What's the best way to train as a
footballer? Because there's so much
expensive equipment you need to use and
thousands of drills you need to do, it's
impossible to know where to start. So,
today that all changes because we're
entering a new era of football training
where average young players are signing
for professionalmies. By training less,
using only a ball and some cones and
following simple drills every day to
improve their game. This new system of
training is what I call expert molding.
More on that later. Look, this video
isn't just some sessions and drills you
can use to get better at football.
Today, I'm sharing the full step-by-step
blueprint to take you from wherever you
are right now to the biggest leagues in
the world in as little as 30 days by
sharing multiple trading plans,
[Music]
exposing how to get your hands on the
golden key to trading that the top 1%
have all used. So, what you're telling
me is what you do most of the time.
>> I'm breaking down how the expert molding
system works and how to use it yourself.
So, you can reach your full potential in
football and become the player you've
always said you would. And these are
just some of the results that regular
average footballers have gotten so far
by following the step-by-step blueprint
that Amabaru show you. Like Adil who
went from his grassroots team at 14 to
signing with La Liga club Villa Royale
on a scholarship. or Yousef who was
playing on his average team in Germany
and signed for Verde Breamman in the
Bundesliga 6 months later. And I speak
from experience when I share these
methods. After joining my first team at
12, I was still playing on the worst
team in the local Sunday league at 16.
But at 18, I signed for a professional
academy in the MLS. So in the next 40
minutes, I'm sharing the entire
blueprint to help you become a standout
player and reach the next level in only
30 days. And if you can't stay and watch
a short 40-minute video to learn how to
train so you can change your life
forever, I'm sorry, but you're a lost
cause and there's nothing I can do to
help you. But if you watch until the end
of the video, I'm actually going to give
you a full 30-day weekly training guide
specifically for the step in this
blueprint where footballers get stuck at
the most. But first, let me explain the
way most footballers are starting out
their training and why 90% of them never
improve at all. Because there's three
levels in this blueprint and it all
starts with level one. Every
professional player you see on TV, every
player you admire, they all start
exactly where you are right now. They
weren't born with some magic football
game. Messi wasn't born knowing how to
dribble. Ronaldo wasn't born with
perfect finishing. These guys developed
their skills through very specific,
repeatable training methods. And here's
what's crazy. Most of these development
paths are actually documented. You can
study how these players trained when
they were your age. You can see the
methods that took them from beginners to
pros. The problem is most beginners
think they need to be creative and
invent their own training methods. But
why would you do that when you could
just copy what's already proven to work?
This is exactly what I did when I first
started taking football seriously at 16.
Instead of trying to figure out
everything myself, I studied how players
like Alfonso Davies developed, the guy
who came from the same academy I
eventually joined. I looked at what
drills academy players were doing,
research the training methods used by
professional clubs, and found the
progression systems that were constantly
turning their kids into world-class
ballers. And once I started following
these sessions, instead of just doing
random stuff, my improvement accelerated
like crazy. Now, don't worry. Later, I'm
sharing all these drills and sessions
with you and explaining exactly how to
copy these professional players yourself
using the expert molding system. But all
of that is going to be completely
useless without knowing how to actually
get there. So, let's move on to step
two, which is where most beginners go
wrong. And whether you know it yet or
not, this might be exactly what you're
doing right now. Because a typical
beginner might train like this. They
pull up to the field, do some juggling,
then practice free kicks because they
want to score like Ronaldo. then at the
end work on some skill moves they saw
Neymar do in a game. But at professional
academy players training sessions look
completely different. They have 14 to 16
targeted training blocks that build on
each other. Every drill has a specific
purpose. Every session follows a
progression that's designed to develop
multiple skills simultaneously. The
difference is structure and progression.
It's a system. Academy players don't do
random drills. They follow structured
training that's been designed to build
skills in the right order at the right
intensity with the right feedback. And
this is exactly what I'm going to show
you how to do. Look, I've seen friends
and teammates train for years trying the
same old methods, doing everything
themselves with barely any improvement.
They stay at the same level, constantly
wondering if all the hard work is
actually helping. Honestly, it isn't.
So, I want to take all the guesswork out
of the training and share the same
progression system that academy players
use, which I've slightly changed to help
you get the same results on your own.
And it's the last step in level one of
the blueprint. the training that's going
to help you reach the next level in your
game, which I call the progressive
overload through difficulty system. This
is the same principle that professional
clubs used to develop their players, and
it's based on a simple concept. You
start with the basics and slowly get
harder and harder, challenging your
technique until it becomes muscle
memory. Most beginners skip this step.
They want to jump straight to advanced
skills without mastering the basics. But
every pro player will tell you the
basics are everything. So, I'm going to
walk you through how to use it yourself,
showing you a four-step dribbling plan,
the same one I followed for months. Now,
you can use this for passing, shooting,
ball control, first touch, etc. So,
don't worry. I break down when you
should work on each different skill,
what day of the week, how many reps,
literally everything in the 30-day
training plan. But first, I want to walk
you through how it works for dribbling
so you not only understand it, but you
can start doing it immediately because
every player in every position needs to
be able to dribble the ball. And
starting at level zero, this is simple
basic dribbling with your laces, which
is the right technique for driving the
ball into space with speed. So before we
go on to the more advanced drill, we got
to understand the right technique for
driving and dribbling the ball at a very
basic fundamental level. And that is
just understanding which part of the
foot to use when driving and dribbling
the ball into space. This drill works on
exactly that. How you're going to set it
up is you're going to have two cones
marking a gate here and two cones
marking a gate on the opposite side.
This is to indicate a lane to drive
into. Like let's say you're out wide,
right? There's the lane that you have in
front of you, the lane that you have
with space. And this is just going to
replicate that. So you're going to set
up the two cones here. Ideally, not too
big. So again, one, two steps and the
cone on the opposite side, the again on
the opposite side, just depending on the
space that you want to work with.
Ideally, mine would be one, two,
13, 14, 15. So I would have it somewhere
around 15 ft. So this drill is super
simple. Dribbling with your laces
forward. All right? So just slowly go
through it. So when I say laces, laces
and just like slightly outside, which is
the right technique to dribble the ball
into space because in game if you
dribble the ball with the inside, it's
awkward and it's a lot slower because
you're going against your body's natural
movement. But when you're dribbling with
the laces, as you can see, when you're
running, you're running in this forward
momentum. What's happening is your
laces, your toes, so this part of the
foot right here is guiding your movement
in front. So that is the right technique
and that is the quickest way to drive
the ball with speed. And as you know
with anything, speed kills. So, we're
working on that at a very basic level.
So, just laces dribbling the ball with
speed. You can see how smooth it looks.
That's the whole goal. So, you want to
keep your head up as much as possible.
At first, your head's going to be down
just to like be intentional with it and
see you making contact with the right
part of the foot. And then progressively
as you get better, you want to keep your
head up. So, just to be aware of the
visual surroundings of what's happening
around you as you go through the
movement. First, start off slow, just
kind of going through it. Keep your head
up. Whatever you can, rest, relax for a
few seconds, and go back with the left
foot. Right? Same thing. go super slow
as you're going through the motion. Then
come back, rest for a few seconds and
then as you get better, what you can do
is you can increase the length, right?
Just to make it more challenging and you
can go a lot quicker. You can even
challenge yourself with taking a touch
with every step or you can take a touch
with every few steps to work on
dribbling into space. So you can work on
different techniques with this drill. So
this is taking a touch with every step,
just working on keeping the ball close.
Then on the way back, you're going to
want to do the same thing with the left
foot.
Boom. And then if I want to work on
dribbling into space, I'll make this a
bit bigger. Most beginners rush through
this level because it seems too easy.
But I'm telling you, if you can't
dribble with perfect technique at speed
using both feet, you're not ready for
the next level. But if you are, let's
move on to level one. Once you've
mastered basic laces dribbling, we add
an element of direction change while
maintaining the same technique. The
drill is pretty straightforward. It's a
zigzag pattern. So you're going to place
a cone 45°. Take six steps. Place the
next cone.
