This video presents a comprehensive Shopify dropshipping case study featuring claimed revenue figures ($54,000 in January 2026), detailed product research methods using AI and TikTok trends, marketing strategies focusing on emotional connection and creative Facebook ads, and supplier selection emphasizing speed and reliability. Many operational and strategic claims align with current ecommerce best practices and industry knowledge, such as using broad Facebook targeting, AI tools for store building and ad creation, and validating product quality through Amazon reviews. However, the financial claims regarding revenue and profits lack independent verification beyond the creator's screenshots. Similarly, marketing claims about the superiority of certain apps or the speed to professional proficiency via mentoring are somewhat overstated or unverifiable. Overall, the content provides valuable insights into Shopify dropshipping approaches, though viewers should cautiously interpret the revenue and profit claims without third-party proof. The video scores 80 for generally credible and actionable content with some unverifiable financial claims and minor promotional exaggerations.
Claims Analysis
The Shopify store started January 2026 with $0 revenue and reached over $54,000 by the end of the month.
The video shows a Shopify dashboard screenshot as proof, but this cannot be independently verified. Without third-party data or official sales reports, the $54,000 claim remains unverifiable.
Profit margin on the store hovered around 18-22%, resulting in just over $10,000 profit from $54,000 revenue.
Profit margin percentage based on claimed revenue is plausible but lacks external verification. Profit figures from dropshipping stores widely vary depending on costs and cannot be confirmed from the video alone.
From January 1 to February 10, 2026, the store's revenue reached about $69,000.
This figure is presented in the video via Shopify dashboard, but no independent validation exists outside the creator's data provided.
Product research criteria included emotional connection, problem solving, wow factor, high perceived value, premium quality, strong reviews, giftable, TikTok friendly, and low saturation.

I took a Shopify drop shipping store from absolute zero to over $54,000 from the start of January 2026 [music]
in the new year. But I'm going to be real with you. This isn't what you think success is. There were days where sales
plummeted. There were problems that almost killed the store. There were also pivots that saved it. That's [music] why
this case study is different from the other ones on YouTube. Now, before we get into it, guys, there is a like goal
of a,000 likes. I'm giving you guys a completely free case study and I'm being transparent and honest by showing you
everything [music] which most other people won't. So guys, the first thing that I want to do is show you the
Shopify dashboard to show you all the proof. So you can see here at the start of January 2026, we made $0 and at the
end of the month, we achieved $54,000 in revenue. So we took a brand new store from zero to $54,000. And you can see
the orders have been fulfilled. So this is a legit store. Now for those that are wondering what is the profit margin on
the store is hovering around about 18 to 22%. So it's not bad for a brand new store. If you do the math, it's coming
out to around about just over $10,000. Now just to prove that this is a brand new store, guys, you can see I've
changed the date from last year, December, completely flat. And then soon as the start of the year, we started
scaling the store. And you can see by the chart, it's scaling really nicely. It's not like the stores completely died
out, but like I said in the intro, there were days where the sales did plummet and we got scared. Now, at the time of
recording this, guys, it's actually the 10th of February. So, I'm actually going to show you the results from the 10th of
February till now. And you can see the numbers are now at $69,000. So, I'll keep updating you throughout
the year on how this brand new Shopify store is doing. But those numbers are impressive, especially as it's a brand
new store. And this just shows you guys that there's still loads of money to be made within the Shopify drop shipping
space as long as you do it correctly. And that's what I'm about to show you. So guys, like I promised, here's the
in-depth Myro board. You can see I go over product selection and product criteria, how we built the store, and
then the full ad creatives, and then most importantly, how we ran the Facebook ads. You can see it's the
complete Myro board that will be available for you guys to use right now in the pin comment and in the
description below. But if you appreciate the value guys, make sure you destroy that like button. So let's go over the
first thing. How did we find the winning product? So we have a product research criteria that we use all the time.
Number one, is there an emotional connection? Number two, is it a problem-solving product? Number three,
has it got wow factor? Number four, high perceived value. Number five, premium quality. Number six, strong reviews.
