Introduction
Welcome back to another exciting episode of Zero to Zillion with Midai! In today’s video, we dive into a typical day filled with hustle, insights into entrepreneurship, and planning the next big move. We discuss everything from podcast interviews with SaaS experts to structuring business offers and contemplating a move to Dubai. Whether you’re a budding entrepreneur or just curious about the world of business, there's something valuable to learn here.
Morning Routine and Priorities
On January 29th, I woke up early, around 7 AM, after a restless night filled with thoughts about my business strategies. The first thing I did was get ready, prioritize my to-do list, and prepare for a busy day ahead.
Key Highlights of the Morning:
- Morning Chat: Spent time with family, strengthening my roots.
- Workouts: A crucial part of my daily routine that sets the tone.
- Calls Scheduled: A series of important calls starting at 10 AM, including coaching sessions and project updates.
The Hustle Continues
As the day progressed, I wrapped up several tasks, including reviewing drafts of content I’d filmed in December. The videos are promising and likely to resonate well with the US market once published.
Key Meetings Include:
- Client Coaching Call: Personal interaction to help guide clients in their respective journeys.
- Podcast with Rob Walling: A fantastic opportunity to learn from a successful SaaS entrepreneur. We covered critical aspects of scaling businesses, especially in the B2B space.
- Next Steps: After the podcast, I have back-to-back calls, continuing the momentum of the day.
Evening Insights: Learning from Industry Leaders
After finishing the podcast with Rob Walling, it became clear how important bootstrap strategies are in the SaaS landscape. Rob shared insights on scaling companies, specifically emphasizing that he predominantly invests in B2B SaaS ventures. This connection opened up valuable discussions on:
- Valuation Frameworks: Understanding how to assess startups in the SaaS sector.
- Building Relationships: The importance of networking in achieving business success.
With insights from Rob, I reflected on my company’s structure and began drafting plans for improving our current offerings, including high-ticket coaching packages and advanced funneling strategies.
Reflections on Business Structure and Offers
Over the past month, I evaluated the services offered by my marketing agency. Currently, we have a $10K coaching offer, and I'm working on introducing a $30K offer to cater to a more expansive clientele.
Strategies in Development:
- Funneling Media Services: Enhancing our done-for-you services.
- Coaching Packages: Focusing on high-quality interactions with clients.
- Funneling Academy: Creating courses based on my journey to building a million-dollar agency, including podcasting skills.
Thoughts on Relocation to Dubai
The conversation about moving to Dubai has been a significant theme lately. While some family members express concern, most friends who live there paint a positive picture of the opportunity Dubai presents for entrepreneurs.
Perspectives on the Move:
- Business Growth Opportunities: Potential access to a vibrant ecosystem of entrepreneurs.
- Networking: Engaging physically with like-minded individuals and influential leaders.
- Personal Growth: Addressing my fears of loneliness and finding a supportive peer group.
Conclusion: Embracing Challenges to Grow
As I wrap up my thoughts after a packed day, I reflect on the mental constraints that inhibit growth. It’s crucial to acknowledge these barriers; only then can we learn and evolve.
In today’s competitive environment, persistence and adaptability are key to breaking past the proverbial glass ceiling. The month has been a mixed bag of travel, self-reflection, and strategic planning, all directed toward achieving my business aspirations.