>> 1 2 3 4
>> 5 6. So this number to start off with is
perfect. You can decrease the length as
you get better throughout this drill to
even challenge technique even more. But
right now to begin with, you want to
take six steps, which is the perfect
length to start out with. So this drill
is very straightforward. Just like the
basic laces dribbling, you're going to
want to use the laces technique. But
there's an element of change of
direction here. All right? Just cuz in a
game you're not going to be dribbling in
a straightforward momentum the whole
time. So again, forward and then quick
change direction. So increase the speed
through challenge technique and have it
become muscle memory. Going to go
through one more time. Remember to work
on both feet, right foot and left foot.
Because in game the last thing you want
is you're dribbling into space. You need
to change directions, but you're using
your left foot. But since you haven't
worked on it and you're not comfortable
with changing directions, you're
incapable of executing what's needed to
beat the defender or to cut back and to
retain possession. What you can do as
well, keep your body over the ball. It
just helps with balance and stability as
you go through the movements and helps
to keep the ball closer to your foot. So
here you can again do two things. Laces
with every touch, right? Just keeping
the ball close and then change
directions. Or you can take a heavier
touch to work on dribbling into space.
Either one works. They're two different
techniques, but they all reinforce the
same principle, which is laces in a
forward motion. One thing to take notice
of is you can see the cone is right
there. And the foot that's leading in
this motion is the right foot. Right? So
right here, you dribble with your right
foot because then you can cut with the
outside of your right. Okay? So as you
see the cone there, why you don't want
to use dribble with your right foot
here? Because as you cut with the
inside, now you have to rotate your
whole body to get back into that forward
motion, which is going to slow down your
speed of play, which is going to slow
down your game, right? So even paying
attention to the little details like
that are going to drastically help with
your speed of play and how fast you are
able to move the ball with the ball at
your foot. Look at Messi. Perfect at
this. Do this 10 times and don't move on
to the next level until you can do this
at full speed with perfect control.
Because if you can't do this at full
speed with perfect control, then that
means you're not ready for the next
level. You're not ready for the next
progression. Progression two plus drill.
Now here you're going to use five cones.
You're going to place a cone and take
five steps. 1 2 3 4 5. second cone and
on the right, left, forward, five other
steps to place the other three cones
forming a plus with a cone in the
middle. So, this drill is an addition to
the zigzag drill. As you can see, it's a
lot tighter than the zigzag. And in the
zigzag drill, you're using your right
foot and then your left foot in a
singular motion. So, here there's no
restrictions whatsoever, and you can get
more creative as you go through the
drill, and it will make it more harder
the better you get at it. So here as you
go through the drill, right? Again,
there's no limits or to creativity. So
you're just going to do whatever is the
fastest way to get around these drills,
right? Croeta, you can do a step over,
whatever, but just go through it as fast
as you can using your creativity and
just letting it loose. You're going to
go back in the beginning and then start
over. Still avoiding inside foot
controls because those are too slow.
This is me going through the drill as
fast I can at a very high level. So this
is what it's going to look like. So I'm
going to go through it. Then I'm going
to add a step over here. Then you're
going to change directions again
and then start at the very beginning.
This would be me doing the drill without
adding the 1 v one element which you may
find yourself in first beginning this
drill. So take a look right without the
1 v one element.
Going through it going through it.
This drill teaches you to be comfortable
changing directions quickly in multiple
directions while maintaining speed and
control. Progression three, 1v1 element
drill. The final level adds a game
realistic element that stimulates
beating a defender. The drill may look a
little weird, but it's very simple. So,
you're going to add a gate at the end of
the contraption in the middle, which is
one 2 ft apart. Super super important,
right? This is going to be the gate that
we're going to be dribbling to after we
enter the contraption in the middle. So
the contraption in the middle is one,
two, three, four steps. It's going to be
a singular cone and then four cones off
of one step on the right side. And it's
going to be one cone here, which is one,
two steps away from that little
contraption. One cone again, one step
and then four steps to the left. This is
going to mimic defenders. So just like
when you beat a defender in game or like
just when you're engaging a defender, he
might be forcing you out wide. So what
these cones are resembling is a real
defender and like it's real body shape.
So defender's right here, right? The
next defender is right here. So what
you're going to be working on is
obviously reinforcing the right
technique with the laces. Taking a touch
with every step. Laces. Laces. You can
do a 1 v one move. Whatever 1 v one move
you'd like. Then you're going to take a
touch to the right as if you just beat
that defender. And then whatever you
want to do here, croet. And then again,
laces driving into space. You just want
to keep it as natural as possible and
just go through the movement. So again,
look, laces, laces, double step over,
single step over, quickly explode into
space. Right. I'm going to come back.
Maybe reverse lost to gole chop quickly
explode into space. Just like in a game,
you get past the defender, quickly
explode into space you just created.
Some people get too comfortable with
only the stepover. So when they beat a
defender with a different move since
they haven't worked on it when it comes
to actually getting past the defender
after they beat them, they're a little
slow in the movement or they don't know
which part of the right foot to use,
defender catches up and gets them. So
work on different combinations. Get
yourself comfortable. Congrats, you're
onethird of the way there. Now we move
on to level two. I've just given you one
of the most powerful training systems
out there. And whilst you could do all
these drills perfectly, if you're not
getting feedback on your technique, you
might be reinforcing bad habits. Think
about it. When you're doing that laces
dribbling drill, how do you know if your
touch is actually improving, when you're
working on the zigzag drill, how do you
know if you're using the right part of
your foot? The answer is you don't. And
this is why some players can train for
months without seeing real improvement.
Professional players have coaches
watching every rep they do. When they
make a technical error, it gets
corrected immediately. When they develop
a bad habit, it gets fixed before it
becomes a bad habit. But as a beginner
training on your own, you don't have
that luxury. When I was 16 playing
Sunday league, my coach was some random
parent who didn't have any professional
experience. He knew nothing about
football. And honestly, I thought I was
cooked. But after discovering how
insanely overpowered a professional
level coach really was, I spent years
researching the best way to become that
coach for myself, fixing my own training
in real time. And here's how it works.
Record yourself doing these drills. I'm
serious. Use your phone, set it up on a
tripod, or lean it against something. I
used to use my shoe and record yourself
from different angles. Then watch the
footage back and compare to how
professional players do the same
movements. Look for differences in
technique. Are you keeping your head up
like they do? Are using the same part of
your foot? Are you maintaining the same
body position? This is exactly what I
did when I was developing my game. I
record my training sessions, then spend
time analyzing the footage to spot
technical errors I couldn't feel in real
time. This is the new method that's
completely changing how football
training is being done. No matter where
you live, how good you are, or where you
play, you can now get access to this
brand new way of coaching. But here's a
catch. This feedback isn't all equal.
Some is way better than others. So,
before I show you the next training
drills to take you from this amateur
level to pro, let's move on to the next
step in this level of the blueprint and
explain why a bad feedback loop could be
hurting your game. Look, just because
you or someone you know can watch your
video and give you comments doesn't mean
they can actually help you improve. You
need guidance from coaches who've done
it at the highest level, not just some
random parent on your team, which is the
biggest problem with football coaching
apps and random YouTube channels. The
information they give you might
technically be right, but they don't
understand the specific standards and
requirements of professional football.
When I was developing my game, I made
sure to only learn from people who had
actually been a part of professional
environments. Coaches who had worked
with academy players, former pros who
understood what it really takes to
compete at high levels. And when I did
this, I discovered something the best
players in the world have been talking
about for years that nobody else was
taken advantage of until now. Just take
a look at this article about Neymar's
dribbling. You may have even seen this
for yourself where scientists found that
he's on autopilot when he plays. Meaning
he doesn't think, he just does, playing
off of instincts. But I didn't just find
videos of Neymar. You see, players had
talked about it again and again like
Hazard.
>> So what you're telling me is what you do
most of the time is instinct.