Number seven, giftable product. Can you gift it to somebody? Number seven, Tik Tok friendly because we want to run it
on Tik Tok and Facebook. And then the last one is low saturation. Is it within a big niche that is saturated, but we
can subniche it to a low saturated audience. Listen to what I just said. You find a super saturated market
because that means there's money to be made. And then you find a subniche that isn't saturated within that super
saturated niche. And then that's where you find the gold mine, guys. Saturation is a good thing. It's not a bad thing,
but you have to segment it out into unsaturated areas or audiences within that saturated space for you to make a
lucrative amount of money from it. So, here's step one. To find the product, guys, you're going to want to use an LLM
or an AI agent. For my choice, I'm going to be using Scopic AI as it is the powered AI agent for drop shipping
exclusively. Now, it's free to sign up, guys. You don't need a credit card, just an email and verify it. So, you're going
to paste this prompt here into your LLM of choice. For me, it's going to be Scopic. And then you're going to click
paste. And then you're going to send it. And now this prompt says, "Act as a Shopify drop shipping expert with over
30 years of experience in trend analysis and consumer behavior. Your goal is to identify upcoming currently trending
niches for Shopify drop shipping. Focus on niches that are gaining attention right now or about to have a strong
emotional buying behavior and allow for high perceived value products. So basically, I've given it a good prompt.
The thing with AI is most people use it wrong because they give it bad prompts. The prompts that I use with AI is
amazing because they're actually designed to work well with LLM. So, the first idea it gave me is sustainable,
eco-friendly home products, and it gives me the whole reason why it's a good option. I'm going to come back and say,
"Send me five niche ideas." You don't just need to go off the first response the AI gives you. A lot of people just
assume the first response is the best response. You're trying to build a memory with the AI so the responses
after get even better every time. So the first one is postpartum and breastfeeding support products. And then
it gives me all the reasons why this is an upcoming trend. Then it says smart home and IoT devices for pet owners.
Again, gives me all the reasons why. Then the next one is mental health and wellness products for teens and young
adults. So you can see it's giving me even more niches and all the reasons why. Now you can carry on and go back
and forth as long as you want till it keeps giving you more and more ideas. But make sure you read everything it
tells you because it's giving you the reasons why it's trending. It tells you the target customer, why people are
willing to spend money on it. It's important for you to read it. Most people with AI don't even read the
responses in full. They just quick read it and then they end up losing all the value. Now, once you've done this
correctly, guys, over around about 10 to 15 minutes, you're going to get three options. Good options, by the way. Now,
these three options that it gave me over a long period of time of going back and forth with it is Mother's Day, New
Year's resolutions, and Valentine's Day. At this point of recording, it's currently the 10th of February. So,
let's go into Mother's Day. I didn't choose Mother's Day because it's still too far away. March in the UK and May in
the USA. Since it's early, the trend hasn't fully started yet. And this is the key thing people miss out on. You
don't want to sell in a niche where it's currently on an uptrend aggressively. You want to try and find it before the
trend starts. So imagine a chart. You want to try and enter the chart very early on instead of halfway or at the
end because then you end up going against a decline in trend. So when you find out that Mother's Day in the UK is
March and May, you've still got enough time to wave to ride the wave of momentum. If we go over to New Year's
resolutions, I didn't choose New Year's resolutions because most people quit after a week. that makes it harder to
sell long term and the space is already crowded with big brands. Again, I don't want to compete with the big brands.
Then we got Valentine's Day. I choose Valentine's Day because it's already trending. It's driven by strong
emotions. We can find products with clear wow factor. The products connect deeply with customers on an emotional
level. If we go back up to what I just showed you a minute ago, we want emotional. So, if we look at my bingo
card, we have emotional connection. We have wow factor. We're going to have strong reviews. We're going to have low
saturation, giftable product, high perceived value, premium quality. Most things on my bingo card can be checked
off. And that is what you always want to do. You don't have to have all of these, but you need to have more. And the more
you have, the better it's going to be. You can literally print screen this, give it to the AI you've been chatting
to, and say, "Look, out of all these options you've given me, does that niche have these? How many of it does it have?
Be brutally honest with me. Don't tell me what I want to hear." And it's important you tell the AI that. and then
it will be very honest and tell you how many of these that you actually have if you don't know yourself. Okay, let's
move on. I kept the next step very simple. Instead of using spy tools again, I decided to take a different
approach and go straight to Tik Tok and I searched for things like Tik Tok made me buy it, Amazon's finds, and then I
started liking and commenting and sharing drop shipping related posts. I did this until my for you page was fully
optimized and only showing products and content. Once that was done, I spent a few more hours scrolling and analyzing
products. So essentially guys, this is still one of the best methods today. You essentially go on Tik Tok on your mobile
device and you search for things like Tik Tok made me buy Amazon finds. And then when you do that, you could do
Valentine's Day because that's what I've found a Valentine's Day niche. And as soon as you go through those keywords,
you're going to see it videos talking about Amazon finds, Tik Tok made me buy this. You need to watch the videos for
longer than 10 seconds. You need to like, you need to comment, and you need to repost. Now, as long as you do that
on around about 20 videos, your for you page should now be covered in videos from drop shippers or e-commerce brands.
