And today, Dan Deval is my guest. We discuss how the body works, mind, soul, and spirit together. We discuss what trauma actually does to your body, soul, and spirit and what the Lord is doing to move us into a place of knowledge and reformation, revolution. [Music] Hey everybody, welcome back to another episode of That Kingdom Life. I'm your host Latoya Lackey and I have with me someone I have been so excited to interview like uber uber uber excited to interview. I met this gentleman I think about five years ago and we've stayed in touch over the years. I definitely have followed his ministry and um he is someone if you are around the world of deliverance and inner healing you have heard his name. Please welcome to the show Dan Duval. Welcome Dan. >> Well thank you Latoya. It's a pleasure to be here. It's a pleasure to connect with you again. Um I think we're gonna have a lot of fun. >> I am so excited. Thank you so much for being on here. Um so guys, I was introduced to Dan Deval. Um this has been about like said five years ago and it's interesting because I was pulling your books. So these are two of his most well-known books right here. Prayers that uh that shake heaven and earth and then advanced prayers. And I was introduced to your books right before COVID actually. And God told me to get them and to begin I was walking in my driveway every morning and he's like, "I want you to pray the I want you to go through every page of these books and pray them through and really like discuss them with me." And so I spent the first couple of weeks of COVID doing that with this book. Exactly. Um and it was amazing. And I still use some of the lines from this book when I pray about the locust of God devouring the crops of the enemy. And I mean, you talk about some powerful prayers, guys. These are it. I even recorded them like in a voice recording on my phone so I could listen to my own voice praying some of these prayers in the car while I was driving. Like that's how important these were to me during that time >> in my life. So, and you have personally played a a pivotal role in my life. I don't know if you know this or not. I didn't tell you this before we hit record. >> You did? You didn't tell me. >> But you and I were sitting in a a a TV recording station and um we had just gotten done eating lunch and you knew some things that were going on in my life at the time and you looked at me and you said, "You have a fire in your heart." I don't know if you remember this, but you said, "You have a fire in your heart." And you said, "Don't ever let anything that you see diminish that." And you said it with such passion and tears in your eyes. I held on to that word through that season. And you know the season I'm talking about, but I held on to that word and it really helped me. So, thank you for being you and seeing the people around you and loving them how you do. You're amazing. >> I I do remember that. I I Wow. That Thank you for sharing that with the everybody that's listening. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. It it was it was a moment. So, for those people that don't know you, just give us a a short snippet, 30,000 foot view of how you got into helping people with inner healing, deliverance, um, all the things that you do at such a high level. >> Well, I uh had my own challenges with the kingdom of darkness as a kid. Um, I saw demons. I had all kinds of spiritual uh affliction, you know, and that left me with a lot of questions. So, uh as I got older, you know, I started to figure out what what the heck was going on. Uh that led me to start understanding some deliverance ministry, but uh what I was a what was available to me and what I was trying to overcome were on two different levels. And so I I found most of the materials that I could get my hands on incomplete. I went to Bible school. I got a lot of foundation and uh it was several years after that that I was really empowered with revelation from God to basically finish kicking out all the stuff that I was overcoming. I call that bloodline iniquity. It was a lot of stuff that I had inherited because of the spiritual uh problems of my ancestors that came to me. Uh and so anyway, I uh that that opened me up to the realm of possibility. And when I started my podcast in 2012, I really wanted to make a podcast about the end times, the kingdom, um exposing the powers of darkness. And I I just had this thought. I was like, if there's any way to expose what the devil's doing, you have to talk to the people that were were closest to what the devil was doing. And I had that at that time had figured that would be your super soldiers. That would be your programmed multiples. That would be your people that had been part of deep occult societies that were defecting and could talk about what they had seen and heard. And so I started seeking out these individuals to interview on my podcast. And I did get some and and it was uh it was interesting because I that's what started me because I would pray with these people. I would talk with them before and after trying to record elements of their story because often it was fragmented. There was a lot of missing gaps. We try to fill those in. And that ultimately became the birth of my ministry to survivors of satanic ritual abuse and government sponsored mind control agenda. It was just like a podcast just a genuine heart of wanting to help people. But God got behind that and in a major major way. And so that actually became a core component of what Bride Ministries grew into over the years with a real shift in about 2015. And since then we have created a three-year training program. We train and license ministers to do inner healing at deliverance at the deepest levels. I I just call it at this point deprogramming because of how sophisticated the tools and approaches that we are using have become. Um God has also had us to uh build a local church and we have an international ministry. I've written a whole number of books. Two of them you showed your guest. So you know and we're we're here to help people, man. We we we are here because God's heart is full of love and compassion for the broken. And and the truth is survivors of satanic ritual abuse, government sponsored mind control projects, deep occult societies that are attempting to defect are an underserved population in the body of Christ. They just that >> what what they need and what is offered in the average church are not uh consistent. And so we we have been plugging the gap on that. That's been part of our job and role in the kingdom. And uh we're we're happy to do it. Yeah, that's that's amazing. And and I completely agree. And especially, don't you feel like the need for that is increasing even because now we have all of these people coming out of sex trafficking, out of these horrible situations and the church honestly doesn't know what to do with them. They don't know how to help them. >> Well, exactly. And and the thing about a person that's been through trauma is that they they don't have as much control over the outcomes of their lives as people want to believe they should. >> In other words, when you have a when you have a person and we could just pick on trafficking for a second, you know, they so they've been sex traffked. They they started being abused as a young child. It made them vulnerable to exploitation. Then they were exploited. they were handled. They went through certain things and now they're trying to get out and people say, "Well, why don't you just get out and get a better life for yourself?" Someone's trying to give you a hand up, take it, you know, get a job, get an education, and do better. But what cycles people back into bondage is not uh the lack of an opportunity to get out. It's often the brokenness and inner turmoil that is unresolved that keeps pulling them back. You know, anybody that's worked with anti-trafficking and and and even rescues knows that a lot of the girls that are going to get rescued are going to go back >> within a certain period of