately,
took a look at several receipts within my folder on my computer, and I said, "Review these receipts, organize the
data into a spreadsheet. Um, this is kind of the layout of how I want it created and how I need it." And what it
did, what you're seeing right now is it's looking at those receipts within that folder that I give it access to.
It's reading them, and it's building a spreadsheet right now, plugging all that receipt data into an actual spreadsheet.
You can see here it made it right here. Date, receipt amount, expense location, merchant name, expense type, right? Who
was I with? Who, what company were they with? Um, what was the purpose of this meeting? All that information created
into a spreadsheet. >> Pretty cool. >> Can it clean out my emails? I'm
>> so glad you asked. >> Okay, here's what it can do. It can clean out your emails. You don't even
need Cloud Co-work, though. Okay, >> you could. You got to give it access to your emails. But right there's a you
could say and but you want to be very careful with what you say right um right I want you to unsubscribe me from any
type of email you know from a title person from a you know be careful what you say obviously but uh it could just
not keep Jared Larkin all their title companies remove them out info at mile high title guy put that on the preferred
list but everything else remove and there are examples actually I've seen where people have it help clean up all
the declutter Yeah, >> but you got to give it access to your
email. That's the catch. >> Okay, I'll try it. >> So,
>> or does anyone have a messy desktop? I know a lot of you do. I've sat down with quite a few real estate agents. It's
just a mess. You guys got like a hundred tabs open. I can't even read what the heck's in there. Um, I had to clean up
files on my computer. So, again, I I I took a bunch of files just for this example. I put it in this folder and I
said, "Hey, you got there's the hose. You got, you know, you you got CSV files, spreadsheets, images, houses,
documents, all the things. I said, "Hey, clean up and organize this folder of files, right? Rename them, put them in
categories, all the things. You can see here it's organizing it, you know, 1 through 11 from video folder to um, you
know, all these different images and locations, market reports. It literally cleaned everything up. You can see it
right here. And organized them and renamed them and put them into categories for me. So I can you do that
with your photos too? >> Yeah. >> Can they organize them
>> and then >> go >> can organize is that that that one that
one gone? Oh god. >> Yeah. I'm trying to think like like like I was like coming up with these ideas a
week ago on how it could help you guys, but like I don't know like you got file management or all these things going on
and you can have it organize and clean up all >> all that stuff how it could help us.
>> It's probably a good idea. Yeah, totally. >> I have a question. Yeah. Have
>> you ever had it um like take like we get property um photos taken and then it goes into a file and then um you know we
want to put into uh cap cut or make a video or for social or something like that to where you just say hey access
access this folder get as you know the top you know the best photos and create a video for social media. Is that
something you could probably >> It's a great question. I haven't tried it yet.
>> Okay. Um but I can do that. I can do >> upload all the >> upload them.
>> Yeah. >> Probably not. >> Yeah. Like one idea.
>> I I had a an idea like that. Like even just with like looking at videos, right? Here's a bunch of videos from this
event. Can you pick out these types of shots, right, and clip it for me and just put it into a folder? And then,
right, can you take those clips and put it to one of these templates within Cap Cut or whatever? I haven't tested it. If
it doesn't work yet, you know it's going to work soon. You know, you know it's coming.
>> I mean, I'd say because AI is pretty good. Yeah. In my opinion, when you just throw a bunch of photos or videos that
you >> do like a template. >> Yeah. So, it's like you can tie it into
what you're what you're asking. >> Yeah. >> Yeah.
>> Yeah. >> Or like organizing the photos like when you get them because like when they send
the the MLS or the the pictures of your listing over and you're like, I want them to be in this order. Mhm.
>> If I can learn that, like I can see how I put them in order in the past, >> you know.
>> Oh, that's a cool idea. >> Yeah, cuz I number all mine in my so that I could just drag and drop into the
MLS. >> That's a great So, you could prompt it. Hey, I like to have the exterior photo,
frontfacing photo first and then this, this, this, and this. Unless it's really ugly, then we go right into the living
room. Here, >> yeah. Yeah,
>> that's cool. And when you're back to my physics question, so when you're having this type of the coworker run,
>> um will it like pause if it's like, "Hey, I don't have login information for this."
