Supported Triggers

We currently support the following triggers:

  1. Note Created: Triggers when a new note is created in LunaNotes.

  2. Note Updated: Triggers when an existing note is updated in LunaNotes.

  3. Note Deleted: Triggers when a note is deleted in LunaNotes.

These triggers help automate tasks and keep your workflow efficient and organized. Whether you want to back up notes, share them with your team, or integrate them with project management tools, the possibilities are endless.

Future Enhancements

We are excited to share that in the future, we plan to enhance our Zapier integration to support two-way sync. This means you will be able to sync data from Zapier back to LunaNotes, enabling even more powerful and seamless integrations.

Example Use Cases

  • Note Created: Automatically save new notes to Google Drive or Evernote for backup.

  • Note Updated: Send a notification to your Slack channel when a note is updated.

  • Note Deleted: Log deleted notes in a Google Sheet for record-keeping.

Setting Up Zapier Integration

To get started with the LunaNotes Zapier integration:

  1. Sign in to Zapier

If you don't have an account, you'll need to create one at Zapier.

  1. Connect LunaNotes:

Search for LunaNotes in the Zapier app directory.

Select it and follow the prompts to connect your LunaNotes account.

  1. Create a Zap:

Choose one of the supported triggers (Note Created, Note Updated, Note Deleted).

Select the desired action to perform in another app when the trigger event occurs.

Customize the details and set up your action as needed.

  1. Test Your Zap:

Run a test to ensure everything is working correctly.

If the test is successful, turn on your Zap.

  1. Automate and Save Time:

Once your Zap is active, it will automatically perform the actions you configured whenever the trigger event occurs in LunaNotes.