time. Um and and they may need multiple rescues or interventions before they are actually exiting for good. And a lot of that has to do with what I would call the programming which which are belief systems at the end of the day that sit in the heart. But there are different ways to get those belief systems into the heart. I say there's three main ways. >> Revelation, repetition, and trauma. And trauma puts belief systems in the heart that drive a person's life in a direction that that that that um is absolutely in congruent with what God wants for them. And so, so the devil uh definitely has has has held people in bondage to things because unfortunately I don't know that the body of Christ has been so good at breaking the programming that sits as a result of trauma and specific traumas that are applied by people that know what they're doing. Because the handlers that are working with a lot of people like even in sex trafficking like they've been trained they've been groomed to handle people with techniques that I believe came right out of the same world that produced MK Ultra at this point in history. These people that are coming out of uh human trafficking are often and a lot of the anti-trafficking does not want to talk about this but are often subjected to ritual abuse in the process of being molded and shaped to be trafficked. So when you go to get out, it's not just broken belief systems that are holding captive, but actual demonic strongholds and structures that are intentionally installed. And so, yeah, I mean, we are here because I mean, we see this world inside and out. I mean, this is my world all day long. I've sat down with people. I've done way over 10,000 hours of one-on-one ministry. We've seen the mechanics, the inner workings. Um, and and there is a way to get people set free and keep them free. And, you know, I'm hoping to make more of the body of Christ aware of what that is. >> Yeah. So talk to me a little bit about that because I think number one the church most most of society not even the churches most of the world doesn't realize or believe that some of this stuff even exists. They call it conspiracy theory and whatever and they don't they don't even understand the evil agenda that are behind some of the training of the programmers and it's and it's been generational and it's been this has been going on for a while. They've gotten very good at their evil deeds. And they, most of us don't even understand that. We live in a bubble and don't even understand that that kind of evil exists. And that's one thing I love about what God's doing right now is he's exposing and bringing awareness to, hey guys, there is a spiritual battle going on. There is good and evil and it's real and it's happening. So when you're trying to walk people through understanding some of this and recognizing it, you're you're working with the victim. How do you begin to dismantle these strongholds? How do you begin to do the spiritual warfare? How do you begin to, you know, help these people to begin to identify and recognize some of them don't even understand what's happened to them? How do you even begin that process? >> Great question. So I mean step one is building trust. I mean that's a big part. It's like it's very hard to minister to anybody that has not had the opportunity to settle like this person is trustworthy enough to take a journey with. Um there's a lot of bedside manner involved and that's you know but from a technical standpoint it's a design of man and it's approaching problem solving through a recognition of human design. Let me explain. So the the Bible says in 1 Thessalonians 5:23, "May the God of all peace sanctify you completely. I pray your whole spirit, soul, and body be preserved blameless until the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ." So what we learn is that we are a triune man, body, soul, and spirit. and and all parts of our design are relevant to the conversation when it comes about it comes to overcoming trauma because humans we are an integrated unit like we we and one of the ways that I explain this and and this language may sound a little foreign to to your listeners but just bear with me for a second. I say that man is three persons, one human. In like manner as God is three persons, one God. What do I mean by that? Um I mean that the body, the soul and the spirit are not just independent aspects of our design, but they also have independent self-awareness. In other words, there is an awareness or mind of the body an an an actual emotional and an intellectual aspect of the physical body that sits independent of the soul. And then the soul is the presenting mind, will and emotions that we engage the world with. But behind that as a superconscious mind sits the human spirit. And the human spirit also has its own mind, will and emotions. So, so let me give you an example. The Bible says the spirit of man is the lamp of the Lord searching all the inward parts of his being. How is that possible? Well, if the spirit was not independently intelligent of the soul, it could not search out the inward parts or the deep things of man. uh but it can because it does have its own mind, its own will and its own emotions. So as a human being, we are actually an interfacing collection uh of of of body, soul and spirit. And when we have trauma, it affects the body, the soul and the spirit in different ways. So when you understand the design of man, it actually becomes possible to pinpoint well this trauma affected the spirit because it has its mind, will and emotions in this way but it affected the soul in its mind, will and emotions in this way and it affected the body in its mind, will and emotions in this way. And one of the things that I think we have missed in in the body of Christ is we haven't had such a refined understanding of spiritual mechanics. So when we try to resolve trauma, we just go in with Jesus died to fix that. And that's true. Jesus did go in and die to fix that. And you know, you you you do see different modalities. One of the things that we are doing at Bri Ministries is we have like built a complete model of redemption to human design based on an understanding of, you know, the the body, the soul, and the spirit. And so >> I'm going to I'm going to give you a few examples uh if you if you don't mind like how can play out. >> So let's say a person for instance is about to be physically abused, right? So so they are five years old and their dad is an alcoholic that has a rage tendency when they drink. So now you have we'll just call him Billy. Billy little little Billy uh five years old. Dad comes home in a drunken rage, right? But but Billy didn't put all his toys away. So So now he's going to be the victim of physical abuse because the dad is in a rage. Now Billy can't process why he deserves physical abuse, but he's going to internalize that and say, "Well, I am at fault here. this is this is something that I did because that's normal tendency for children to internalize. And so so as the belt comes out and the abuse is about to take place, what happens is Billy realizes, okay, I don't understand, but I don't want to be here for this. >> So I am going to leave. I can't leave it physically because I'm not fast enough. I'm not strong enough. I'm not big enough. Billy leaves in his mind. He goes away. He goes down the hallway of the mind somewhere else. We call this dissociation. Now, when he leaves in the hallway of his mind, he goes away. But part of his consciousness is going to stay present. Now, we're talking the soul realm, soul, mind, will, emotion. So, so part of the conscious is going to stay present at the surface going be like, "Okay, I'm going to get the beating." and and that part is going to take identity from that treatment. So now as Billy dissociates and leaves part of his consciousness present for the abuse, we have the emergence of two different identities. We have Billy, who's the 5-year-old kid, and we have bad boy, the one who gets beat because he deserves it and he's bad. And