So, when you doom scroll, at least you're doom scrolling based on seeing products that can make you money. Now,
if you want, you can make a separate Tik Tok account for doom scrolling for drop shipping products, or you can use your
actual account. It's up to you. I usually have private accounts where I create loads of accounts and I find
products on those different accounts because you want your whole feed to be based on what Tik Tok shown you. And the
good thing with the Tik Tok algorithm is it will only show you relevant videos on your for you page. They ain't going to
show you videos from, you know, eight months ago or 3 months ago. The Tik Tok algorithm is designed to show you the
latest videos. So although yes, you went on to Tik Tok made me buy this Valentine's Day and those old videos
from 3 months ago have shown up, when your algorithm understands what you're interested in, it will then show you
relevant new videos within that industry. And that's the key point, seeing relevant new videos based on what
you want to see. So as soon as you got the algorithm in clutch mode and it shows you relevant videos on those
topics, drop shipping products, ecom products, you're already set to look at those videos on your feed. Now, from
that process, I narrowed it down to products that were getting real engagement. So, when I went on the
comment section, there was loads of people commenting and replying to the comments and having discussions,
products that looked easy to market. So, when I look at the product, do I say to myself, is it a no-brainer? Does it make
sense? Will people understand it straight away without too much explanation? It's as simple as that.
Products that have a strong visual appeal. So, when you see that product, does it visually overwhelm you in a
positive way? Does it make you think, "Wow, that product's left something on my mind. I want to come back to it. I'm
probably going to search for it again tomorrow, or I'm going to watch a YouTube video about it." That's how the
product's going to make you feel when you see it. There's no way there's a giant rose teddy bear. There's no way
that exists. You end up getting interested. You search for on YouTube, you search for it, you know, online, all
of these different things. And that's the kind of product that you want to have. So, based on that, guys, I
narrowed it down to three different products that I kept seeing on my page. So, number one was this rose pendant
teddy bear, then this fluffy teddy bear with roses, and then this necklace where it shows a family portrait within it.
These were the three products that I narrowed it down to based on what I was seeing. Now, remember, I'm showing you
images of these, but there was videos on Tik Tok for each one of these products. Now, if I can find them again, I will
put them on the screen. So, let's have a look at product number one, guys. The reason I didn't move forward with it was
no strong wow factor, very limited content ideas, hard to make engaging Tik Tok videos, mostly seasonal for
Christmas, not exciting enough to test. Because of that, I decided not to sell it and move forward for better options.
So, here's the video for that product. Now, I must say the packaging itself and the unboxing experience is what made
this product do so well. The actual physical product itself, like this is the wow factor, like the burning of the
heart. Now, your supplier is definitely not going to do this. and the custom packaging of the couple. Again, your
supplier might be able to do that, but this is essentially what product you'd get. The product itself is very, very
good, but recreating this packaging experience, let's be honest, guys. Your drop shipping supplier from China is not
going to be able to do this. So, that's why, unfortunately, it's a big issue for me to sell. If I could redo this whole
packaging, that would have made it a lot better. But, I got to be realistic with what I've got. Then, we've got product
number two, which is the teddy bear with roses. The reason I didn't move forward with this one is it's just a teddy bear.
At the end of the day, it's just a teddy bear. No strong wow factor, very limited creative angles, hard to make it feel
premium, and didn't seem like it would scale. This is the video, guys. You can see in the see-through bag, it just says
I love it, and it's a teddy bear. Overall, it did pretty well, but I just don't think it's overwhelming like the
first products unboxing. And again, the product itself is very mediocre. Now, product number three, which was this
necklace. The reason why we chose this product is strong wow factor necklace reveals creates a surprise. Easy to
create variations. Proven product from past years. So I was able to find out from the past years on Tik Tok. This
product has consistently done well. Recent Tik Tok virality. So recently it's done well again. Not just from the
last year. It's done well again this year. Plenty of creative angles for content. So let me show you guys the
video quickly. So it shows here Valentine's Day gift for your girl.