>> Yeah, he's instinct.
>> Riad Morz,
>> I never trained. It's just like since
I'm young. Yeah, it's like instinct.
>> Even Messi said, "I never think about
the play or visualize anything. I do
what comes to me at that moment.
Instinct. It has always been that way.
But if all the pros are talking about
instincts, why is none of the special
training on YouTube telling you to do
it? So, I spent years developing and
perfecting a training plan to not only
improve your technique, but help you
play through instinct on the field. This
is the golden key to football training
that the pros have been hiding from you
for years, and now I'm giving it to you.
This is the second phase of training
that most beginners never discover. The
level that separates good technical
players from players who can actually
perform in games. It's called instinct
driven training and it's based on one
simple principle. In games, you don't
have time to think. You need to react
instinctively. Most training drills
force you to think about what you're
doing. But in a real game, thinking is
too slow. You need your skills to be
automatic, instinctive responses to
what's happening around you. And here's
how you develop that. Drill one,
unrestricted dribbling. Find a full
field or the biggest space you have
available. You're going to dribble for
10 to 15 minutes straight. But here's
the key. You're not going to follow any
pattern or any specific drill. This
drill is as simple as it sounds. You're
going to dribble around. Just visualize
different scenarios. This is what makes
it game realistic. Defender right there.
Double step over. Where you going?
Single step over. Beat the defender.
Come back and keep going continuous.
You're going to find yourself in
different parts of the field. And that's
the point. Cuz in a game, you're not
just going to be central or at wide. You
might be the center back in game and
find yourself in the midfield. You might
be a striker in game, but find yourself
in the midfield or out wide or as a
fullback. You have to be able to play
and be able to dribble in different
parts of the field. And that's the
beauty of this drill. You're going to
continuously just go dribble dribble
double step over single boom madonna.
Just let your skills and your creativity
take over. Do not force anything. Just
let it come naturally. Again, we're
rewiring our thinking process. Instead
of training through a specific pattern,
now we're letting our instincts take
over. Doing whatever comes naturally.
This is very important to rewire the way
we think about the game and to be able
to express ourselves, be more confident
in our abilities, and trust our natural
instincts. Cuz usually what happens in
games are you make a mistake, you start
overthinking. And now when you're
engaging in a 1 v one or you're trying
to get out of a tight scenario or think
about what you should be doing and
thinking is too slow. We want to play
off of instincts because instincts is a
lot faster than the thinking state of
mind which drastically improves our
speed of play. And while you're doing
this drill, I want you to get even more
specific and think of even more game
realistic situations. Defender right
here. I'm going to double step over, cut
this way, then cut across and take
another game. Right here, I'm going to
go with the center back. I'm going to go
across then take him, drive into space,
cut back. The goal is to stop thinking
and start trusting your body to make the
right decisions. Rest for a few seconds.
Catch your breath as you go through the
movement and then go again. This drill
massively works on stamina. If you
become intentional with the exercise,
you go as hard as you can, replicating a
real game, and it's going to directly
work on that level of stamina. And this
is exactly how professional players
train their decision-m and creativity.
Drill two, unrestricted position work.
This is the most game realistic drill I
can think of. You're going to train in
the position you play, visualizing game
scenarios. Go to a UV position a game.
And now remember, there's no limitation
to this exercise whatsoever. If you feel
like shooting, shoot the ball. If feel
like dribbling. If you visualize a pass
that you think that's going to happen in
game, pass the ball. The idea of this
exercise is to play like you would in a
game in the exact position you would in
a game. I'm a wing back, so I'm going to
be right on the outside line, right out
wide, where I'd be positioned in a game.
And I'm going to go through the drill in
the same intensity as if in a game,
visualizing different scenarios and just
letting my instincts take over and doing
whatever naturally comes. Remember,
visualization is going to be really
important because that's what's going to
make this really realistic. It's good to
pre-plan what you're going to do, but
you have to also be realistic. In a
game, everything is improvisation based
on what's happening actually in the
game. That's what you do. That's what
you react off of. And that's what I want
you to think and I want you to get into
the habit of because con drills remove
the improvisation aspect which removes
the reality of the game. So that's the
opposite of what we want again. So as I
go through, as I go through, now the
defenders go down the by line. I look
for the cross and I get into one v one
with the center back. Double stepper got
wide. I think I could finish it. That's
where I shoot the ball. Now, as a
winger, I'm going to find myself on the
right and left side. So, I want you to
work on both sides. If you're a center
mid, you might work in the 10 roll and
then also work in the A- roll. So,
whatever position that you play or
potentially might play, I want you to
work directly in that position. So, do
not treat yourself. If you're a winger,
work on both sides because you never
know when you're going to have to swap
midame or the coach just wants you to
play on the other side. You have to be
adaptable and this drill is going to
directly help you with that. Look, I
want you to understand not every rep is
going to be perfect. You're going to
make mistakes. Your shot isn't going to
go into the top right corner. That's the
game because the goal isn't perfection,
but the goal is to get as close to
perfection as possible, and that's going
to help with your consistency. Even if
you don't hit perfection, you're raising
that standard every single time, and
you're raising your level, and that's
what we want. Drill three, unrestricted
shooting. Every player needs to be able
to score goals regardless of position.
But most shooting practice is too
predictable. The ball is always set up
perfectly. You have plenty of time, and
there's never any pressure. Whether
you're a striker, center back, right
wing, left wing, center mid, 10, CDM,
you're always going to find yourself in
front of net and you have to be able to
finish when your time comes. Obviously,
as a forward, you're going to find
yourself more up front near the box,
getting more shots off and finding
yourself more in front of the net. But
as a center mid, even as a center back,
the opportunity is going to come for you
to finish and have a chance in front of
net and you need to be able to
capitalize on it. Just like every other
drill, there's no restrictions. You want
to visualize different situations you're
going to find yourself in front of net.
You got to get creative and let your
instincts take over. Like right there,
let's say I'm a left winger. I'm driving
the fullax right I'm able to cut in and
then I finish shooting the ball. You
want to visualize different in-game
scenarios that you would find yourself
in. And that's the key intensity as
intense as possible and let your
instincts take over. Let your instincts
take over and visualize different
scenarios right there. Cut in. Boom.
Another defender. Boom. Fake shot it.
Then finish. A real game is super
unpredictable and you need to get
comfortable being uncomfortable with any
type of ball that's going to just pop up
randomly in front of net. Obviously
again working on left foot as well. We
don't just want to be one footed. So
here, let's say I'm in the center of the
net outside the box. I might not always
get into a 1 v one. The ball just might
pop up left foot and I just get
comfortable shooting with that part of
the foot as well. Getting the ball
coming out. It's not every rep is going
to be perfect. Just like in a game, you
just have to keep being consistent and
keep working on that ability. I'm going
to go through a couple reps. Different
scenarios I would find myself in game,
different chances that might pop up. So
right here, boom.
Good try. So again, I might find myself
in a 1 v one. I'm to cut outside and
then finish it. See, I missed. That's
natural, right? It's going to happen.
Don't be afraid to try new shooting
techniques. Don't be afraid to push
yourself outside your comfort zone cuz
in a game, you're going to find yourself
in that opportunity. Are you going to
shoot it? Are you going to pass it? Or
are you not going to do anything? You
want to be able to be that guy who's
able to tuck away even those
uncomfortable opportunities on the left
foot. Again, see, I failed in that one,
so I might do that again. Boom. The more
balls you have, the merrier because the
more reps you're going to be able to get
in before you reset. Again, I have eight
balls. So, after eight shots, I would
need to get the balls and then I would
reset. All right, so now you understand
the two phases of proper football
development and the training methods
that are going to level up your game.
But here's a problem most beginners
face. They don't know which skills to
focus on or how to structure their
training to get maximum results. And I
don't want you to go through the same
struggles that I did. When I first
started, I had no idea what I was doing.