that's how Billy reconciles in his mind how he's being treated by his alcoholic rage father. Now, when the beating ends, Bad Boy is going to be in congruent with Billy's worldview of who Billy is. So, Billy's going to come back to the surface. Bad boy is going to go down. He's going to go into a pit, prison. He's going to go into a cave somewhere inside of the subconscious where he's going to stay separated from Billy until needed because the next time Billy's dad comes in in a drunken rage and there's going to be another bout of physical abuse, bad boy will actually return to the surface to do the job of receiving the abuse. So, we balance life in this way. The interesting thing is that if you talk to Billy at 25 years old and you say, you know, were you ever physically abused by your dad? Billy may actually say, "No, I Billy was never physically abused by my dad. I don't know what you're talking about." Because all of the abuse memories sit with bad boy, the dissociated part of Billy's soul that's not present most of the time at the surface. But I'll tell you what, present a drunken man that looks like his dad and put a belt in his hand and there'll be a 5-year-old standing at the surface ready to get abused in terror and shock and Billy will be gone and they'll be like, "What is even happening to me? I've lost control of my life." This is what a lot of adults that have trauma backgrounds that they haven't recovered go through. They actually go through trigger events where parts of them that were dissociated because of some kind of cue in their environment is now closer to the surface and for that reason they feel the emotion, they feel the fear, they feel the whatever it is that that part has with them and it affects their reaction, their behavior etc. I mean for some people the triggers can be so severe they wake up in a fetal position in a closet. So >> that however is just the soul. Now, one of the things that happens with with the brain and the way that it records memory is that memory, narrative memory only gets written to the normal memory centers of the brain when there is a certain range of emotional response to an environment. So you typically have the amygdala involved, you have the hippocampus involved. >> Um, it's writing to the the cortex and and and and basically the amygdala is telling the hippo campus how interested the brain is in that information. It's going to say, well, I'm either not interested at all or I'm pretty aroused by this information. it's it's it's interesting or I'm extremely profoundly moved by what is going on. And that is going to tell the hippo campus how accurately to record that narrative memory. >> And so if it's not very important according to the amydala like what you're eating for lunch today, the the the recording in the narrative memory is like well we ate lunch like I don't know ate this day four weeks ago. But we go down. People typically remember things like their wedding, the funeral of their dad after he passed away, whatever, like the events that were emotionally like, you know, stacked. But then there's this other category called traumatic memory. Traumatic memory causes the amydala to essentially pass out. So there's no like actual recording through the hippocampus to narrative memory storage in the brain. It actually bypasses that path completely. And it goes into the cells of the body like trauma memories actually >> wow >> coded to the cells of the body and then if you understand dissociation the memory will actually be stored in the soul fragment that is dissociating during that trauma. >> I love how you're explaining this because and I'm gonna let you continue. I love how you're explaining this because you're actually giving logical, scientific, however, some of the things that you're saying are or trigger or reminding me of some things like I mean I think of like when you're talking about um reprogramming your mind or renewing your thoughts and you see people like Tony Robbins that are they get you into a hype up state so that you can then take action so you can change your thoughts. It's that kind of thing. So you're saying that that part of your brain actually passes out and it sends all of that to the cells in your body. Like that actually makes so much sense to me right now. So wow. Thank you for explaining that. Okay, continue. Sorry. That's I'm just thinking the opposite of the Tony Robbins thing and like if that part passes out like what happens to that? And that makes total sense to me now of how because I do know like trauma is stored in our cells in our bo in our physical body and as well as in the soul. So that's thank you for explaining that. Okay, continue. Sorry. >> So it it's going into the cells of the body and it's going into the dissociating soul parts. So what happens is that trauma memory is not part of the narrative memory of the presenting soul. Most of the time it's blocked. >> And sometimes people will know what they're blocking and sometimes they won't. Sometimes you have people that go through this because they're on a battlefield and say, "Well, what were you doing?" "Well, I was an army ranger." Okay. And what did you see? I don't talk about that. They know what they're dissociating. But if you really press in, they're going to probably shift a little bit. Some parts are going to come up and down, and you're going to realize, "Yeah, I saw a guy get his head blown off. In fact, I stabbed someone through the eye." And I know what that felt like. I remember what it felt like to pick up the dead body of the person that I killed. All this stuff that people do when they are in that type of environment, employment, but is traumainducing. So people walk away from war zones with things like PTSD, which actually sits on this a dissociative continuum. And sometimes it's suppressed most of the time, but that undelt with trauma will show up in the middle of the night like causing them to cry out in terror because it's it's unprocessed and it's sitting in different places, just not at the front. It's not part of the narrative memory sometimes. And so what what you see is you you see that the body is actually storing some of this memory. And and this is what people need to understand. The body is not just a a meat suit. Like it actually does have its own intelligence structure independent of the the way the brain interacts with the soul. And I I I argue that strongly because science is calling the gut the second brain because of something called the entic nervous system. Like this th this thing is so hot. It and and and it is like like there is a the the body is its own trutht teller. Like you can actually like check with your body whether or not only you are telling the truth but the person sitting across from you talking to you is telling the truth. You ever like be talking to someone and then you get a check in your gut like oh no they are off that per like the body actually does talk to us at times that the body is capable of things like muscle memory. So when you perform certain uh things in sports, if you are performing certain movements over and over and over again, the body can do those movements without you telling it to. It's like it's like the body becomes its own participant in whatever the execution of something is. And so the body well trained can can pull off lots of things through just muscle memory. But there's a lot to memory in the body and trauma memory will get stored in the body. So this is one of the reasons why people that have a childhood full of sexual abuse that they cannot remember is completely dissociated may go through a few years of abstinence. You know, maybe they get away from their abuse environment. They think everything's okay. They get married and the first time they go to have intercourse with their spouse. Now it's extreme pain and discomfort and they don't know why that's being stolen from their marriage. Well, it's being stolen because there's so much trauma memory sitting in that area, but it's attached to >> things that it's not part of