sided um um risk taking right. This is based on the probability of success. Yes. Based based on the probability of
success that uh or possibility of success. Yes. either for the benefit of others or for the benefit of themselves.
They are ready to willing to take that risk. Yes, probably there is a high level of
success, potential success for the benefit of others or for themselves. These are the persons we call the
entrepreneurs. Yes. They they their perception of success is more realistic than blind, right? Or realistic right
they don't do a blind um gestures or amateur theorizing right they must have comprehensively appraised the situation
and I' have that feeling and conviction that there is this high tendency or potential possibility of success in in
that chance or in that risk yes that opportunity so they they always have this ability to
perceive the envirment see the needs, see the weakness, see the the the gaps and we take advantage of
that. Yes. To create a new thing. So we have characteristics of entrepreneurs. Yes. The characteristics include
they have this aptitude. They are critical thinkers. They are their reason ability is high. Yes. So they high
aptitude. ability to succeed in a new task. Yes. Um their their vision their vision is good in sense that they were
they are able to see beyond the ordinary. Yes. They they I mean what I mean by that
they are not seeing just about now they could see through into the future. Yes. These are the entrepreneurs. They are
they are able to catch the glimpse of uh those opportunities the the needs and services that that
idea will need. They they are able to capture that. These are one of their qualities, right? They they are seeing
what others are not saying. They are risk tolerance. Yes, they can tolerate passive circumstances or conditions.
Yes, they can tolerate it. They have confidence. Yes, they are very creative. I've said that before. They are very
creative. Um they are very persevering. They can endure high endurance level. Yes, they they have integrity because
they are very honest persons. Yes, these are qualities and characters of a of an entrepreneur. Yeah. They they have
passion for what they are doing. Very important. Yes, they have passion and they they have this ability for problem
solving. Yes, they are high on very good in problem solving. The Yes, they have that problem solving ability. So they
have good listening skill. Yes. Uh what other what other things? Yeah, these are the qualities. So the question
is how do you become an entrepreneur? Right. as a as an employee or as a manager or a leader. How do your
employees or you yourself become an entrepreneur? There are things you may want to engage in. This includes
attending conferences, read books. Yes. Review journals. Review journals, articles concerning your passion,
concerning your area of work. Yes. Have role models. Right. Have your role models. Yeah. Okay. Please, if you want
