Free YouTube tools by LunaNotes

Four small tools that each do one thing to a YouTube video: summarise it, chapter it, fact-check it, or hand you its subtitles. All free, all usable without an account, and all built on LunaNotes — an AI note-taking app for turning anything you're learning from into notes, diagrams and flashcards.

The tools are a sample. LunaNotes is the product.

Each tool runs one step of LunaNotes on its own, so you can judge the output before signing up. Inside the app you bring the source — a video, a PDF, an audio file, a meeting, or your own writing — and keep working with what comes out.

  • Notes you can actually edit

Every source becomes a structured, editable note — headings, hierarchy, your own additions — not a read-only block of AI text.

  • Diagrams from your notes

Concept maps, flowcharts and mind maps generated from a note you've already read, so the structure is yours.

  • Flashcards for revision

Spaced-review decks built from your own material, so studying starts from something you've processed.

  • Chat across everything

Ask questions against your notes — one video, a semester's worth of them, or the PDFs and meetings alongside.

Common questions

Are these tools really free?
Yes. Paste a link, get a result, share it. There's no paywall on this page and no credit card anywhere in the flow.
Do I need an account?
Not to use the tools. An account is what you want if you'd like to keep the result, edit it, and turn it into diagrams or flashcards.
What is LunaNotes?
An AI note-taking app. You bring a source and it produces a structured, editable note, plus diagrams, flashcards and an AI chat built from it. YouTube is one of the places a source can come from, not the whole product.
Where do the results live?
Each run gets its own public page with a shareable URL. To keep a private, editable copy, open the same source in a free LunaNotes account.