the narrative memory. So, so the body has an intelligence. It has a consciousness. It really does. And and and that can be engaged. Now, now that trauma that my example, Billy went through would have put physical trauma in his body because of those beatings, right? And so when when when you if I was to say sit in a ministry session with with Billy uh that that's now Bill because he's 40 years old and I meet Bad Boy. When bad boy comes up, he may actually feel his back sore from the beatings that the back took, but those cellular memories are triggered back to the surface with the presenting part forward. It's wild, >> but that doesn't touch the spirit. The spirit is a whole other conversation that sits independent of the body and the soul. and spirit. You know, I I met my human spirit back in 2015. It it worked kind of like this. You know, I I I I was working with survivors of all kinds of trauma backgrounds. And you know, when when I was working with people, obviously, my example is very simple. I was working with people that had been through MK Ultra, which by the way um was done in partnership with the CIA, and they contracted satanic cults to help them in the demonology of the programming aspects that they were putting people through. Like they this thing was a collaboration between dark elements of the government and dark elements of the kingdom of darkness from its inception. you know, they borrowed on stuff that Nazi Germany was doing in their um concentration camps and and technology and and approaches developed under Mangala for mind control and shattering the human psyche. Like they they they blended a lot of worlds there. So, I'm working with people that have been through these projects and I'm meeting all these alternate personalities because >> they were they were shattered that thoroughly. And and then I began to meet like human spirits as well. they would come forward and I'm the spirit and I I didn't understand that at first then I did my own experiment and I said well if they have a spirit I should Daniel's spirit I bless you in the name of Jesus and I honor you in the name of Jesus and I invite you to be present at the surface now as my soul I'm saying these words back in 2015 I'm sitting in my office and a giant spiritual presence begins I I am very aware it is standing on top of me I mean it's like large it's and is through the roof, but it's big and it's like I can feel it. It's intense. And I'm like, "Oh my gosh, what's going on?" And at that point, I begin to hear it start talking to me because I had invited the spirit forward. But instead of talking like down, it was talking from my heart. Like I could hear it in my heart and the voice was coming this way >> even though the head was up here. And I was like, "What is this?" And so it was making a series of statements and they were identity statements. Now these identity statements were pretty much everything that Jesus had been telling me in my prayer time about who I was in his kingdom and what he had called me to do and grow into. And there were a lot of things I was in my religious programming and indoctrination really wrestling through because I was like, I don't know if I told my pastor this, they tell me to like, you know, deal with my pride and this like it was all kinds of triggers that were going off in the season when God was telling me a lot about where I would be going. >> And I I was basically journaling and shelving it. I because I wasn't believing it. Well, when the spirit came forward, the spirit owned the identity my soul was struggling with. And that's when I realized that my soul and my spirit were on two totally different pages with God and his agenda. >> Okay. I have a question because I'm I'm I want to understand this. So, you said your spirit was struggling with the identity that you were called to, right? >> Soul >> of your soul. Okay. And so when you say >> the identity >> your soul was just struggling with that. When you say you met your human spirit is this your >> this is your spirit that is like your spirit man that is inside of God right like connected to him. I'm just want to make sure we've got terminology for everybody watching because I know people just had question marks go off. >> The Bible says >> I'm just trying to translate a little bit. The Bible says there is a spirit in man. >> Yes. >> And the inspiration of the most high gives him understanding. >> Yes, >> there is a spirit in man. We are spirit soul and body. So there are angel spirits, there are demon spirits, there is holy spirit. And there is your human spirit. >> Just making sure we're on the right track. Okay, continue. So it's talking to you and it starts to tell you your spirit starts to tell you the things that Jesus had been telling you in your prayer time. So continue. >> That's right. And so that was my introduction. I had never considered that a person before this in experience. Like I had never considered that part of my journey in Christ could be a growing conversation between my soul and my spirit. Like I didn't know that that was a thing. >> No. Yeah. Yeah, >> that was a totally foreign concept because I was until that point just like I'm Daniel. That's it. Daniel right here. Body, soul, spirit, whatever. I'm Daniel. I never considered that my soul and my spirit could have a different mind and a different perspective because now that changed the game completely. >> Absolutely. Because what I began to grow into is this understanding that my spirit is doing a lot of things on the other side of the veil that are attributed to my life. >> You know, in in other words, you know, the Bible says this funny thing about Jesus is that if they if if they said read all the things that Jesus did, the the world couldn't contain the books. But Jesus was only alive for 33 years >> and then he went to heaven. So, so there are only so many minutes in an hour. There's so many hours in a day. There are so many days in a week. There's so many weeks in a year. In 33 years, what Jesus did in the physical body is not the conclusion of what he accomplished. >> Come on. Right there. I know where you're going. Come on. >> What What fills in the rest of the books that the world couldn't contain? I'll tell you the the spirit of God that was Jesus and everything that he did from infinity past to infinity future through the cross and everything led up to it is what couldn't be contained by the world. So that then I realized even even Jesus is a model. Jesus was fully God, fully man. He was physical. He had a soul >> and he had a spirit. In fact, even when you read the book of Isaiah, it says, "You have made my soul an offering for sin." So, we know that even the soul of Jesus was involved at the cross. Like it it's it it's it's profound when you get a full revelation of the design of man, how many things come to a new level of understanding, but so does our understanding of how trauma is processed, right? because which I'm actually coming back around to because I'm talking about Billy and I'm talking about Billy's uh soul being affected by his abuse situation. I'm talking about his body being affected by the abuse situation, but the spirit will be affected as well. >> The spirit will be affected as well. The Bible says the sacrifices of God are a broken spirit and a broken and contrite heart. These the Lord will not despise. The truth is the spirit can break. >> You can break a person's spirit. And and and and let me tell you something. Have you ever heard the term they broke their spirit? >> The spirit is like that is actually a a a piece of language that we use almost like an English idiom >> like that person has a very broken spirit, >> right? But it's not just an idiom because the spirit according to the Bible Psalm 51:17 can actually break and it can be slimed and and and and so what happens is I you know as I got into this relationship with my own spirit I also got into a whole realm of ministry that was ministry to the human spirit and when we got into ministry to the human spirit and I