what is up everybody this is midai welcome back to another video of Zero to zillion and uh today is 29th of January
and it's 9:15 p.m. I woke up at like 7:00 because you know after my workout I had a chat with my family then I
couldn't sleep I was you know doing some research on something which I need to and it took me around 12:30 something
like that to actually fall into sleep and I woke up at like 7: 7:30 and got ready and had some chat you know got few
of my too list done and you know kind of giving priorities to my team I have my calls starting at 10:00 and I have a
meal which I need to complete right now and after that I have another call then have a client's coaching call then a
podcast then another client call then two other uh things we are working as on a project with a different coach so
those are like that's how my day looks like my day should be done by like 4:30 uh it starts at 5:30 in the evening I
should be done with my day and uh then I'll be working out and getting back to my routine so that's pretty much it for
now and uh yeah I've been seriously considering few things uh you know in terms of how my company is structured
and what I'm going to change and whatnot and because of the conversation I had with few friends who are living in Dubai
I'm also kind of planning my way to actually move there and bunch of other things which I'm going through right now
so yeah that's pretty much it uh and getting back to work uh I also have received first drafts of the content
which I shot in like December and uh with like proper video editing and stuff and I'm reviewing them they look quite
promising and uh yeah I'm assuming that these will actually it once I actually start posting content in the US market
that's it for now getting back to work hey guys so done with bunch of stuff and now off to an interview with
Rob Walling and he's an amazing SAS entrepreneur and uh he runs a one of the largest SAS communities especially
focused on bootst SAS our you know low cost effective marketing and growth hacks which is what we're going to learn
podcast with Rob Walling pretty amazing guy shared a lot of knowledge about how to actually go about building startups
how to scale companies why bootstrap is a much better way the AI and how it could impact the SAS World his personal
Journeys and we talked about a lot of things I mean he literally built drip.com and he sold it for crazy amount
that he never need to work again and he dropped amazing value on how somebody could actually build a business
especially in the software space and successfully grow it and he opened up something very interesting in my head
which is almost there are zero companies he has invested in on seeing who are into b2c space and who are successful
SAS companies so he only invest in B2B SAS companies and he gave a framework around how he looks at we talked about
valuations and many more and it was really really nice podcast overall so if you need to check that out go check out
the kilai show and Rob whing the episode should be right there and you should learn a lot uh from this guy pretty
smart and he runs a conference where there are tens of thousands of SAS entrepreneurs it's called microcon and
he also runs a startup accelator called Tiny Seed and he invested in 170 companies so that's some big ass
business so that's it for now and I'm getting back to my work three backtack calls before I finish my day and it's
almost 2:30 so I have a call from 2:30 to 3:30 3:30 to 4:30 4:30 to 5:30 let's go hey guys what is up it's almost 4: in
the morning and I'm done with bunch of my also have one last call to finish the day strong and uh you know we kind of
reviewed our offer and made it better so we have a 10K offer already now I'm coming up with a 30k offer like so
that's going to be like my main two product suits in my coaching site especially for the Phil clients brand
and uh so we have our funneling Media Services where we actually done for you stuff we are adding more Partners to
scale that up there and we have our Phill clients where we have coaching 10K 30k stuff and U then we have like our
funneling Academy where I'm trying to create code courses about how I build a million dollar marketing agency you know
kind of add some podcasting courses there and kind of create like a funneling community in a longer run and
uh you know make it accessible affordable for so many more people to come in and learn and uh yeah pretty
much very interesting stuff to actually work on so this product suit you know I don't believe in that usually but when
you actually reach the million dollar Mark and you want to scale past that you know hit the 10 you want to have some
level of that because people if you want more High ticket buyers and you want them to get the most impact out of your
business which is helping them hands on you really want them to taste something before they come and free stuff is great
that's why I'm focusing on my personal brand but having this value ladder can absolutely help them to ascend easier so
I don't personally recommend my clients for doing less than million dollars a year I'm doing that because I've already
passed that Mark so that's it for now what's up everybody it's almost 5:30 in the morning 30th of January month is
almost ending and uh yeah this month was very interesting because the first week I was just traveling in Dubai the second
week I was just with my family and having some fun time there the third week I have kind of reviewed my business
because it's New Year that's when I got back I kind of had a very interesting self-reflection on where I was doing
wrong what I was doing wrong and uh there were very very mental constraints you know different mental constraints
I'm actually having in my own mind which are not allowing me to scale to that $1 million Mark but I am working towards
embracing them and fixing them and that's where it starts if you don't accept that you have something wrong
with you you can never fix it and uh you know it took me so much time to actually like realize that but I want to save you
