What’s New: Video Progress, Podcasts, and Better Team Collaboration
Over the last few weeks, we’ve introduced powerful new ways to manage videos, create audio content, and collaborate with your team. These updates are designed to give you clearer visibility into your learning progress, more creative output options, and smoother team workflows.
✨ Features
Video Watch Status and Kanban Board View
You can now track the progress of your videos using clear watch statuses: To Watch, Watching, Watched, On Hold, and Dropped. A new kanban board view lets you organize videos visually across these stages, with drag-and-drop support for quick updates.
For added flexibility, you can:
- Bulk update the status of multiple videos
- Filter videos by watch status
- Switch between grid, list, and kanban views
- See status badges directly on video cards
Your preferred view is saved automatically for future sessions.
Podcast Creation and Management
We’ve introduced a brand-new Podcasts section that lets you turn notes, videos, or files into audio podcasts using ElevenLabs text-to-dialogue AI. With a dedicated interface, you can create, list, play, and delete podcasts in one place.
Podcast creation includes:
- Selecting different content sources
- Customizing speaker count, tone, and language
- Access to dialogue scripts and an integrated audio player
This feature is fully integrated with LunaNotes’ AI tools, opening up new ways to repurpose and consume your content.
Team Sharing and Notifications Enhancements
Collaboration is now clearer and more controlled. We’ve added a “Shared With Me” section where you can easily find files and notes shared by your team. Sharing options now allow better control over team access and permissions.
We also introduced a notification preference toggle for team sharing events, giving you more control over when and how you receive alerts.
These updates continue to push LunaNotes toward a more visual, collaborative, and multi-format learning experience. As always, we’re iterating quickly and building based on how you use the product—more improvements are already on the way.