started ministering to other people's human spirits I would find that the spirits had arrows in them, gags, stolen eyes so they couldn't see, ears, they were plugged up. Um, spirits, human spirits that were literally in prison cells. I mean, I'm talking this opened the book on. So, so, and you know, you know how you know something's going wrong? Have you ever met a person that went into a fiery worship environment in a church >> and everyone's like, "Wow, encountering the presence of God." And they're just standing there like this. >> I don't get it. >> Yeah. >> Completely shut down. >> Yeah. >> From what's happening because they're totally unplugged, disconnected. >> Almost without fail, when you get into the mechanics of what's going on in that person's world, >> their spirit is not present. They are broken and in many cases in a region of captivity [Music] >> and not even present for the the encounter of the spiritual environment and it's the soul sitting on the other side of the veil observing >> what looks to them like people being weird. >> Wow. So, okay. Wow. I've got some questions. Um, where do I start? Let me ask you this. So even in thinking of the way that I've thought about the spirit um leading up to this morning to this conversation, the way I've thought about the spirit is that that is the true essence of who we are. That is our that is our actual identity is that that spirit being that that comes from the heart of the father. That's what Jesus redeemed in death, burial, resurrection, ascension, enthronement. Like that part of us is the part of us because I believe when people and and I don't know what you believe about this. We may agree, disagree theologically, but I believe Jesus took all of humanity with him when he redeemed. He redeemed all of us. And that when we get saved, we're actually coming to the knowledge of where we currently are. It's not that we're coming to Jesus, but we're realizing that we're already in him and that we're already loved. We're already accepted. And we're coming to that realization. And then our our righteousness process, if you will, our maturity process is understanding how righteous we are. Understanding our true identity. And part of that is having to allow healing in the body, allow healing in the soul, all of that. I've not thought about the spirit needing healing. So, am I seeing this correctly? And and like what does that mean? I mean, how does how does the spirit itself get injured? How does it get arrows? How does how does that happen? Explain that in easy to understand terms. >> I'll give you an example. Okay. Um, now this is actual case study stuff, things that I have walked people through in the the course of, you know, work putting things back together. >> Mhm. >> So there was uh, for instance, a person that was regularly abused in a basement of a house they lived in. >> Okay. And um, various types of abuse >> would occur in that basement. Um, and the spirit was broken there. When they moved away from that location physically, the spirit did not continue with them. Their human spirits stayed stuck in that basement relative to the physical earth. >> Okay? >> The human spirit and they moved on. I met them 20 years later. >> And I I try to minister to them. So I I said, "Well, you know, so and so's human spirit. Are you able to be present? No. Are you able to hear me? Yes. So, human spirit, where are you? Suddenly, memories come forward of the basement and the abuse and the this and the that. >> I said, "Are you in the basement still?" Yes. [Music] >> Yes. So, I mean, long story short, we have methods of going about this process that I'm not going to break down for this story, >> right? >> But Jesus goes into the basement, >> gets the human spirit out of that >> region with what what has become to that spirit a region of captivity, >> brings it back to the body that is sitting in front of me in present time, and the person feels a completion of themsel coming in. >> Okay, I guess. >> Yeah. So here's my question. And maybe this is a terminology thing. Maybe it's a terminology thing because what you just described to me is what I would have said was a part of their soul and Jesus was rescuing that and integrating that back in. But you're saying you see that differently. Is that or or or we just have the same thing but different terminology? I'm just trying to get clarification. These are I know I mean you're asking probably the same exact questions your entire audience is asking and I'm glad you are. So my answer is it's both because I would find the same thing that would occur with a soul or soul fragments as the spirit and spirit fragments. It's like a it's a very complete model because it can be either or and both and um that's what I'm saying. So, so, so, uh, 2 Corinthians 7 and verse one says, uh, therefore, having these precious promises, beloved, let us cleanse ourselves of all filthiness, of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of the Lord. That's what it says. Let us cleanse ourselves of all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of the Lord. This was one of my biggest arguments uh against this whole idea when before I came around to understanding what I was ministering into is that I said, "Well, I don't agree. I actually think that this isn't uh right. I don't think this is the right understanding of 2 Corinthians 7:1. I don't think the word spirit should be in there. I think that uh the spirit doesn't need cleansing. I think the spirit is perfected at salvation. And it's just the flesh, but that's not what it says. It says the flesh and spirit. And what I realized in the context of ministry is that the flesh and spirit both will carry defilement. And that defilement can come by way of trauma and other things. And that trauma on the spirit and this becomes even a more expansive conversation we probably won't have today >> can come from experiences that predate conception because the soul starts here but the spirit comes from God and we are created in Christ Jesus. But that creation is like a little lengthier. And so there's all kinds of stuff that could be going on with the human spirit. And we've been ministering into this world for for years. And the and the level of breakthrough is off the charts, you know? So it's uncomfortable, I think, for some people at first to consider that the spirit is also vulnerable. Now, this is where I would ground it out, right? I would say that God sends his holy spirit into our hearts. >> And he sheds the love abroad of God abroad in our hearts. >> The Bible says he who is a Jew is not one that is outward of the circumcision of the flesh, but he who was a Jew is one that is inward of the circumcision of the heart and the spirit. >> So I would say that you know there is a interaction with the spirit and the heart. >> There's an interaction with the soul and the heart. There's an interaction with the body and the heart. The heart is the seat of human intuition and the heart is a place where Holy Spirit abides simultaneously while abiding in the spirit. And so the way that I look at it is it's like there's a pocket where holy spirit occupies >> in that area of our design that is untouchable, holy and perfect. But the rest of the human spirit around that place of occupants by Holy Spirit can be injured, traumatized, >> have a spear through it, have its eyes stolen, be robbed, have its garments stripped. Um, all of these things that we have seen in the spirit in addition to what's done to the soul. So, it hits it actually sits on both levels. >> Wow. I've never even considered that language with that and it's very intriguing and it's I I'm definitely not gonna digest it all right this second but I will keep going with that because it's that is extremely important when we because I do believe that we are like you said fully three-part beings just just as God is is you know three-part and one and and in that understanding that there is a a healing or recovery aspect aspect to the spirit part that is very intriguing to me and I'm