It took me years of trial and error to
figure this all out. And I've seen
thousands of other young ballers fail to
make their dreams of going pro and
making their parents proud come true
because of the simple problem in their
training. So this training system I'm
about to share is so powerful. It's been
the single reason that thousands of
young average players have signed for
professionalmies. And it's the first of
two extremely important steps in this
third level of the blueprint, which I
call expert molding. It's a simple
four-step system that takes the
guesswork out of your development. And
here's how it's done. Step one, pick two
to three pro players in your position
whose style matches yours. Instead of
trying to copy your favorite players,
find two to three players who play your
position and have a style that matches
your natural strengths or players that
you really want to play like. If you're
a small, quick winger, you might study
players like Venicious Jr. or Bukayo
Saka. If you're a tall, strong center
back, you might focus on Virgil Van Djk
or Ruben Diaz. The key is finding
players whose physical attributes and
playing style are similar to yours, so
you're not trying to become something
you're not. Step two, reverse engineer
how they train. Once you've identified
your model players, you research how
they develop their skills. What training
methods did they use when they were your
age? What was their progression path?
What specific techniques make them
effective? You're looking for four
areas. First is technical skills, which
is ball control, passing, and shooting.
Second is tactical understanding, which
is positioning and decision-making.
Third is mental strength, which is
confidence and focus. And finally is
fourth, which is physical attributes,
which is speed, strength, and endurance.
Then step three, build your personal
training plan by copying their exact
progression. Now you create a training
program that follows the same
development tricks used by those pro
players. Slightly tweaked to suit your
play style and situation. If your pro
player focuses heavily on 1v one skills
as a teenager, that becomes a priority
in your training. If they were known for
their crossing ability, you make sure
crossing is a regular part of your
sessions. Step four, run the plan
consistently while getting expert
feedback. Results snowball in weeks.
Finally, you execute this training while
getting regular feedback from coaches
who understand highlevel football. This
ensures you're not just copying blindly,
but adapting these methods to your
specific needs. The beauty of the system
is that it's not guesswork. You're
following proven plans that have already
produced results at the level you want
to reach. Now, look, here's the final
step, and I'm going to be straight with
you. There are no shortcuts in football.
Anyone promising you quick fixes or
magic solutions is lying. And honestly,
this is the most important part of the
whole video. The reality is that getting
better at football and climbing up the
levels, it takes hard work and a proper
game plan. And guess what? The hard work
is the easy part. Anybody can work hard,
but there's a difference between working
hard and working smart. And expert
molding is the smartest approach I found
for developing your skills efficiently.
Instead of guessing whether you're
improving, you get expert feedback that
keeps you on track. Instead of hoping
you'll eventually get noticed, you
develop the specific skills and
qualities that scouts and coaches are
actually looking for. So when you go on
trial, you actually ball out and make
the team and make your parents proud.
This is exactly how I went from only
starting football at 12 to signing with
a professional academy and made my mom
and dad the proudest parents on earth.
It's also how thousands of players I've
worked with have made similar jumps and
it's the only method I've seen that
consistently produce results for
dedicated players regardless of their
starting point. A Turk trial with
Gaotai. Daniel grassroots to pro academy
player. Saurin trial with Sydney FC. Kai
grassroots to LAFC. Elliot signing with
Minnesota United. Eliza, Watford, as
well as Soilick, Montas, and Noah, all
representing their national teams on the
pitch. Now, here's where I need to be
honest with you. Everything I've just
shown you works. The progressive
overload system, the instinct driven
training, the expert molding approach.
I've seen it transform thousands of
players games. But there's a difference
between knowing what to do and actually
implementing it correctly. And you've
got three options from here. Option one,
you could take what I've shared in this
video and try to figure out the rest on
your own. You could research your model
players, create your own training
programs, and hope you get the
progression right. That's definitely
possible, but it's going to take you
months or even years to dial in all the
details, and you'll probably make tons
of mistakes along the way. It took me 2
years to figure all this out, and to be
honest, that's 2 years that you don't
want to waste. Option two, you could
keep doing what you've been doing,
showing up to the field doing random
stuff, hoping something will click,
watching other players improve while you
stay stuck at the same level. But if
that approach is going to work for you,
it probably would have worked by now.
Option three, you can let me take you by
the hand and show you exactly how to
implement everything I just taught you
with the specific drills, the exact
progressions, the model player
breakdowns, and most importantly, the
expert feedback that ensures you're
doing everything correctly. See, here's
what I've learned after helping over
3,600 players transform their games. The
information isn't the hard part. The
hard part is implementation. It's
knowing which drills to do when. It's
understanding how to progress from one
level to the next. It's getting feedback
when you're making technical errors you
can't see yourself. And that's why I
created the player accelerator. The
Player Accelerator isn't just a course.
It's like having your own virtual
professional academy. It's the largest
football development program ever
created for young players who are
serious about taking their game to the
next level. Here's what you get inside.
Phase one is mindset mastery. This is
where we build the mental foundation
that separates players who make it from
those who don't. You'll discover the
exact mindset shifts that allow me to go
from JB Benchmer to a professional
academy and how to develop unbreakable
confidence no matter what level you're
starting from. Phase two, technical
excellence. Over 40 hours of
step-by-step technical training covering
every skill you need to master. We go
way deeper than what I showed you today.
Complete progression systems for ball
control, passing, shooting, defending,
and position specific skills. Plus,
expertly crafted training sessions for
all levels and all points of the season.
Phase three, physical dominance. How to
become the fittest, fastest, and
strongest player on your team, even if
you're not naturally athletic. We cover
movement mechanics, speed development,
strength training, and recovery
optimization. All designed specifically
for footballers. Phase four, tactical
intelligence. This is where we develop
your football IQ. You'll learn how to
read the game like players like Mudri
and Bosquettz. Make better decisions
under pressure and always seem to be in
the right place at the right time. Phase
five, opportunity creation. The exact
system for finding and contacting higher
level teams. Whether you want to play
for a better club, get recruited by
colleges, or even join a professional
academy. This includes our proven
messaging templates and contact
database. But that's just the
foundation. You also get my personal
professional contacts, direct access to
my network of coaches and scouts at
professionalmies and clubs worldwide.
Once you've completed the training, you
can reach out directly for trials and
opportunities. Ultimate trial guide,
complete preparation system for crushing
your trials and getting signed. Removes
all the nerves and uncertainty so you
can walk in with total confidence.
Exclusive pro player interviews. 1-hour
deep dive conversation with professional
players who made it to MLS, Europe, and
national teams. Get inside their heads
and learn exactly how they think and
train. Injury prevention and recovery
system. The same protocols used by elite
footballers to stay healthy and recover
faster than everyone else. Complete
nutrition guide. Meal plans and
nutrition strategies designed
specifically for developing footballers.
Behind the scenes at a pro academy,
exclusive look at what daily life is
really like at a professional academy so
you can start living like a pro before
you go pro. And don't think I forgot
about you goalkeepers. We also offer the
full goalkeeper accelerator training
program that my good friend and
professional goalkeeper Juliano Sanui
created. This is just as in-depth as the
player accelerator, giving you all the
tactical, technical, physical, and
mental training you will need as a
goalie. But here's what makes the player
accelerator different from every other
football program out there. You get
access to a private community of
ambitious footballers from around the
world. This isn't just a random group
chat. It's a brotherhood of players who
are all working towards the same goal,
supporting each other, sharing wins, and
pushing each other to be better. Our
community members regularly post their
progress videos, celebrate each other's
achievements, and even compete against
each other in special giveaways. Every
week I host live Q&A calls where you can
ask me questions directly and get
personalized advice for your specific
situation. Whether you're stuck on a
technical skill, need help with your
training plan, or want guidance on
reaching out to clubs, I'm there to help
you get unstuck and back on track. And
it's not just me. We regularly have
professional players join these calls to
share their insights and answer your
questions face to face. Now, normally
the player accelerator is $697. And
honestly, when you consider that a
single session with a highle private
coach costs $100 to $200 an hour, this
program pays for itself after just a few
sessions. But $697 is not the price
you're going to pay today. Because
here's the thing, there's never been a
better time to invest in your
development than right now. See, while
most players are doing random training
hoping a scout is going to just
magically pick them up off the street,
there's a small group of smart players
who understand that consistent
structured development is what separates
the average from the elite. Most players
train in cycles. They get motivated,
work hard for a few weeks, then life
gets in the way and they fall off. They
start and stop, start and stop, never
building real momentum. But the players
who commit to a proven system and stick
with it, those are the ones who make the
jump that shocks everyone. Those are the
ones who go from bench warmer to
starter, from good player to stand out,
from local level to getting scouted. The
difference isn't talent, it's commitment
to the right system. That's why I'm
offering the player accelerator for just
$397 right now. That's just $19 a day.