shows it in this box. At this point, this guy's just yapping on. If we just spade it on a little bit. Now, remember,
this is an organic video, not an ad. So, that's why it's a long video. You can see you got this rose on the top and
then underneath it, you have the necklace. Now, the key takeaway is that it didn't really matter whether I chose
a product one or product two or product three. All three of these products had videos that went viral within the last
30 to 40 days. There was a huge signal with recent virality is one of the most important factors when selecting a
product because it shows real demand right now, not months ago. A lot of drop shippers look at products that did well
years ago, just say, "Well, that's proof," and then end up trying to sell it. And that's the problem, guys. You
need to look for recent real demand and actual market confirmation, not from years ago. Not only that, but I was also
looking for products that I could test fast with low effort. Drop shipping is all about moving quickly. When you
combine speed with quality, you want products that fit both. The goal is to find products that meet the criteria,
are easy to test, and allow you to move fast without over complicating things. So my product validation in the end guys
was this. Check competitors using Winning Hunter. So what I did guys is I went on to Winning Hunter. I typed in
the name of the product and I did different variations of the product name. I got AI to tell me different
names that I could search for on an ad spy tool to find relevant ads and it gave me a massive list to use and you
guys can do the same thing. So, I started with Rose Teddy. I filtered it by English and I filtered it by ad
spend. So, ad spend meaning that all the ads that I'm seeing are spending the most money. And you can see that I came
across all of these. This was one of the products that I found. It's the same product that I found that I wanted to
sell. Now, it doesn't have to be the exact same product, but it has to be very similar. Here's another one, guys,
here of another ad. Here's another ad here, guys. You can see loads of ads for the same product. Now, what I can also
do on here is I can click these three dots and I can click find competitors with AI. So, it makes it even easier for
me to find even more ads being run for the same product. And just like that, you're going to be able to see even more
ads being ran for the same product. Now, what you also want to do is you also want to filter the dates by ads created
in the last 90 days. That way, the ads are from the last 90 days, not from years ago. Now, based on that, guys, I
was able to find my competitors. So, I found sparkly.com. I found this one here. I found madfarose.com
and then because I found these three big competitors, I can search for them on the ads library or on winning hunter. So
I can find the page and then find their ads by searching for their brand name on the ads library or on winning hunter.
Soon as you've got the website, you can find the Facebook page, find their Facebook page name, and then search by
it. And then you can see what active ads they're currently running. So check this out, guys. I'm on Winning Hunter again.
I type in Sparkly Roses. I scroll down, and look at this. I've just found their store here. So, I can click on this and
now it's going to filter everything by their ads. So, look at this now, guys. I'm seeing all of the ads that they're
currently running. So, as soon as you find competitors, you can search for them on the search bar. And you can see
I found it there. And now I can see all of the active ads they're currently running running. You can see from two
weeks ago, from 3 weeks ago, these are all the ads that they're running. And what I can do is I can actually filter
this by from newest to actual ad spend. And then I can change the dates from ad creation the last 90 days. So I'm using
it based on which ads they're spending the most money on and most importantly which ones are spending the most money.
So these are the most recent ads they've done. And look, these are generating $300,000, $25,000, $25,000. And this is
the exact product that we chose. So you can see it right here, guys. So just by using Winning Hunter in this method,
it's such a powerful way to validate the product based on real data because you can see this brand spending tens
hundreds of thousands of dollars running ads for this product. And out of all the products they're selling, they're
selling a load of different products. They're selling roses. They're selling a sparkly rose. The one they're spending
the most money on, funny enough, is the product that I chose. So, the point that I'm trying to make is when you find a
page and they're selling multiple products, but the one that you found is the one they're spending the most money
on, that is a great signal. Then, what I did, guys, is I checked on Amazon for the quality. So, I found Amazon links
for the product and I just wanted to make sure that the quality was good. And you can see here 4.7 star reviews based
on 286 people, which is good because it tells me that the actual product quality itself is high quality. The Amazon
reviews are way more authentic than AliExpress or Chinese supplier reviews. So, it gives me the confidence to sell
the product because I know that the customer shouldn't return or refund the product because it's already got a high
quality on Amazon. Remember, these guys on Amazon literally get the same products from the same place, but
they've now got it on an Amazon warehouse. They're doing FBA essentially. So, we now know the product
is good quality, which is the last thing that I care about because I don't want high return rates. I don't want high
refund rates because what's the point of scaling a store and then having to refund all the customers? It makes zero
sense because your ad cost can't be refunded. So the key takeaways guys is I found competitors already selling the