going to continue to go down that road. I have another question as well and I I you said something a while ago when you were talking about Jesus and all the things that he did and him, you know, being on this side of the veil, that side of the veil. Um, talk to me a little bit about we know we're seated in Christ in heavenly places that we're we're dual citizens, dual occupants ourselves. So, talk to me. It almost sounded like you were alluding to or anywhere. This is where my mind went. Were you alluding to the fact that we can do things, accomplish things, and will things in the other realm um outside of our physical being? So, like where we're seated with Christ, we're allowed to govern, we're allowed to proclaim, we're allowed to move things from that place. Um am I am I hearing that correctly? And can you talk to me? >> 100%. >> Okay. And can I tell you this? After I met my human spirit, my encounter realm in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus went off the charts. >> Wow. Okay. >> Like to me at this point, all I do is lean into the spirit and I'm there. >> And I can do that with full intent. >> Yeah. >> The gardens of the Lord. >> Yeah. >> The courts of the Lord, >> Zion, >> um the mountain of God, the the the the uh um cloud of witnesses. I mean, uh One of the things the Bible says in the book of Hebrews chapter 12 is now you have come you have come past tense >> to the city of the living God to the heavenly Jerusalem to Mount Zion to an innumerable company of angels church of the firstborn the spirits of just men made perfect to the blood of sprinkling which speaks of better things than that of Abel you know that that is a present tense reality for the believer that most believers are just not >> conscious of they they they are very disconnected from that reality. The Bible says in another place in Philippians, we are seated in uh we are citizens in heaven from which from which we await the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. You know when Jesus talked about um you know mansions in the father's house, he says you know I I go and prepare a place for you that where I am there you may be also like th those mansions in the father's house are available right now. I will often like in meetings when I start talking about this kind of stuff I will walk right into a um encounter realm. will just open it up and pull people into their heavenly mansions for encounter there in that reality. >> But we pull people into encounter realities um that that go far beyond I think what most people have even understood is available to them in Christ because we've been hanging out in that realm for so long. And what unlocked that was the human spirit. Now I'm going to give your audience some other food to chew on that's really going to make you guys think. Um number one, Jesus was body, soul, and spirit. One of the interesting things that happens when a person's spirit becomes online is that sometimes when a person steps into the human spirit to pray, the human spirit will pray for the soul as if it were a third person. >> So if I'm in my spirit and I'm praying interceding for my soul, I may say, "Father God, give him the grace he needs." But I'm talking about my soul. >> Yeah. But it's a spirit that's praying. >> Wow. >> Well, you actually see Jesus model this. I'm not kidding. John 17, >> Jesus speaks these words, lifts his eyes to heaven, and says, "Father, the hour has come. Glorify your son." He doesn't say me. He says, "Glorify your son that your son may also glorify you as you have given him authority over all flesh that he should give eternal life to as many as you have given him." >> Like, why would Jesus just jump into third person language and then he jumps back? >> Yeah. >> Into first person, >> right? Well, if you've ever prayed from your human spirit, you will experience that same reality at times. >> Another example, and this is just from the written word of God, um far out of encounter realm, John in the book of Revelation says, "I was in the h a a spirit >> on the Lord's day." >> And most people just interpret that to mean, well, he was in the Holy Spirit. Which seems to be a reasonable understand. was just, you know, connected to Holy Spirit. He was aware of Holy Spirit and these spectacular encounters opened up. Fantastic. Here's the truth. Um, Holy Spirit lives in the heart and the spirit of man. And John, in my opinion, was leaning into the awareness and mind and perspective of his human spirit where Holy Spirit lives. Because when he leaned into that side, because that part of us lives on the other side of the veil. So the moment that he broke rank with the 3D version of reality which is the soul process and lean into the spirit which has holy spirit in him now he's re aware of what's really going on because Jesus is standing right behind him and he has an encounter with the resurrected Christ and that's why a door opens to heaven and then he goes into the heavenly realms and so this whole book of revelation plays out because John leans into the reality his human spirit is in touch with. So for me I follow the same protocols like I lean into the spirit and believe me when I started doing this my journal my prayer journal started looking like the book of revelation I mean there are many things I cannot talk about Latoya like I can't go on this podcast I can't go here I can't I can't talk about it except for very specific circumstances because the knowledge is so far beyond like what's it you know but it's it's it's because we've learned to lean into the spirit. Interesting thing, everyone that I have trained and has raised up and and is doing this like they they are doing the same thing. They're their their prayer journals look like John in the book of Revelation. They're having encounters with the throne of God, living stones. They're having encounters in the courts of heaven. They're having encounters in uh uh uh the gardens of the Lord. They're they're all over time and space in encounter with Jesus. Angels are normal part of their like lived experience. They they are discerning the movements of the spirit like we are seeing in our community. I mean a real I would say h a widening maturity >> around the spiritual side of what God has called us to walk in. >> That's good. That's good. Well, and let me ask you this because here's here's the next thing that that is the, you know, for the typical person watching that may be new to this language, maybe new to this experience or this world. Um, you know, we have a lot of people that are watching and they're they're just learning that we weren't just saved from something. We were saved for something. We were saved, you know, to to bring kingdom into the earth, you know. So when you're talking about entering into that realm, I automatically start thinking of, you know, the prayer that we often pray here in our ministry is, Lord, give us strategies from the throne room of heaven. Give us strategies on how you want us to pray for our family, for our community, for our nation. You know, give us those those insights. Reveal the mysteries of your word. Like I'm thinking like, you know, those are the moments when you begin to get intel on how to affect things in the earth. Talk to me a little bit about that. Yeah. Well, that's exactly what we do. >> Love how just throw a statement on you. >> I mean, it's just like let's explain the whole thing. Yeah. Yes. Um and and and you know, I think that um one of the things that we we we talk about is like I believe that kingdom living is living on both sides of the veil simultaneously. >> It it's it's living on both sides of the veil simultaneously. What that means is you are just as aware of what's happening in the spirit world as you are of what's happening in the natural world. And you're building in both places >> at the same time. Um you know like and a lot of ministers will demonstrate this because like when when they're when they're in the anointing like they're discerning what's going on in the spirit world and sometimes