That's less than a ball or prime. Your
football career is worth more than a
bottle of prime to you, isn't it? One
thing though, I can only keep this price
until we hit full capacity. There's a
certain limit of players I could
personally help. And once we hit our
capacity limit, the price goes back to
$697 and then eventually up to $897. And
we'll stay there. And based on how fast
we've been growing, that's going to
happen sooner rather than later. But
wait, I'm so confident that this will
transform your game that I'm giving you
my personal guarantee. If for any reason
you're not completely satisfied with the
player accelerator in the first 30 days,
just let me know and I'll refund every
penny, no questions asked. That's how
confident I am that this works. Look,
you're at a crossroads right now. You
can keep doing what you've been doing,
random training, hoping something will
click. Or you can take action and give
yourself every advantage possible to
become the player you know you can be.
The players who join the player
accelerator don't just improve their
technical skills. They transform their
entire approach to the game. They
develop the confidence that comes from
knowing they're following a proven
system. They build a consistency that
separates good players from great ones,
and thousands of them have gotten insane
results. Your teammates will start
asking what you've been doing
differently. Your coaches will notice
the improvement immediately. And most
importantly, you'll have the confidence
that comes from knowing you're
developing the right way. But this $397
price won't last forever. Once you reach
capacity, it goes back to $697 and stays
there. And for those ballers who aren't
able to pay the full $397 upfront, don't
worry. We offer plans to help you if the
cost is still an issue. So, you can
split this up into 12 monthly payments.
Don't let this opportunity pass you by.

What's the best way to train as a footballer? Because there's so much expensive equipment you need to use and thousands of drills you need to do, it's impossible to know where to start. So, today that all changes because we're entering a new era of football training where average young players are signing for professionalmies. By training less, using only a ball and some cones and following simple drills every day to improve their game. This new system of training is what I call expert molding. More on that later. Look, this video isn't just some sessions and drills you can use to get better at football. Today, I'm sharing the full step-by-step blueprint to take you from wherever you are right now to the biggest leagues in the world in as little as 30 days by sharing multiple trading plans, [Music] exposing how to get your hands on the golden key to trading that the top 1% have all used. So, what you're telling me is what you do most of the time. >> I'm breaking down how the expert molding system works and how to use it yourself. So, you can reach your full potential in football and become the player you've always said you would. And these are just some of the results that regular average footballers have gotten so far by following the step-by-step blueprint that Amabaru show you. Like Adil who went from his grassroots team at 14 to signing with La Liga club Villa Royale on a scholarship. or Yousef who was playing on his average team in Germany and signed for Verde Breamman in the Bundesliga 6 months later. And I speak from experience when I share these methods. After joining my first team at 12, I was still playing on the worst team in the local Sunday league at 16. But at 18, I signed for a professional academy in the MLS. So in the next 40 minutes, I'm sharing the entire blueprint to help you become a standout player and reach the next level in only 30 days. And if you can't stay and watch a short 40-minute video to learn how to train so you can change your life forever, I'm sorry, but you're a lost cause and there's nothing I can do to help you. But if you watch until the end of the video, I'm actually going to give you a full 30-day weekly training guide specifically for the step in this blueprint where footballers get stuck at the most. But first, let me explain the way most footballers are starting out their training and why 90% of them never improve at all. Because there's three levels in this blueprint and it all starts with level one. Every professional player you see on TV, every player you admire, they all start exactly where you are right now. They weren't born with some magic football game. Messi wasn't born knowing how to dribble. Ronaldo wasn't born with perfect finishing. These guys developed their skills through very specific, repeatable training methods. And here's what's crazy. Most of these development paths are actually documented. You can study how these players trained when they were your age. You can see the methods that took them from beginners to pros. The problem is most beginners think they need to be creative and invent their own training methods. But why would you do that when you could just copy what's already proven to work? This is exactly what I did when I first started taking football seriously at 16. Instead of trying to figure out everything myself, I studied how players like Alfonso Davies developed, the guy who came from the same academy I eventually joined. I looked at what drills academy players were doing, research the training methods used by professional clubs, and found the progression systems that were constantly turning their kids into world-class ballers. And once I started following these sessions, instead of just doing random stuff, my improvement accelerated like crazy. Now, don't worry. Later, I'm sharing all these drills and sessions with you and explaining exactly how to copy these professional players yourself using the expert molding system. But all of that is going to be completely useless without knowing how to actually get there. So, let's move on to step two, which is where most beginners go wrong. And whether you know it yet or not, this might be exactly what you're doing right now. Because a typical beginner might train like this. They pull up to the field, do some juggling, then practice free kicks because they want to score like Ronaldo. then at the end work on some skill moves they saw Neymar do in a game. But at professional academy players training sessions look completely different. They have 14 to 16 targeted training blocks that build on each other. Every drill has a specific purpose. Every session follows a progression that's designed to develop multiple skills simultaneously. The difference is structure and progression. It's a system. Academy players don't do random drills. They follow structured training that's been designed to build skills in the right order at the right intensity with the right feedback. And this is exactly what I'm going to show you how to do. Look, I've seen friends and teammates train for years trying the same old methods, doing everything themselves with barely any improvement. They stay at the same level, constantly wondering if all the hard work is actually helping. Honestly, it isn't. So, I want to take all the guesswork out of the training and share the same progression system that academy players use, which I've slightly changed to help you get the same results on your own. And it's the last step in level one of the blueprint. the training that's going to help you reach the next level in your game, which I call the progressive overload through difficulty system. This is the same principle that professional clubs used to develop their players, and it's based on a simple concept. You start with the basics and slowly get harder and harder, challenging your technique until it becomes muscle memory. Most beginners skip this step. They want to jump straight to advanced skills without mastering the basics. But every pro player will tell you the basics are everything. So, I'm going to walk you through how to use it yourself, showing you a four-step dribbling plan, the same one I followed for months. Now, you can use this for passing, shooting, ball control, first touch, etc. So, don't worry. I break down when you should work on each different skill, what day of the week, how many reps, literally everything in the 30-day training plan. But first, I want to walk you through how it works for dribbling so you not only understand it, but you can start doing it immediately because every player in every position needs to be able to dribble the ball. And starting at level zero, this is simple basic dribbling with your laces, which is the right technique for driving the ball into space with speed. So before we go on to the more advanced drill, we got to understand the right technique for driving and dribbling the ball at a very basic fundamental level. And that is just understanding which part of the foot to use when driving and dribbling the ball into space. This drill works on exactly that. How you're going to set it up is you're going to have two cones marking a gate here and two cones marking a gate on the opposite side. This is to indicate a lane to drive into. Like let's say you're out wide, right? There's the lane that you have in front of you, the lane that you have with space. And this is just going to replicate that. So you're going to set up the two cones here. Ideally, not too big. So again, one, two steps and the cone on the opposite side, the again on the opposite side, just depending on the space that you want to work with. Ideally, mine would be one, two, 13, 14, 15. So I would have it somewhere around 15 ft. So this drill is super simple. Dribbling with your laces forward. All right? So just slowly go through it. So when I say laces, laces and just like slightly outside, which is the right technique to dribble the ball into space because in game if you dribble the ball with the inside, it's awkward and it's a lot slower because you're going against your body's natural movement. But when you're dribbling with the laces, as you can see, when you're running, you're running in this forward momentum. What's happening is your laces, your toes, so this part of the foot right here is guiding your movement in front. So that is the right technique and that is the quickest way to drive the ball with speed. And as you know with anything, speed kills. So, we're working on that at a very basic level. So, just laces dribbling the ball with speed. You can see how smooth it looks. That's the whole goal. So, you want to keep your head up as much as possible. At first, your head's going to be down just to like be intentional with it and see you making contact with the right part of the foot. And then progressively as you get better, you want to keep your head up. So, just to be aware of the visual surroundings of what's happening around