so my name is richard doyle and i am with relate IQ we're just down the street over on University and ever since
ever in the area of the product for you to come by and have a beer but we're here today to kind of tell you a little
bit out related human what we do kind of what we believe in so to start with the best way to start is going to tell you
about how we were found it and kind of the background of us so we found it just a little over two years ago and both of
our founders Stephen Adam viewed CRM is being broken and the reason they viewed CRM is being broken it's a great record
keeping tool traditionally kind of like a file cabinet but that's really all it is is a file cabinet and it takes a lot
of your time update that file cabinet and maintain the data inside it so what they found is that the data was usually
either out of date or just useless because people hadn't been accessing it so they sent out to redevelop CRM and so
we actually identify ourselves as relationship intelligence you'll see that in all of our branding on our site
and so with that said there was seven pillars that our founders aimed at developing our platform on today we're
only going to talk about four really quickly but those four pillars will give you an idea of who we are so the first
pillar is the one that really addresses that initial issue of the time do you spend updating it your CRM so whether or
not your BC seeing an email address which I'm sure all of you have done at one point or another copy and pasted
meetings into a CRM or even had to add notes what would we do the first pillar of those four is automatic data capture
so the idea is we will go ahead and connect with various data sources the primary which is going to be your email
account will automatically collect emails contacts calendar events across your various networks and will
automatically filter and then file those into your accounts and opportunities so to give an example of that let's say
that you're working with Google on some sort of deal and you forgot to add an email in
there or you don't know who else is open with Google in the last week if you want to really like you and you look at
Google all of your team's activity will be there they didn't have to spend their friday night the previous week updating
their CRM it just simply exists there so that's really the first goal remove that manual data input need that exists with
your traditional static sea hours so that's the first pillar the second pillar is going to be collaboration and
deployment so traditional CRM is very very difficult to deploy union admin there's a lot of training involved I can
take months if not years to it but I deploy a large Sierra we've taken a different approach you can actually
deploy really like you within hours if not up in the large team within days of creating your first account with us once
you've done that's very very simple and you don't need an admin as well so once you've done that it's very very easy to
go ahead and collaborate and I apologize that will show some of this so once you've done that it's very easy to go
ahead and collaborate so as you can see here we can actually go and we'll look at its good tubular really quickly and
you can see here's all my communication so all of that is now they're readily available for us to do and I didn't have
to import any of that my team is now aware of what communication we've had with these accounts I didn't have to
actually go ahead and contact them or sync with that on what's going on and if I do need to collaborate in some way or
another I need to add some sort of comments I can call it up a team member simply by taio you can add simple also
if you die but a team members name it'll automatically find that for you and we also have task management and things
like that within the platform so we kept very easy to collaborate across your team part of this also is going to be
transparency to communication we do have privacy settings behind that so you can choose what you do want to share the
idea is that you do have the ability to very easily share that data the third pillar is going to be
mobile unfortunately do not have the new device so I'm not going to jump into the mobile platform but the idea behind
mobil is that you need to have access to your data from anywhere if you've used your current CRMs mobile solution you
can do a few things on there what we really want you to have the ability to do is manage update and add any sort of
account opportunity from anywhere no different than if I just left a meeting right now I get very easily added no
comments out team members if you of who are here and they would be readily aware of what's going on with that account the
fourth and final pillar is going to be a layer of data science so this is actually the area we're mostly watching
your baths and they had tea here is I mentioned before about how we have a file cabinet just mention this last one
that will go ahead and do questions so the file cabinet so the data science layer is to leverage that activity to
help you with your relationships so to give you an example of that we can actually go ahead and jump in the home
there's actually some live ones here I believe so here's to great ones i have two from Rodrigo and pre-owned they both
asked me questions actually since we've been here at this meet up and I had not responded so we're letting kids actually
noticed that they've asked me questions notice from our past communication that the sentiment is urgent and that I need
to respond and so once I've respond to them this will disappear but I can respond within platform but the idea is

sure that you're always up to date and also that you're not dropping the ball with your relationships so that goes a
little bit more in depth but that kind of gives you an idea of the four pillars and they're really make us unique and
that all wraps together to kind of the what we do and that is to power the world's professional relationships with

if you're using exchange you're using google apps that's your data that you're responsible for updating and you're held
accountable for that and so what really lecture does is we will connect with that that's the very very basic level

of your contacts have already email you right now sir your contact would be my real it a coincidence within about two
minutes so that's another nice thing you don't have to leave your email account if you're sending emails under change

follow up into after that meeting really like you would actually look to see how much communication we had prior to that
how how far across that was spread if I'd been in communication with you for a year or a week what the communication
was like during that communication and based on that it's just that I fault with you in either a day world really
depending on how strong our passions and how urgent is that all up we have time for our one last question guys and
actually no one minds I'll take it oh good greater so there's two plants out that we have a small team plan so if
you're with a smaller kind of start up or you don't need some of the functionality it's forty nine dollars
per user per month and then the business level is ninety nine dollars per user per month and all that's available on