>> Yeah. And you have >> Yep. So when you first start using this, right, um it's pretty everything is like
you got to give it access to the MLS or wherever, right? And you either decide every time does it do you have to log in
manually to do it or do you give it access autonomously? Again, that's a control that you get to decide on. Yeah,
I send tend to still just click it every time just in case. Okay. All right. Last but not least idea uh is
another reason why you might want to consider co-work is because it's got all these connectors built into it. I know
some other AI platforms do as well, but I like this one because it can access again documents and stuff on your
computer. And here's a scenario. Earlier I showed you the Gamma app presentation. What I realized was that Cloud Co-work
actually has Gamma as a connector right within it. So I don't have to even go into the internet browser. I can just
prompt it. Hey, here's what I want. Here's the information. Here's a CSV file. Just go ahead and create it for me
right now within Claude Co-work. So it didn't even go into the internet and go and do those tasks. just created and
then saved it right within my folder on my computer and built out right this you know or actually it built out an
internet page and then I saved it to the to the computer. Um so there's all these connectors whether it's Gmail right can
read emails or drive and all those things um that are right there within it that you can have it um use to your
advantage. Okay, last but not least, now we're going to
give a huge shout out to the Claude Chrome extension. The one thing on the Agentic AI side of things that I think
the Claude Chrome extension has figured out. I haven't seen the other ones do this yet, but what it can do is it can
be trained on a task. So, here I am within re Colorado within Infosparks looking at some showing time data. And
over here on the right hand side, here's what's really cool is you can teach Claude to perform a task for you. So
before, right, we have prompts, but maybe like the Aentic AI is not getting the prompt correctly. It's just not
clicking. If that's a problem or you don't have a prompt for it and you have a repetitive task, you can just teach it
right there on the spot and click through step by step. And it's essentially just recording the screen
and learning exactly the process that you do. you just voice dictate to it and click around and it's automatically
learning and creating a prompt. So right here on the Cloud Chrome extension, this button right here, teach cloud, right, I
can just click start recording and then start clicking around here and then it's going to save this as its own like
prompt that I can leverage later on and use. >> There's your macro.
>> Okay. >> And it's listening >> correct as well.
>> Correct. Yep. Yep. So, I think that's pretty neat. If you want to go and do a task, maybe it's a bit more advanced and
you wanted to follow it to a T and not make a mistake, you can just teach Claude Chrome extension to do it for
you. >> And will it do that? Um, do you want your computer's
closed or have to be open? I mean, yeah, >> clogged co-work right now your computer has to be turned on for it to complete
tasks. Yeah, that's the catch. Yeah. So, you got to have it on um and letting and letting it run. The other thing they
recently did this is Cloud Co-work also allows you to do scheduled tasks. So, maybe there's a daily task that you're
doing. You could just have it be a scheduled task. As long as your computer is on and running, can go out and do
that task for you as often as you want it to do. Okay. The wheels spinning? Are we overwhelmed?
We feeling somewhat good. All right. Cool. So, here's the deal. Takeaway, right? is just start slow. Pick a tool.
Maybe it's chat GPT Atlas, maybe it's comment, maybe it's the Chrome extension, maybe it's Claude Co-work.
You go all in, you decide. But hopefully, guys, just just try it. Just try it out if you want to and see see
what it can do for you and test it out because I don't know, the sky's is the limit, right? Um here's my thought. Chat
GPT Alice is a good place to start, I guess, if you have a Mac and you're already paying for it. Try it out. It's
right there. Download it. Comet I think is a bit better. the cloud Chrome extension. I'm still messing with it,
but it's pretty darn good, too. You got Cloud Co-work as the last one. And that's kind of it, guys. Um, look at
this. Just for fun, if you want to scan this, you don't have to fill out the form, but uh this is the the actual
landing page that the AI, Aentic AI built for me. Um, where you just plug in information for a form and it tags them.
>> Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah. Let me zoom out here maybe. No, no. There it is right there. And um yeah, pretty darn cool this
stuff. So yeah, if you do end up filling out the form, it's gonna it's going to put you on my list. I'm starting to send
out a monthly email strictly on just AI for real estate agents. >> And I'm thinking about launching a
little community um where I've got some some specific trainings on AI if you guys want to be a part of that. Um you
know, I'll probably send out an email once I launch that thing, too. So yeah, the world's moving fast. This stuff's
crazy. Uh, also scary, I think, right? Um, which I think is is that as well. But hopefully you try some of this stuff
out if you want to and um it helps you. Can you
Agentic AI, or AI 2.0, autonomously performs multi-step tasks and workflows without requiring manual prompting, unlike traditional AI (AI 1.0), which responds only to single, manual inputs. For real estate agents, this means AI can handle complex processes like managing CRM data, scheduling, and market analysis automatically, freeing up valuable time.
Agentic AI can integrate with CRM systems (such as Chicago Title’s Pulse) to automatically capture notes and update client data, eliminating the need for manual entry. This reduces errors and saves time, allowing agents to focus more on client relationships and sales activities.