you as you go through the movement. First, start off slow, just kind of going through it. Keep your head up. Whatever you can, rest, relax for a few seconds, and go back with the left foot. Right? Same thing. go super slow as you're going through the motion. Then come back, rest for a few seconds and then as you get better, what you can do is you can increase the length, right? Just to make it more challenging and you can go a lot quicker. You can even challenge yourself with taking a touch with every step or you can take a touch with every few steps to work on dribbling into space. So you can work on different techniques with this drill. So this is taking a touch with every step, just working on keeping the ball close. Then on the way back, you're going to want to do the same thing with the left foot. Boom. And then if I want to work on dribbling into space, I'll make this a bit bigger. Most beginners rush through this level because it seems too easy. But I'm telling you, if you can't dribble with perfect technique at speed using both feet, you're not ready for the next level. But if you are, let's move on to level one. Once you've mastered basic laces dribbling, we add an element of direction change while maintaining the same technique. The drill is pretty straightforward. It's a zigzag pattern. So you're going to place a cone 45°. Take six steps. Place the next cone. >> 1 2 3 4 >> 5 6. So this number to start off with is perfect. You can decrease the length as you get better throughout this drill to even challenge technique even more. But right now to begin with, you want to take six steps, which is the perfect length to start out with. So this drill is very straightforward. Just like the basic laces dribbling, you're going to want to use the laces technique. But there's an element of change of direction here. All right? Just cuz in a game you're not going to be dribbling in a straightforward momentum the whole time. So again, forward and then quick change direction. So increase the speed through challenge technique and have it become muscle memory. Going to go through one more time. Remember to work on both feet, right foot and left foot. Because in game the last thing you want is you're dribbling into space. You need to change directions, but you're using your left foot. But since you haven't worked on it and you're not comfortable with changing directions, you're incapable of executing what's needed to beat the defender or to cut back and to retain possession. What you can do as well, keep your body over the ball. It just helps with balance and stability as you go through the movements and helps to keep the ball closer to your foot. So here you can again do two things. Laces with every touch, right? Just keeping the ball close and then change directions. Or you can take a heavier touch to work on dribbling into space. Either one works. They're two different techniques, but they all reinforce the same principle, which is laces in a forward motion. One thing to take notice of is you can see the cone is right there. And the foot that's leading in this motion is the right foot. Right? So right here, you dribble with your right foot because then you can cut with the outside of your right. Okay? So as you see the cone there, why you don't want to use dribble with your right foot here? Because as you cut with the inside, now you have to rotate your whole body to get back into that forward motion, which is going to slow down your speed of play, which is going to slow down your game, right? So even paying attention to the little details like that are going to drastically help with your speed of play and how fast you are able to move the ball with the ball at your foot. Look at Messi. Perfect at this. Do this 10 times and don't move on to the next level until you can do this at full speed with perfect control. Because if you can't do this at full speed with perfect control, then that means you're not ready for the next level. You're not ready for the next progression. Progression two plus drill. Now here you're going to use five cones. You're going to place a cone and take five steps. 1 2 3 4 5. second cone and on the right, left, forward, five other steps to place the other three cones forming a plus with a cone in the middle. So, this drill is an addition to the zigzag drill. As you can see, it's a lot tighter than the zigzag. And in the zigzag drill, you're using your right foot and then your left foot in a singular motion. So, here there's no restrictions whatsoever, and you can get more creative as you go through the drill, and it will make it more harder the better you get at it. So here as you go through the drill, right? Again, there's no limits or to creativity. So you're just going to do whatever is the fastest way to get around these drills, right? Croeta, you can do a step over, whatever, but just go through it as fast as you can using your creativity and just letting it loose. You're going to go back in the beginning and then start over. Still avoiding inside foot controls because those are too slow. This is me going through the drill as fast I can at a very high level. So this is what it's going to look like. So I'm going to go through it. Then I'm going to add a step over here. Then you're going to change directions again and then start at the very beginning. This would be me doing the drill without adding the 1 v one element which you may find yourself in first beginning this drill. So take a look right without the 1 v one element. Going through it going through it. This drill teaches you to be comfortable changing directions quickly in multiple directions while maintaining speed and control. Progression three, 1v1 element drill. The final level adds a game realistic element that stimulates beating a defender. The drill may look a little weird, but it's very simple. So, you're going to add a gate at the end of the contraption in the middle, which is one 2 ft apart. Super super important, right? This is going to be the gate that we're going to be dribbling to after we enter the contraption in the middle. So the contraption in the middle is one, two, three, four steps. It's going to be a singular cone and then four cones off of one step on the right side. And it's going to be one cone here, which is one, two steps away from that little contraption. One cone again, one step and then four steps to the left. This is going to mimic defenders. So just like when you beat a defender in game or like just when you're engaging a defender, he might be forcing you out wide. So what these cones are resembling is a real defender and like it's real body shape. So defender's right here, right? The next defender is right here. So what you're going to be working on is obviously reinforcing the right technique with the laces. Taking a touch with every step. Laces. Laces. You can do a 1 v one move. Whatever 1 v one move you'd like. Then you're going to take a touch to the right as if you just beat that defender. And then whatever you want to do here, croet. And then again, laces driving into space. You just want to keep it as natural as possible and just go through the movement. So again, look, laces, laces, double step over, single step over, quickly explode into space. Right. I'm going to come back. Maybe reverse lost to gole chop quickly explode into space. Just like in a game, you get past the defender, quickly explode into space you just created. Some people get too comfortable with only the stepover. So when they beat a defender with a different move since they haven't worked on it when it comes to actually getting past the defender after they beat them, they're a little slow in the movement or they don't know which part of the right foot to use, defender catches up and gets them. So work on different combinations. Get yourself comfortable. Congrats, you're onethird of the way there. Now we move on to level two. I've just given you one of the most powerful training systems out there. And whilst you could do all these drills perfectly, if you're not getting feedback on your technique, you might be reinforcing bad habits. Think about it. When you're doing that laces dribbling drill, how do you know if your touch is actually improving, when you're working on the zigzag drill, how do you know if you're using the right part of your foot? The answer is you don't. And this is why some players can train for months without seeing real improvement. Professional players have coaches watching every rep they do. When they make a technical error, it gets corrected immediately. When they develop a bad habit, it gets fixed before it becomes a bad habit. But as a beginner training on your own, you don't have that luxury. When I was 16 playing Sunday league, my coach was some random parent who didn't have any professional experience. He knew nothing about football. And honestly, I thought I was cooked. But after discovering how insanely overpowered a professional level coach really was, I spent years researching the best way to become that coach for myself, fixing my own training in real time. And here's how it works. Record yourself doing these drills. I'm serious. Use your phone, set it up on a tripod, or lean it against something. I used to use my shoe and record yourself from different angles. Then watch the footage back and compare to how professional players do the same movements. Look for differences in technique. Are you keeping your head up like they do? Are using the same part of your foot? Are you maintaining the same body position? This is exactly what I did when I was developing my game. I record my training sessions, then spend time analyzing the footage to spot technical errors I couldn't feel in real time. This is the new method that's completely changing how football training is being done. No matter where you live, how good you are, or where you play, you can now get access to this brand new way of coaching. But here's a catch. This feedback isn't all equal. Some is way better than others. So, before I show you the next training drills to take you from this amateur level to pro, let's move on to the next step in this level of the blueprint and explain why a bad feedback loop could be hurting your game. Look, just because you or someone you know can watch your video and give you comments doesn't mean they can actually help you improve. You need guidance from coaches who've done it at the highest level, not just some random parent on your team, which is the biggest problem with football coaching apps and random YouTube channels. The information they give you might technically be right, but they don't understand the specific standards and requirements of professional football. When I was developing my game, I made sure to only learn from people who had actually been a part of professional