product making money. Then I confirmed it with real demand by using Winning Hunter. The product had strong reviews
which is good for me and that is the mindset you need to have guys when doing product validation. I literally just did
it with you there and that's how I do it all step by step. There is no other way that I do it. That is literally the
foundations of how I find winning products. Now, the Shopify store itself was very simple. We used an AI page
builder called Scopic AI to build the store. Now, Scopic AI is a page builder. It's not free. It is a paid one. It's
$50 a month. And you can create multiple pages just by copying and pasting a URL from a competitor. It creates the
images. It creates the brand name. It creates the logo. It creates the brand color kit. And essentially all you need
to do is add a few little things on top like custom apps, maybe a few different sections like we did using the Sidekick
AI. Sidekick AI is essentially Shopify's new AI agent where you can literally give it a prompt and you can reference
another website Shopify store and take a screenshot and say remake this section but for my brand and it will recreate
the whole section. So, we did an AI page builder, Scopic AI, to do the full branding, the full page. And then we use
Sidekick from Shopify, but I used my Sidekick prompt GBT. I actually created a custom GBT prompt for Sidekick so that
you can literally give it your brand name, your brand details, your product details, and then it will create the
prompt to give to Sidekick, and it creates stores that you can literally see on my screen. Literally, creating
Shopify stores today is not hard, especially with page builders. With Sidekick AI, you can literally create
any Shopify store you want in the matter of about 30 minutes. But let me break down the reason why this store converted
so well. Number one, guys, look at the color psychology. We used pink, white, and black. We're trying to attract
females or we're trying to attract boyfriends to buy the product. Guys, we're going for like a loving
relationship style color kit. We've called it Forever Rose. Preserve a rose that lasts for years. Plays a soft
romantic melody. Gift ready design for any occasion. So, I've literally told anyone that visits this page, it's
designed for a gift occasion. Valentine's Day is a gift occasion. Mother's Day is a gift occasion. So,
that way I'm not alienating a specific one. Then, we've got the Forever Rose standard price. And then, we've got the
complete bundle. Now, the complete bundle is you get the Forever Rose, but you get two of them. And the thing is,
when you put free 90-day money back guarantee, as long as you make the terms fair, you're going to win people over.
Obviously, people can't return it. If they've used it, then damaged it. But as long as you're fair with the money back
guarantee, we got AI to figure it out, then it's very unlikely for people to return it. Now, the thing that I can't
explain enough is your offer needs to be powerful. You need to ask yourself this now, guys. Is your offer as good as my
offer right now on the screen. If your offer isn't as good as this, then this is why you're not making money. People
think you can just have a basic offer and you'll print. And the truth is, you won't. Now, the imagery is also
important. We had the main image of the product and then the second image we had is a woman on the couch literally crying
when she opens it up. We used Google Banana Pro to create this. We uploaded the reference image of the product from
our supplier and then we got it to create a woman crying on the sofa. I've made plenty of videos talking about how
to use Google Banana Pro to create imagery. Again, I'll leave that one linked in the cheat sheet and the Myro
board, but essentially that's how we created these images and the unboxing experience on somebody's bed. So, it
kind of fits in with that love uh Valentine's Day section. But essentially, guys, Google Banana Pro
will create you savage images like this that look aesthetic. Then you're going to see see rose cuddle in action. So, we
made four different AI videos. And the funny thing is, guys, these are AI videos. We made them all using Google V3
and Cling Motion. Again, I've made another video on how to use AI video creation tools to be able to do all of
this, but it is very, very easy. And I'll leave that also linked in the myro board. But we made four 10-second videos
of people's reactions. And that's what really makes people want to buy the product cuz they see instant reactions
and they think, "Well, would my partner have the same reaction?" Because that's what everyone wants is the reaction.
Then underneath that, we have the why Rose Cuddle makes heartbreaks made with love, premium quality, perfect gift, and
guaranteed smile. So, we're guaranteeing that somebody is going to smile. Then we've got the animated bar limited gift
drop teddy real rose look. Perfect for Valentine's Days and anniversaries and it says shit's fast. Then you've got the
next section which says a little bear with a big heart. So it's quite a cute slogan that we use for that one and it
worked really really well. But that's essentially how simple the page layout was. Now we've also got this upsell
called shipping protection. So technically if they pay another $5, they get shipping protection. Now, the way
the shipping protection works is we create it as an extra product on Shopify. Now, we literally just call it
shipping protection. Make it $5, add the little logo, which is like a safeguard logo, and then they can add that to
their cart. Now, the shipping protection just means that it guarantees that the product won't arrive damaged. Now, your
supplier 99% of the time will arrive the product undamaged. But if there is that one time it isn't, you instantly have to
refund them. But again, it's an odd scenario. your odds are greater because it's more likely 99% of the time for it
to arrive fine. So even if 1% of people claim this, you're still going to be making a lot of money from this offer.