they'll just call things out. people will see this and then it will happen according to what they said. But maybe there's no laying on of hands. Maybe there's no like actually it's just it happened in the spirit world. People walk out with that impartation, that activation, that breakthrough. And it's like well that that was a discernment on what happened in the spirit world. Um yeah, this is this is what we're talking about. You know, I believe that um kingdom living is living on both sides of the veil simultaneously. But there is a very I I would I would say practical and understandable way that we can map this reality rather than just saying I was under the anointing and this happened. It's like what we're beginning to understand is no, there there's like literally mechanically speaking, we can look at we can look at how this makes sense, define our terms and then create approaches that produce anticipatable results that are repeatable every time. You know, where we're training people that like every time we're going to do this and this and this, the result will be, you know, this kind of encounter. This is what's going to open up. there is going to be a deposit of revelation whereas sometimes it's more of a hit and miss um because we don't understand the mechanics and so but but the outcome is the same you know I believe that we take our orders from the throne of god that I believe that the king like like Christianity is a government >> you know I this whole idea that church is a social club where we get together and just be nice like that's not actually what God's doing he's built a government his government has order it has offices it has assignments given and those assignments are delivered on paperwork which is where we begin to open up a conversation on scrolls. I I often ask people they're like people like what what should I be doing? I was like well have you reviewed your heavenly scroll? They're like I don't know what that is. And it's like well it's what God wrote about you. Uh all of the days of our lives were written in his book when as yet there were none of them. That thing then gets opened up to us in chapters. And when we sync with what the chapter is that we're supposed to be on and marry our lives to that assignment, we begin to live out of purpose. But that purpose is derived from actual spiritual documents that you can >> lean into by spiritual encounters, which is what you guys are training people to do. So I mean, bringing our lives into an alignment also opens up a channel of grace. Grace means the Lord's ability overtaking us in our efforts. So like when when we're in alignment with heaven, we also are in alignment with grace. And what was impossible under other circumstances is easy. Um >> no, that's so good. That's so good. You know, and I I even I mean just to just to keep it simple, guys. I mean, I even heard a pastor say, you know, um ask the Lord what he calls you. Ask the Lord what he says about you. And you know, I even walked through this exercise with that. And um you know, one of the things the Lord um called me was a liberator. And I was like, a liberator. Like what is that Lord? And I mean, because you have your own ideas of what that is. But he even woke me up in the middle of the night with that word again, liberator. And I began to to pray with him and to think, what does that mean? And it means so many like there's several different things that he showed me that that means. But it's it that's part of it, I think, as part of we talk a lot here about hope, identity, and freedom. and understanding your identity in Christ and how that brings freedom. Like you said, when you begin to to line up with your scroll, when you begin to line up with what heaven has decreed over your life, there is a grace that comes. There is a an ease that comes with it. You know, like I was telling you before we hit record, I didn't know I was going to be doing a podcast and interviewing amazing people. And it's like when I just said yes to that, there's such an ease that has come with it. And God has opened so many doors with it. It wasn't anything that I came up with that I designed, you know, it was no, this is a path. And so when we step into those things, guys, you begin to walk in such a grace and an anointing that the the road does become incredibly straight and incredibly clear for what you're doing in your life. And so, how would you um just to give people some practical tips there? How would you direct the person watching to begin to explore that to enter into that realm? You know, especially if somebody's never done that, if they've never asked the Lord, if they've never encountered their human spirit part, like what how would you give someone the the baby steps to even begin to to step into that to begin to step into the both realms that we're in here? >> Well, this is the thing. I I mean, there's nothing like weird about it. Like the the the reality is meeting your own human spirit can be as simple as you know I would say Daniel's human spirit. Daniel's human spirit. I'm not saying Baffiment. I'm not saying Lucifer. I'm not saying like I'm not trying to encounter some kind of weird entity. You know, this is just Daniel's human spirit. I bless you in the name of Jesus and I honor you in the name of Jesus and I am inviting you to be present at the surface and then wait and see if anything engages. Some people will not have anything engaged and others will just on that simple basis. In that first book that you had of mine, prayers that shake heaven and earth, I actually have a prayer in there called blessing the human spirit. It's like a human spirit blessing prayer. So once the spirit is forward, if you speak a prayer like that over the spirit, you're going to feel the impact of that because those are very specific promises and de declarations over identity of the spirit that have profound effects. Like it's a super effective prayer that was mapped and then documented. So So but we have like a ton of resources at bride ministries like we have we have prayers dealing with priademic uh repentance. I mean we have prayers like for the spirit but that all of these apply to human spirit ministry at a higher level. Um but just getting started also with the body people don't realize how much damage they've done to the body because of the things that have been spoken over the body the uh self-contempt and selfhatred they've projected over their own body different things like that. One of the best exercises people can do is say, "Daniel's a body. I repent to you." And start to repent to the body for the evil thoughts, the evil words, and the unkind things that we've done to our bodies over the course of our lives. Daniel's body, I want to repent for flooding you with drugs from the ages of 17 to 19. I know that was traumatic for you. That opened up gates that should never have been opened. And I am sorry. As people begin to repent to the body as if it were a person for the things they've done to it, they will see humongous shock waves of relief and breakthrough and and this is very very simple application of some of the things I talked about. >> That's so good. That's so good. I love that. And guys, I want you to I want you to do that. I want you to ask the Lord because here's the deal. Some of this stuff may sound wild and crazy, and that's okay. It sounded weird to me at first, too. Uh, but what happens is ask Holy Spirit because Holy Spirit is your teacher and and he teaches all things. It says we don't need a man to teach us. Holy Spirit teaches us. Ask Holy Spirit. And the Bible talks about your spirit bearing witness with Holy Spirit when things are true. And some of the things Daniel has been saying today have been hitting your spirit. And your spirit is resonating. There's some of you are feeling a peace and a calm. Some of you are feeling nervous um because you're like, "This is something that sounds right to me, but I'm a little scared." And that's okay. I want you to lean in a little bit. God is not afraid of your