environments. Coaches who had worked with academy players, former pros who understood what it really takes to compete at high levels. And when I did this, I discovered something the best players in the world have been talking about for years that nobody else was taken advantage of until now. Just take a look at this article about Neymar's dribbling. You may have even seen this for yourself where scientists found that he's on autopilot when he plays. Meaning he doesn't think, he just does, playing off of instincts. But I didn't just find videos of Neymar. You see, players had talked about it again and again like Hazard. >> So what you're telling me is what you do most of the time is instinct. >> Yeah, he's instinct. >> Riad Morz, >> I never trained. It's just like since I'm young. Yeah, it's like instinct. >> Even Messi said, "I never think about the play or visualize anything. I do what comes to me at that moment. Instinct. It has always been that way. But if all the pros are talking about instincts, why is none of the special training on YouTube telling you to do it? So, I spent years developing and perfecting a training plan to not only improve your technique, but help you play through instinct on the field. This is the golden key to football training that the pros have been hiding from you for years, and now I'm giving it to you. This is the second phase of training that most beginners never discover. The level that separates good technical players from players who can actually perform in games. It's called instinct driven training and it's based on one simple principle. In games, you don't have time to think. You need to react instinctively. Most training drills force you to think about what you're doing. But in a real game, thinking is too slow. You need your skills to be automatic, instinctive responses to what's happening around you. And here's how you develop that. Drill one, unrestricted dribbling. Find a full field or the biggest space you have available. You're going to dribble for 10 to 15 minutes straight. But here's the key. You're not going to follow any pattern or any specific drill. This drill is as simple as it sounds. You're going to dribble around. Just visualize different scenarios. This is what makes it game realistic. Defender right there. Double step over. Where you going? Single step over. Beat the defender. Come back and keep going continuous. You're going to find yourself in different parts of the field. And that's the point. Cuz in a game, you're not just going to be central or at wide. You might be the center back in game and find yourself in the midfield. You might be a striker in game, but find yourself in the midfield or out wide or as a fullback. You have to be able to play and be able to dribble in different parts of the field. And that's the beauty of this drill. You're going to continuously just go dribble dribble double step over single boom madonna. Just let your skills and your creativity take over. Do not force anything. Just let it come naturally. Again, we're rewiring our thinking process. Instead of training through a specific pattern, now we're letting our instincts take over. Doing whatever comes naturally. This is very important to rewire the way we think about the game and to be able to express ourselves, be more confident in our abilities, and trust our natural instincts. Cuz usually what happens in games are you make a mistake, you start overthinking. And now when you're engaging in a 1 v one or you're trying to get out of a tight scenario or think about what you should be doing and thinking is too slow. We want to play off of instincts because instincts is a lot faster than the thinking state of mind which drastically improves our speed of play. And while you're doing this drill, I want you to get even more specific and think of even more game realistic situations. Defender right here. I'm going to double step over, cut this way, then cut across and take another game. Right here, I'm going to go with the center back. I'm going to go across then take him, drive into space, cut back. The goal is to stop thinking and start trusting your body to make the right decisions. Rest for a few seconds. Catch your breath as you go through the movement and then go again. This drill massively works on stamina. If you become intentional with the exercise, you go as hard as you can, replicating a real game, and it's going to directly work on that level of stamina. And this is exactly how professional players train their decision-m and creativity. Drill two, unrestricted position work. This is the most game realistic drill I can think of. You're going to train in the position you play, visualizing game scenarios. Go to a UV position a game. And now remember, there's no limitation to this exercise whatsoever. If you feel like shooting, shoot the ball. If feel like dribbling. If you visualize a pass that you think that's going to happen in game, pass the ball. The idea of this exercise is to play like you would in a game in the exact position you would in a game. I'm a wing back, so I'm going to be right on the outside line, right out wide, where I'd be positioned in a game. And I'm going to go through the drill in the same intensity as if in a game, visualizing different scenarios and just letting my instincts take over and doing whatever naturally comes. Remember, visualization is going to be really important because that's what's going to make this really realistic. It's good to pre-plan what you're going to do, but you have to also be realistic. In a game, everything is improvisation based on what's happening actually in the game. That's what you do. That's what you react off of. And that's what I want you to think and I want you to get into the habit of because con drills remove the improvisation aspect which removes the reality of the game. So that's the opposite of what we want again. So as I go through, as I go through, now the defenders go down the by line. I look for the cross and I get into one v one with the center back. Double stepper got wide. I think I could finish it. That's where I shoot the ball. Now, as a winger, I'm going to find myself on the right and left side. So, I want you to work on both sides. If you're a center mid, you might work in the 10 roll and then also work in the A- roll. So, whatever position that you play or potentially might play, I want you to work directly in that position. So, do not treat yourself. If you're a winger, work on both sides because you never know when you're going to have to swap midame or the coach just wants you to play on the other side. You have to be adaptable and this drill is going to directly help you with that. Look, I want you to understand not every rep is going to be perfect. You're going to make mistakes. Your shot isn't going to go into the top right corner. That's the game because the goal isn't perfection, but the goal is to get as close to perfection as possible, and that's going to help with your consistency. Even if you don't hit perfection, you're raising that standard every single time, and you're raising your level, and that's what we want. Drill three, unrestricted shooting. Every player needs to be able to score goals regardless of position. But most shooting practice is too predictable. The ball is always set up perfectly. You have plenty of time, and there's never any pressure. Whether you're a striker, center back, right wing, left wing, center mid, 10, CDM, you're always going to find yourself in front of net and you have to be able to finish when your time comes. Obviously, as a forward, you're going to find yourself more up front near the box, getting more shots off and finding yourself more in front of the net. But as a center mid, even as a center back, the opportunity is going to come for you to finish and have a chance in front of net and you need to be able to capitalize on it. Just like every other drill, there's no restrictions. You want to visualize different situations you're going to find yourself in front of net. You got to get creative and let your instincts take over. Like right there, let's say I'm a left winger. I'm driving the fullax right I'm able to cut in and then I finish shooting the ball. You want to visualize different in-game scenarios that you would find yourself in. And that's the key intensity as intense as possible and let your instincts take over. Let your instincts take over and visualize different scenarios right there. Cut in. Boom. Another defender. Boom. Fake shot it. Then finish. A real game is super unpredictable and you need to get comfortable being uncomfortable with any type of ball that's going to just pop up randomly in front of net. Obviously again working on left foot as well. We don't just want to be one footed. So here, let's say I'm in the center of the net outside the box. I might not always get into a 1 v one. The ball just might pop up left foot and I just get comfortable shooting with that part of the foot as well. Getting the ball coming out. It's not every rep is going to be perfect. Just like in a game, you just have to keep being consistent and keep working on that ability. I'm going to go through a couple reps. Different scenarios I would find myself in game, different chances that might pop up. So right here, boom. Good try. So again, I might find myself in a 1 v one. I'm to cut outside and then finish it. See, I missed. That's natural, right? It's going to happen. Don't be afraid to try new shooting techniques. Don't be afraid to push yourself outside your comfort zone cuz in a game, you're going to find yourself in that opportunity. Are you going to shoot it? Are you going to pass it? Or are you not going to do anything? You want to be able to be that guy who's able to tuck away even those uncomfortable opportunities on the left foot. Again, see, I failed in that one, so I might do that again. Boom. The more balls you have, the merrier because the more reps you're going to be able to get in before you reset. Again, I have eight balls. So, after eight shots, I would need to get the balls and then I would reset. All right, so now you understand the two phases of proper football development and the training methods that are going to level up your game. But here's a problem most beginners face. They don't know which skills to focus on or how to structure their training to get maximum results. And I don't want you to go through the same struggles that I did. When I first started, I had no idea what I was doing. It took me years of trial and error to figure this all out. And I've seen thousands of other young ballers fail to make their dreams of going pro and making their parents proud come true because of the simple problem in their training. So this training system I'm about to share is so powerful. It's been the single reason that