And because it's a fragile product and people really can't afford on Valentine's Day or a anniversary to have
the product damaged, they're going to probably take that insurance. Now the apps that I used on the store is number
one, Omniscent for email marketing. If you're not using email marketing, guys, I can't explain how silly that is. You
have to use email marketing in 2026. Omniscent is by far the best. They have AI workflows. They have setup automating
campaigns. It's just a plug-and-play system and it's easy to use. Then we use Luke's reviews for customer reviews or
you can use LII reviews. They're both as good as each other. Then I'm using Catching Bundles for the bundle offer
that I showed you. Then I'm using Transtore for AI auto translations depending on where they're coming from.
And then for shipping protection, I'm using an app literally called shipping protection that does all of that for me.
So those were all the apps that I used. So guys, before I get into the next part of today's case study, I wanted to make
a quick announcement. If you've been looking for the best mentoring, we're not talking about group mentoring, we're
talking about onetoone mentoring for your e-commerce and drop shipping experience, then you're in the right
place. The amount of people that reach out to me on Instagram or comment on the video saying, "Do you have one-to-one
mentoring? Can I work with you? Then yes, guys, I do offer a one-to-one mentorship. And it isn't just any
mentorship. We've been offering mentoring in the drop shipping space now for over 7 years, and our track record
is proven. We have some of the most successful students that have graduated from our e-commerce mentorship. We're
one of the only few companies that still offer one-to-one mentoring, and we're one of the first companies to ever do
it. So, if you're looking for a one-to-one mentor to help you with your drop shipping store, taking you from the
very beginning, finding a winning product, building the store, launching the ads, having an accountability
partner, feeling like you have the confidence to run your store without worrying about am I doing it right, am I
doing it wrong, how do I find the little gems about how to do it correctly, your mentor will figure that out with you. He
will turn you into a drop shipping professional within 30 days. I can guarantee that the mentoring that we
offer in our company is the highest quality of education in the industry. Now, I don't want to talk too much about
the mentoring, guys, but I know a lot of you guys have been asking for it. So, if you want to apply for one-on-one
mentorship, there'll be a link in the comment and there'll be a QR code on the screen so you can apply. But before you
apply, guys, only apply if you're serious and you have a good budget. We only want to work with people that have
a good mindset and a good budget so it doesn't slow them down through the process. Our most successful students
have always been the ones that have the correct mindset and they have a budget to spend on ads. Now, if I was to guess,
all the available spots for the one-to-one mentoring for Q1 will be fully booked by the end of the next two
days. So, if you want to make sure that you can join, make sure you apply by scanning the QR code or clicking the
link in the description before it's too late and we reopen for the next quarter. With that being said, guys, let's get
back into the video. Now, for those that are wondering what supplier I used, I used a private drop shipping supplier.
Now, a private drop shipping supplier is crucial for when you're doing big numbers with stores. And the thing is,
you're never going to know when your store starts to scale. So, you need to make sure you're using a good supplier
so that you can ensure that your products get to your customers as quick as possible and your supplier stands on
their word whenever things go wrong. Remember guys, your biggest risk with drop shipping is your supplier. They
handle literally sending your products to your customers. So, if they get it wrong, it's going to cost you the
business a lot of money. That's why you got to make sure you're working with a private supplier so that you don't have
any of these issues. For example, if things arrive damaged, it's their fault. They take the responsibility. They
either reship the product or refund you. You're not paying for all the mistakes. Now, the private drop shipping supplier
that I'm using is Team Drop. Now, Team Drop is the first free private drop shipping supply that you can start
using. Usually, you have to pay a monthly subscription or you have to do big numbers to use a private agent
supplier. Now, Team Drop, you can start using them for free if you use my link in the pin comment and in the
description below. And the reason why it's so powerful is check this out. So, here's my product right here that I was
selling. And you can see there's loads of different variations. You got all these different colors and options, but
the most important thing is the shipping options. You can see I can get my product to my customer in 6 to 12 days,
7 to 15 days. I can get my product to 5 to 8 days. So, you can see they offer all the fastest shipping lines in the
world. By using a private supplier, you'll get the fastest shipping lines like all the ones that I just showed you
in the industry. And the estimated processing time is only 1 to 3 days on my experience is around about 1 to two
days. So, you're going to get the fastest shipping lines, you're going to get great customer support because you
can literally chat to them on WhatsApp by clicking this button. And then you can manage everything nicely within Team
Drop. Now, I don't want to talk too much about it, guys, but it's essential you use something like Team Drop because
they are designed for drop shippers that scale. Now, you don't have to be scaling to use them. You can use them as a
complete beginner, but then at least your ship is in order. You're not having to worry later down the line when you
are doing big numbers about, have I worked with a trusted supplier? Am I working with a supplier that can get me
my products out fast? Offer the best shipping lines. Stand on their word if things go wrong, have a good customer
support. So, make sure you use Team Drop. going to be linked in the description and in the pinned comment.