some time that's why I'm giving you this advice you might be doing something wrong be willing to accept it and keep
learning from mentors I've had amazing conversations with chrisly uh a lot of my podcast guests Alex Shar and my
previous Mentor Brendon hamos and everybody else who I'm closing business with and they have been giving me very
interesting insights on how entrepreneurs actually behave at different levels and there is always a
glass ceiling you imagine in your own head and we need to break past uh to kind of hit that different stage I
believe I'm breaking that right now now other than that we're done with almost the day and uh I will be again
getting my hyper hydration done and I'll be working out today as well because I promise I'll at least do five workouts
and uh with that I should wrap my day after my workout and peace for now I'm feeling stupid because I literally
myself and I was thinking about too many things while I was actually driving back and I literally forgot my gym bag I have
my shoes in there my gloves in there my water bottle in there and my headphones in there and many
changed my bag I added more stuff into it so I literally forgot that I need to take my bag but anyway got the bag I'm
and for press chest and tricep I've been doing abs lately so pretty soon you guys see me with a
workout done and uh yeah you know you I bet you guys can't be as stupid as me uh sometimes when I forget my gym bag uh so
funny me okay uh other than that yeah I'll call my family chat for 15 minutes watch some comedy and pretty much sleep
unlike yesterday we actually wasted a lot of my time on my phone uh I'm thinking about a lot of stuff at one
time I will be getting to sleep hopefully yeah and U one more thing you know I've been asking more and more
people about you know my you know thought process to move to Dubai if it's a good move or not and uh there is again
it's a very debatable thing if somebody should move to a different country or not and uh I'm hearing very mixed
responses obviously my family don't want me to move because they'll miss me obvious it's like pretty straightforward
obvious and uh uh you know there's different type of friend groups I'm actually trying to you know get some
info from and uh there is one type of friend group who are like excited that I'm going there is one typee of friend
group who don't want me to go there is one type of friend group who are just saying it would distract me there's one
type of friend group who are like just welcoming me to come to Dubai and whatnot so I mean I'll just summarize
for you whoever actually been to Dubai and are living there I haven't heard a single complaint everybody's like
recommending it and uh you know everybody else is not recommending it so that's kind of how I categorized again I
want to take an unbiased decision I don't want to make it emotional or you know if I want to go for myself or you
know all of that stuff I want to think about like my business goals and uh what will help me reach there faster so you
know I'm definitely limited by uh you people who I could learn from in the country I'm inan of course there is
online Consulting I won't debate it that's how I've been actually coming here so far but if I could meet and
greet and do physical podcast and be on other people's podcast speak on stages and you know get along with billionaires
in Dubai it's going to be fun and it's just a matter of time for me uh so that's kind of how I'm actually thinking
you know I mean there is other benefits you know I could stay focused the infrastructure is great the friend
circle is great there is always people who I could learn from and there is tax advantage and a lot more stuff but those
are all like secondary like the first thing is I'm always thinking about like my business and how it could help me to
achieve my business goals so that's how I'm thinking about making the decision but that's pretty much it so you know
mixed interests mixed Concepts I'm thinking towards my business but in the end I'll make a very logical decision I
haven't made a decision yet I'm kind of in the process of making a decision and uh yeah uh hoping to get a firm decision
and move ahead or completely cancel because you know the only reason I would cancel is if there is more things I need
to take care of in India than anywhere else or uh if it is clear that I will actually get distracted if I into Dubai
like partying and girls and drugs or whatever that is which I I'm very confident I won't get into because you
know even those stuff are available even in Hyderabad if you really if I'm into it I will be already into it so yeah uh
so I am not super concerned about those stuff I'm more concerned about if I will defocus on my work if my productivity
will go down in any way but you I'm more of like alone guy who wants to work but I don't want to stay alone that's one of
the things which in my head I'm scared of like I don't like just being alone all by myself so that's why I will
probably try to find a peer Group which I'm close to or which I'm living together with in a bigger place
something like that so yeah I haven't decided yet but still you know thoughts just talking to the camera bye-bye so
with that being said said I'm changing my hand because iPhone holding it for a long time hurts even when
you're working out and whatnot and even when you're strong uh when you have strong arms uh because this is I don't
know 500 gr if I'm not mistaken with the pouch I have and with the card I actually add into it and whatnot so
coming back back to context so that's a mixed interesting uh debate which is happening and it's
almost 9:00 now I need to talk to my family and pretty much sleep that's it for today we'll sum up today's Z to
zillion show or episode whatever it is and bye for now once again this is me n Sai n bro drop out turn millionaire and
running my own marketing agency I'm just showing behind the scenes on what I'm going through on a day-to-day basis on
zero to zillion Channel thank you so much for watching this video consider like share subscribe and comment and