thousands of young average players have signed for professionalmies. And it's the first of two extremely important steps in this third level of the blueprint, which I call expert molding. It's a simple four-step system that takes the guesswork out of your development. And here's how it's done. Step one, pick two to three pro players in your position whose style matches yours. Instead of trying to copy your favorite players, find two to three players who play your position and have a style that matches your natural strengths or players that you really want to play like. If you're a small, quick winger, you might study players like Venicious Jr. or Bukayo Saka. If you're a tall, strong center back, you might focus on Virgil Van Djk or Ruben Diaz. The key is finding players whose physical attributes and playing style are similar to yours, so you're not trying to become something you're not. Step two, reverse engineer how they train. Once you've identified your model players, you research how they develop their skills. What training methods did they use when they were your age? What was their progression path? What specific techniques make them effective? You're looking for four areas. First is technical skills, which is ball control, passing, and shooting. Second is tactical understanding, which is positioning and decision-making. Third is mental strength, which is confidence and focus. And finally is fourth, which is physical attributes, which is speed, strength, and endurance. Then step three, build your personal training plan by copying their exact progression. Now you create a training program that follows the same development tricks used by those pro players. Slightly tweaked to suit your play style and situation. If your pro player focuses heavily on 1v one skills as a teenager, that becomes a priority in your training. If they were known for their crossing ability, you make sure crossing is a regular part of your sessions. Step four, run the plan consistently while getting expert feedback. Results snowball in weeks. Finally, you execute this training while getting regular feedback from coaches who understand highlevel football. This ensures you're not just copying blindly, but adapting these methods to your specific needs. The beauty of the system is that it's not guesswork. You're following proven plans that have already produced results at the level you want to reach. Now, look, here's the final step, and I'm going to be straight with you. There are no shortcuts in football. Anyone promising you quick fixes or magic solutions is lying. And honestly, this is the most important part of the whole video. The reality is that getting better at football and climbing up the levels, it takes hard work and a proper game plan. And guess what? The hard work is the easy part. Anybody can work hard, but there's a difference between working hard and working smart. And expert molding is the smartest approach I found for developing your skills efficiently. Instead of guessing whether you're improving, you get expert feedback that keeps you on track. Instead of hoping you'll eventually get noticed, you develop the specific skills and qualities that scouts and coaches are actually looking for. So when you go on trial, you actually ball out and make the team and make your parents proud. This is exactly how I went from only starting football at 12 to signing with a professional academy and made my mom and dad the proudest parents on earth. It's also how thousands of players I've worked with have made similar jumps and it's the only method I've seen that consistently produce results for dedicated players regardless of their starting point. A Turk trial with Gaotai. Daniel grassroots to pro academy player. Saurin trial with Sydney FC. Kai grassroots to LAFC. Elliot signing with Minnesota United. Eliza, Watford, as well as Soilick, Montas, and Noah, all representing their national teams on the pitch. Now, here's where I need to be honest with you. Everything I've just shown you works. The progressive overload system, the instinct driven training, the expert molding approach. I've seen it transform thousands of players games. But there's a difference between knowing what to do and actually implementing it correctly. And you've got three options from here. Option one, you could take what I've shared in this video and try to figure out the rest on your own. You could research your model players, create your own training programs, and hope you get the progression right. That's definitely possible, but it's going to take you months or even years to dial in all the details, and you'll probably make tons of mistakes along the way. It took me 2 years to figure all this out, and to be honest, that's 2 years that you don't want to waste. Option two, you could keep doing what you've been doing, showing up to the field doing random stuff, hoping something will click, watching other players improve while you stay stuck at the same level. But if that approach is going to work for you, it probably would have worked by now. Option three, you can let me take you by the hand and show you exactly how to implement everything I just taught you with the specific drills, the exact progressions, the model player breakdowns, and most importantly, the expert feedback that ensures you're doing everything correctly. See, here's what I've learned after helping over 3,600 players transform their games. The information isn't the hard part. The hard part is implementation. It's knowing which drills to do when. It's understanding how to progress from one level to the next. It's getting feedback when you're making technical errors you can't see yourself. And that's why I created the player accelerator. The Player Accelerator isn't just a course. It's like having your own virtual professional academy. It's the largest football development program ever created for young players who are serious about taking their game to the next level. Here's what you get inside. Phase one is mindset mastery. Meal plans and nutrition strategies designed specifically for developing footballers. Behind the scenes at a pro academy, exclusive look at what daily life is really like at a professional academy so you can start living like a pro before you go pro. And don't think I forgot about you goalkeepers. We also offer the full goalkeeper accelerator training program that my good friend and professional goalkeeper Juliano Sanui created. This is just as in-depth as the player accelerator, giving you all the tactical, technical, physical, and mental training you will need as a goalie. But here's what makes the player accelerator different from every other football program out there. You get access to a private community of ambitious footballers from around the world. This isn't just a random group chat. It's a brotherhood of players who are all working towards the same goal, supporting each other, sharing wins, and pushing each other to be better. Our community members regularly post their progress videos, celebrate each other's achievements, and even compete against each other in special giveaways. Every week I host live Q&A calls where you can ask me questions directly and get personalized advice for your specific situation. Whether you're stuck on a technical skill, need help with your training plan, or want guidance on reaching out to clubs, I'm there to help you get unstuck and back on track. And it's not just me. We regularly have professional players join these calls to share their insights and answer your questions face to face. Now, normally the player accelerator is $697. And honestly, when you consider that a single session with a highle private coach costs $100 to $200 an hour, this program pays for itself after just a few sessions. But $697 is not the price you're going to pay today. Because here's the thing, there's never been a better time to invest in your development than right now. See, while most players are doing random training hoping a scout is going to just magically pick them up off the street, there's a small group of smart players who understand that consistent structured development is what separates the average from the elite. Most players train in cycles. They get motivated, work hard for a few weeks, then life gets in the way and they fall off. They start and stop, start and stop, never building real momentum. But the players who commit to a proven system and stick with it, those are the ones who make the jump that shocks everyone. Those are the ones who go from bench warmer to starter, from good player to stand out, from local level to getting scouted. The difference isn't talent, it's commitment to the right system. That's why I'm offering the player accelerator for just $397 right now. That's just $19 a day. That's less than a ball or prime. Your football career is worth more than a bottle of prime to you, isn't it? One thing though, I can only keep this price until we hit full capacity. There's a certain limit of players I could personally help. And once we hit our capacity limit, the price goes back to $697 and then eventually up to $897. And we'll stay there. And based on how fast we've been growing, that's going to happen sooner rather than later. But wait, I'm so confident that this will transform your game that I'm giving you my personal guarantee. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with the player accelerator in the first 30 days, just let me know and I'll refund every penny, no questions asked. That's how confident I am that this works. Look, you're at a crossroads right now. You can keep doing what you've been doing, random training, hoping something will click. Or you can take action and give yourself every advantage possible to become the player you know you can be. The players who join the player accelerator don't just improve their technical skills. They transform their entire approach to the game. They develop the confidence that comes from knowing they're following a proven system. They build a consistency that separates good players from great ones, and thousands of them have gotten insane results. Your teammates will start asking what you've been doing differently. Your coaches will notice the improvement immediately. And most importantly, you'll have the confidence that comes from knowing you're developing the right way. But this $397 price won't last forever. Once you reach capacity, it goes back to $697 and stays there. And for those ballers who aren't able to pay the full $397 upfront, don't worry. We offer plans to help you if the cost is still an issue. So, you can split this up into 12 monthly payments. Don't let this opportunity pass you by. Click the first link in the description right now and secure your spot in the Player Accelerator while you still can. Your transformation starts today.