So guys, now let me move on to the creatives, the video ads, the ad copies, all of that stuff that we used creative
for the ads. So this is ad number one that I want to show you. Now bear in mind, guys, all of this was made with
AI, which is the crazy part. So check this out. This is the smartest gift I've ever bought. Cost me the same as a
couple coffees. Picked up this teddy bear set online. Let me show you why this is genius. Red gift box with gold
details. Looks way more expensive. Red metallic teddy with a clear dome inside is a real preserved rose. Not fake. An
actual preserved rose. Here's where it gets crazy. Gold heart on the side. Turn it. The dome rotates. Other side has a
jewelry compartment. So, it looks like a natural guy that's walking around his house telling other guys, "Buy this for
your girlfriend on Valentine's Day." It's very natural. Some of the B-roll was real footage. Some of it was AI, but
it's essentially this guy on a UGC who's going to relate to all the other guys out there that can understand that
sometimes it's expensive. He's saying that it's less than a cup of coffee in terms of over the month you'd spend a
lot less on this than you would on coffee. So, he's essentially trying to connect with the audience really well.
>> I found the most genius gift idea, hidden surprise inside. Got my girlfriend this teddy bear. Looks cute,
but wait. Comes in a red box. red shiny bear holding a clear dome preserved rose inside.
Looks beautiful. She said, "This is so sweet." I said, "Hold on. Best part coming."
>> So, this is another example, guys, of an ad that we ran. So, we got a guy in the car coming back from work or driving to
work. You don't know that. You're just thinking that straight away. This guy's connecting with the other guys out there
saying, "Look, this is what I got my girlfriend." So, then guys are thinking, "If he got it for his girlfriend, I
should get it for my girlfriend." because at the end of the day, guys don't really think about what to get
their girlfriends. They just guess or copy what their friends do. So, that's why this ad also does well. So, let's
have a look at the next ad. Guys, >> got our anniversary. Needed something fast. Found this rose teddy bear gift
and it saved me. Comes in a black gift box. Red bear with a clear ball holding a preserved rose. Real rose lasts
forever. Gold heart on the side. >> Now, the crazy thing is he said at the start, I almost forgot my anniversary.
It's a bold statement. A lot of people also can relate to that. And then he said, "Well, I got my partner this."
Now, a lot of people watching that will be like, "Oh, my anniversary is around the corner. Oh, my anniversary is in a
month. I need to buy something." So, it immediately connects with a lot of people. Now, based on all of these ads,
guys, all of the B-roll is very similar. The only thing different is the AI avatar, the situation they're in, and
what they're saying to the camera. This is the style that works extremely well. And this just shows you the power of AI
UGC creators with human B-roll or real B-roll mixed together can be a very powerful way to advertise products. So,
let me quickly break down how we created these ads. Again, I'm going to leave a video in the cheat sheet on the Myra
board so you guys can literally do it step by step. But essentially, I gave the AI agent this prompt. You can use
any AI again, Open AI, Scopic AI, whichever one you want to use. So, this is the prompt. You're a world-class
direct response, copyriter, creative strategist, and a UGC ad analyst with 30 years of experience. The inputs is
you'll receive three inputs: Amazon product details, product titles, bullet descriptions, description, price,
category. So, you guys actually have to fill this all out. We can't do it for you, but you do need to fill this out.
