Everybody's telling you that you should
be making money with AI, but nobody
tells you exactly how to do it. And
there's so many different routes that
you can take that I can imagine how
overwhelming it can be and then you just
end up doing nothing. My whole purpose
in life for the last 5 years has been
finding ways to profit with AI and then
share it with my audience. So today, I'm
going to take you through three easy
ways that anybody can make money with AI
as a complete beginner. All right, so
let's not waste any time. Here's three
easy ways to make at least $2,000 with
AI in 2026. Now, I've got three here.
They're not in any particular order, but
I think number three is extremely
exciting. So, let's jump into number one
right now. Using AI to improve real
estate listing photos. Now, I'm not just
going to tell you what this is, but I'm
actually going to show you how it's done
with a tutorial and then also how you
can make money with it, what the actual
business model is like as well. Now,
instead of me making a full tutorial for
you, I already have it set up. So, if
you go into my YouTube, I'm going to put
the link into the description here. What
we've got for you is this video right
here. So, realtors are losing sell AI
photos to realtors with Gemini 3. So,
basically the premise of this video, the
reason why we're doing it is that this
is what a listing is. So, when you're
selling your home or you're trying to,
you know, make a sale or get a a rental
from it, you basically have to put
photos up there for to attract people to
come visit it, to see it, to be
interested in it. So, this is like a
very nicely staged real estate listing
photo, right? So, it's beautiful. They
got a professional photographer. It
looks really nice. someone is going to
want to purchase this because of how
good the photos look, but most of them
don't look like that. So, what I have
here is this is what an average realtor
is going to be putting up. Like a dark,
dingy bedroom, poor furniture, not very
exciting, not very inviting, doesn't
make people want to purchase it, right?
But they can't afford fancy
photographers or they just don't know
what they should be doing. So, what you
can do is you can find shitty listings
like this and basically offer them to
reinvent those pictures. I'll show you
exactly how that's done. So, inside of
this tutorial, which you find inside of
the description, if you do want to
pursue this model, so I'm going to show
you all three models and then which
tutorials to access. So, after you hear
me talk about and explain to you how
they work, you can decide which one you
want to watch and try it out for
yourself. So, what I was saying here is,
so I took this example of this photo,
right? And I showed you guys basically
how we can transform that image, that
regularlook photo into a high quality
staged image. So you can see here that
it keeps the room exactly the same,
which is one of the most important
pieces. We don't want to misrepresent
anything. All we're doing is replacing
the furniture and making the lighting
look better. So it's not disingenuous.
It's not like we're lying on the
listing. It's simply that this furniture
is outdated, doesn't look that good.
let's swap it with higher quality luxury
pieces that make the buyer actually want
to come and visit the property. So, we
do that for these photos. I think I do a
couple more examples here, but then now
the idea is how do we actually sell this
to realtors? So, this is the business
model. So, basically what I did is the
listing photo that I showed you, there's
always a broker who put that listing up,
a real estate agent who's trying to sell
that house. And they're pretty
accessible. So his name's here, his
phone number, all of that is there. So
what you're going to do is you're going
to basically find his contact
information. You can go on Google. So
what we did is we got his contact
information. We can see that there's an
email portion right there. So here's the
premise. You basically send him a
message and say, "Hey, I saw you have a
listing on, you know, XYZ Street. I
looked at the listing, but you know,
it's it looks like a great property, but
I don't feel like the photos are doing
it justice. I'm in the AI space. I'm an
AI photography enhancer or AI
photographer or I run an AI media
studio, however you want to spin it. But
you basically say, "Hey, look, you have
these photos. I think they're not doing
it justice. I took the liberty of
basically redoing them for you using AI.
Here's a sample of three or four for
you." So, you basically attach that to
the initial email. You just give it to
him for free. He sees this and he's
like, "Oh, wow. This would make a
massive difference for my listing." I
call it the drug dealer method where
it's like instead of just asking them to
buy up front, you give them a hit. You
give them a sample where they try it out
themselves and then they decide, you
know, they want more cuz they get hooked
on it. It's going to help them get more
sales. It's going to help him actually
close that property. So that's the
entire premise there. And the way that
you can package it is you can do like a
fixed price per listing. So the average
price, so I mean we can search it up
together. We can say how much does a
realtor pay for staging and photography?
And this is going to blow your mind. So,
you can see here that it can go all the
way up to $6,000 for staging to get all
the nice furniture to make it look good,
to get the good lighting in there.
Paying a photographer can be $300 to
$400. So, you're saving them all of this
time and basically just having them use
AI to just enhance all of it, and they
can just take photos with their uh with
their mobile phone. So, to them, this is
like, okay, this is super interesting. I
can pay this guy, you know, a couple
hundred bucks per listing instead of me
paying thousands of dollars for staging
furniture, for coordinating it, bringing
it in, setting it up, hiring a
photographer, coordinating logistics. I
would rather pay this person 500 bucks
per listing to not have to deal with all
of that. And if you get four listings
per month, that's $2,000 right there.