questions. He's not afraid of you asking Holy Spirit some of these things because he is 100% faithful to bring you the answers. He will reveal answer and truth to you. I guarantee it if you just ask him. He absolutely will 100% of the time. So Daniel, as we're, you know, rounding up our conversation here, we have a few minutes left. What do you feel like is happening in the body right now? I know you've been doing a lot of interviews lately. I've been messaging you like, "Hey, I saw you on this one, you know, this podcast and that." And um you're getting a lot of of exposure right now and your ministry and what you're doing. And what are you seeing as you're talking to the masses, as you guys are growing there in Texas, as you're doing all of those things? What are you seeing as the the the direction and the movement of the body right now? >> Um I think we're on the precipice of revolution. >> A revolution is not revival. >> And what I mean by that is, you know, over the history of the church, there have been a a number of revivals where what that means is the children of God turn back to their first love. and they come back into the knowledge of God that they have, but they are taking it seriously. >> And as a result of that, people start to get saved. As a result of that, worship begins to shake the spirit world. As a result of that, evil grids begin to collapse under the move of God's children that are coming back into heavenly alignment. And there is a move of God. >> Revival is a beautiful thing. But the thing about revival is often times revival happens into the wine skin that the church is aware of. >> Or we may take one or two baby steps forward and add a couple things. Right now I see the that we're in a process of is revolution >> where God is preparing the body that is going into the final hour >> and it's going to look drastically different than what has been modeled. >> There is a extraordinary leap forward. It's it's not just one or two baby steps. It's like this is going to be almost difficult to uh map to what what what has been. And it's not that we're taking away any of the foundations. >> Salvation is in Christ alone. He is our rock and our cornerstone. God, father, son, and holy spirit. his kingdom, his a like we're not taking away any of the doctrines that solidify us in our faith. But what God is stepping his body into in encounter with his kingdom and collaboration with his kingdom is on a whole other order of power. And um it it it's it's going to mean that the the upgrade in revelation that's pouring out in this time is is is going to be uh exacerbated >> and artificial intelligence is going to be the I think most aggressive um gear shifting on the development of humanity on this planet that we've seen. And uh it it's going to change the way we we we consider everything. You know, artificial intelligence can prophesy um when it's connected to certain types of quantum computers. I mean, it can calculate out of other dimensions and realms entirely. Like what we're seeing through the technology is off the charts. And what we have a body of believers that is being prepared to step into the world that is being birthed in this hour with the agenda of heaven. And That is that is what I think God is doing now is like we're we're we're in that transition. >> Yeah. And I think it couldn't have like what's happening in the body right now could not have happened before now because what's happening in the world couldn't happen before now. Does that make sense what I'm saying? Like it's like there's so much advancement. I'm I'm with you on the AI thing. I would love to have a deeper discussion with you on all of that because I'm very fascinated with that. And um but you see again we're getting expos exposure of evil agendas. We're getting AI. Humanity is just progressing at such a rapid pace. It's the Lord I believe held some of this revelation and some of the tools and some of the new wines skin that he's developing in for the church and the body. I believe he held it for right now because we couldn't have handled it before and it it just wasn't time yet. I I I I agree. I I mean I honestly um I think we're also in the process of a great awakening and that's um in a large part being underwritten by the testimonies of those that have survived some of the government projects secret space program that have come out of some of these Illuminati bloodlines and are breaking rank with the family and are beginning to share what they are eyewitnesses of what they have actually seen and actually heard. And this is opening up a world that us, you know, Americans like really really trip over. But nonetheless, it's like, you know, out of the mouth of two or three witnesses that all things be established. The history we were told was our history was a lie. The world that we were told we live in was a lie. The way the spirit world works that we were told was a lie. Everything was covered up because it was in the best interests of the devil and his agents to keep the body of Christ blind, mute, deaf, and dumb. And now that's all being reoriented. And uh you know so I I also applaud all of the survivors that are boldly beginning to declare what they have been eyewitnesses of what they have seen what they have heard because they've seen the Nephilim. They've seen the offplanet craft. They've seen the underground bases. They've been to the underwater cities. They've been to stuff these terms. The body of Christ is still kind of, you know, getting stomach cramps over. But I'm telling you, when we catch up to what God wants to use us for, we're going to be so grateful for the brave men and women that stood up and said, "I'm going to share my my testimony, and I will tell of what I've seen and heard." >> Amen. And you know, I'm I'm a firm believer that God made us to run like Ferraris. And we've been running around like pintos for so long. And he's starting to do that upgrade where we're going to start to actually step into some of the things in the spirit realm and the natural realm and, you know, in in government and everything of what we're supposed to be doing and running like Ferraris because there were things they were doing in the Bible that I haven't seen many people do lately, you know. And so it's like there's there's something there that God designed us to operate in. so that we could bring his kingdom in this earth. And it's time for the body of Christ to step into it. It's actually an explanation of why it it explains why we do warfare. What spiritual warfare means because I, you know, I believe that basically spiritual warfare is contending for the will of God to be done. Um the will of God is not automatically done. It's not the will of God that people's children go on drugs. It's not the will of God the children are trafficked and traded on the market for dollars. It's not the will of God that our water is poisoned. It's not the but we are the salt and light in the world. We are the hands and feet of Jesus. And so what spiritual warfare is is essentially contending for the will of God. And so this book basically walks through why and how. And it gives principles. It also gives concepts. It spells things out very clearly so that even the beginner at spiritual warfare is going to walk away from this book feeling fully equipped in Christ to do what they've been called to do. >> Amen. We thank you for this opportunity to lift up the name of Jesus and make his name famous. We bless the listeners human bodies and I thank you Lord God for the divine purpose that was instituted over them. Father God, I call human bodies the temple of God. I declare that their identity includes relevance and importance. In the name of Jesus, I bless the souls and minds of those that have heard this. And I thank you that your ministry to brokenness is felt. In fact, we release the river of living water flowing from the throne of God to flow through places of injury and brokenness and trauma today, bringing healing and restoration in the name of Jesus. We bless human spirits.