Then it says your task. Step one, deep analysis. So, essentially, you're given this prompt to the AI and then it will
output the information. So, you can see output requirements. Create a new ad script and then specify what it is for
each script. Preserve the exact format style for the original txt file. Use natural speaking language. Make it feel
like a different creator, not a rewrite. Stay aligned with the original ads intent. Now, you might be thinking, what
are you on about the txt file? Now, what we do, guys, is we go back to Winning Hunter. We find the most popular ads for
the product. We download them to we upload them to Otter AI and then we transcript it. So essentially, you're
taking your competitor's best performing ads from Winning Hunter. You're downloading them. You're then going to
transcript them using Otter AI, and then with that transcript, you can give it to the AI agent as a TXT file, and then it
knows what's already doing well because you don't want the AI agent to come up with ideas. The AI works the best when
you give it a framework. So, if you're giving it the best performing ads, transcripts, it can work off that and
improve it. You don't want it to come up with a brand new idea cuz usually they are terrible. And then essentially once
you've got your script back, you need to go to Arcer ads. This is where we create our AI UGC creators and then you need to
create your actual avatar. Now you can use the AI avatars that they already have or you can create a brand new
avatar by giving it an image or a prompt and it can create that avatar. And like I said, I will leave a link in the myro
board so you can watch the video that I made about how to create AI avatars and videos. So that'll be linked in the Myro
board, but I'm not going to go over it now because that is a independent video on its own. Now, the first ad that I
showed you, I just want to quickly go over why it worked. It had a relatable hook. I almost forgot our anniversary.
Instant connection. Problem solution. He had a crisis product saved him. Number three, emotional proof that matters.
Number four, surprise factor. Number five, perfect price/ urgency. So, again, this is all ready for you guys to watch,
so you can watch it in your own time, but you're going to be able to see that when you watch it and then cross
reference against why it worked. You'll see why it worked. Now, it's up to you guys if you want to use this framework
or you can copy and send this to an open AI or a Scopic AI and then you'd say, "Well, somebody I know ran this and it
worked because of these reasons." And then the AI knows to use this as a base frame. And then if we go over this other
ad of him in the car, curiosity driven hook, so he's on the car driving like I said to you guys. Built-in reveal
moment. So, he's revealing something. Her reaction is the proof in the pudding. The genius positioning and the
value stack and urgency. So you guys need to watch all of these in your spare time to understand what I'm telling you.
I've literally given you guys this myro board for free so you can master it. The next ad why it works is value shock
hook, genius framing, luxury illusion, and competition threat call to action and then timing and scarcity stack. So
it's as simple as that guys. So, if you guys want to learn how to make AI video creators like this, there will be a link
somewhere here on the myo board to that YouTube video that I made or you can just go to my YouTube channel and look
at my recent videos and you will find them there. Now, let's talk about the Facebook ads. Now, the Facebook ads
isn't that serious in terms of the setup. A lot of people get this all wrong. Facebook ads in 2026 is not too
much about the creation side like campaign structure, adset structure. It really doesn't matter about that
anymore. The most important thing is your creative, your ad copies, your ad headlines. Facebook takes all that
information and then takes it into their algorithm and then converts that into who should they be showing the ad to.
So, a lot of people believe that it's done inside of Facebook. You choose where you want people to be shown. Guys,
it works all off the creative. So, if you don't master your creatives like I did here, your ads are going to perform
terribly. So, the testing campaign structure is a CBO at $50 a day. Now, if you're selling a product over $80 to
$90, it should be $100. Ads set one is broad angle one. So, listen to this very carefully. Ads set one is broad. There's
nothing in there. There's no targeting. There are countries. So, you can choose top five or top 15. Top 15 is the
European countries like Netherlands, Germany, France, etc. But essentially in the adset, you're leaving everything
broad apart from the countries you want to target. No interest targeting, nothing. Everything should be on auto.
So, like auto placements, etc. Let the Facebook AI figure it out. Don't select your manual placements. Don't select
manual interests. Do it all broad. Now, it's important that you understand this. Adset one is broad because you're using
angle one from the creative. Angle one might be you forgot your anniversary. Angle one might be you forgot
Valentine's Day. Now, the creatives within that adset should all be about you forgot your anniversary. So,
creative one is about you forgetting your anniversary. Creative two is the same. Creative three is the same. The
only pivot is the hook. The first three seconds needs to be different. So, creative one is fine. Creative two
should be the same, just a different hook. The first 3 seconds need to be different. The ad copy, the ad headline
should all be the same for all of the creatives. The only variable you're changing is the hook in the first 3
seconds or 5 seconds. So, that's essentially how I launch my campaigns on Facebook. And I'll also leave the full
Facebook ad strategy in the link. So, each video that I'd recommend will be placed in the correct place on the
marboard. So, I'll leave my full Facebook ads tutorial on here. So, let me know if you guys got a lot of value
from this. Don't forget to destroy the like button and don't forget to apply for the mentoring if you feel like
you're a good fit.
The revenue claims of $54,000 in January 2026 are based solely on screenshots provided by the creator and lack independent verification. While the figures may be accurate, viewers should interpret them cautiously until supported by third-party proof.