And these agents constantly have
listings all the time. So it's not like
you do one job for him and then that's
it. He's going to come back to you with
listing 2, three, four, five. He's going
to be like, "Hey, I have this listing
here. My brokerage partner has this
listing." You're going to get a lot of
inbound business coming just because of
that, which is super cool. So, if you
want to pursue that, then the link will

don't want to go into too much detail on
that just yet. Now, let's jump into
number two. So, number two is creating a
talking website for a business. And now
I know that sounds weird and you
probably don't know what that means, but
that's the point. This is something
that's new. It's exciting. Businesses
don't have this right now. And you can
basically bring their websites to life
where it sells for them and it basically
answers all of the questions that the
visitors have via voice chat. So, I'm
going to show you again the same
concept. So, I'm not going to go through
a full tutorial here cuz I already have
one. If I scroll down here, there's this
video right here on how to create a
talking website. And the example that I
did on this one is for a dentist. So how
does it work? So basically when you go
onto the site in the bottom right hand
corner, you know how there's normally
chat widgets where you can like talk to
like an AI or like a live agent or
something and ask them questions. In
this scenario, you can actually talk to
an AI agent. So a voice receptionist,
you can ask it questions about the
business hours. Um it can book
appointments on autopilot directly onto
the calendar. So you're basically
bringing a website to life. It's a
talking website as we call it. So
there's a big novelty in that.
Businesses don't know that this is
possible. When consumers go on a site,
they love it. I have a talking widget on
my sites and it's selling for me 24/7
without me having to book calls or do
anything like that. So this is something
that actually works and I've seen it
myself. So I'm going to show you here
inside of this tutorial on how to set it
up, but it's super simple. We're going
to use a tool called Go High Level or if
you prefer to use my custom version,
it's called Hexona. Uh that's explained
to you inside of the the tutorial. But
if you go over here, you can see how
simple it is. So, we just put a prompt
like, "Hey, you are a customer support
agent and your job is to answer these
questions." And it's like you just write
it in plain English. It's super simple.
I even provide you with the prompts
inside of this video. So, it says, "Hey,
you're a professional AI receptionist
for, you know, this law firm. You have
to sound calm, confident, respectful.
Here's everything you need to know about
the business. And then when someone
talks to you, just answer the questions
and book appointments. So, that's really
how it's set up. I show you how to
connect it to a calendar as well, how to
demo it, and then how to track all of
the analytics. So, how many calls did it
take? Were the calls positive or
negative? What is the transcript? Were
there any issues that happened
throughout the the call? Things like
that. And then I show you how to connect
it to the actual funnel, how you can
demo this to businesses so they can
actually try it out themselves. And then
finally, um, how to put it onto their
websites as well. So you can get like a
little piece of code. You take that
code, you put it onto their site, and
then this widget appears which they can
basically chat to at any time. And then
I think I showed you some examples on
who to sell it to, how to get in touch
with them uh, through like the Google
map strategy which is near the end of
it. So you can see exactly how you can
sell it as well. and who needs it the
most. So, this is an amazing business
model. This is something that you can
charge every month for. So, to keep that
talking website live, it might be three,
four, $500 a month. And if you get four
clients, that's $2,000 a month getting
paid to you on autopilot. And as long as
they have good lead flow, as long as
people are coming to the site, talking
with the AI agent, they're going to
continue to keep paying you because it's
generating them revenue. There's a very
clear ROI on a service like this, which
I think is amazing. And finally, we'll
jump into number three, which is build a
loyalty program for restaurants. Now,
this is a super popular one and one that
I've done across multiple restaurants
and chains all across the world really.
I'm based in Canada, but I've done it in
the US, in the UK, and South America as
well. So, let's find the tutorial for
this one. Once again, I've done this
before, too. So, you can see here, this
is a full tutorial on how you can build
a restaurant automation system. So
really what this means is, you know,
when you go to a restaurant and it says,
"Scan a QR code for a free appetizer or
to win something to enter a raffle." I'm
probably the one who created that and is
running it behind the scenes. So that's
how I show you how to set these up. So
these QR codes right here, uh, we
basically go into how to set it up, how
to create a web page. So when someone
scans that QR code, they're hit with a
form. And the reason for that form is
that it's what we call a lead magnet. We
want to generate leads. We want to build
a newsletter, an email list. We want to
own that contact's information. So their
name, their email, their phone number.
We pull that into our system. So then we
can do retargeting and remarketing
towards them. So for example, you can
see here that I built out this simple
form. When someone scans the QR code,
once they submit that, we captured their
information into the CRM, which is
basically a contact database of like who
do we have that has, you know, opted
into our offer. I show you how to create
the QR code, how to print it out, how to
put it on the restaurant's table, all of
that. But once we have their
information, then we can create the
entire workflow. So, they submit the
form, they give us their info, then we
can send them an SMS on, "Thanks for
joining our, you know, rewards program.
Here's your coupon." Then we can text
them on, say, every Tuesday. Hey, we
have a taco Tuesday, buy 1 get one
special. Oh, it's happy hour at 4 p.m.
Now, we can send them SMSS and emails
and get them to keep coming back to the
restaurant. So, when it's a slow time,
let's say Monday at 1 p.m., nobody's
coming. We can send out a mass email
blast to, you know, a th00and 2, 3,000
people that are on our contact list and
fill up those empty seats that would
usually be empty, but because of the
system that we made, we're filling up
this restaurant. So, we're getting them
business, we're getting them more
revenue, we're getting them loyal
customers. Of course, they're going to
pay us a couple hundred bucks every
single month for that. So, normally you
can charge between $300 to $400 a month
for this service. And you can do it
tiered. So, as the contact list grows,
then you can charge more accordingly.
So, I show you how to do all of that
inside of this tutorial, which will be
linked in the description as well. This
is a really fun one cuz there's
restaurants everywhere and a lot of them
are struggling right now. They need to
build loyalty. They need to build their
contact list and this is something that
can really help them get that done. So
here just the same example that I just

redeem valid for today only. They send
this to everybody on their contact list.
Of course people are going to come
running to redeem this coupon and this
this deal that we have. So we're the
ones who can create that for restaurants
cuz they don't know how to do this. They
don't know how to create QR codes and
web pages and forms and send out SMSs
and emails. That's really what they need
us for and I show you how to do all of
that inside of this video. So, there you
